snipped Glassmire was not available for comment, but his partner, Detective Megan Alstatt, said that the stalker case is not necessarily closed.

“I believe it's inactive, but technically we could reopen it,” she said, although she said the department has no plans to do so without new evidence of some sort.

Several different people were viewed as suspects, she said.

“At this time we don't have enough evidence to go through with arrests for any of those people,” she added.

snippedSheriff Lou Vallario, however, stuck by Kurtzman's conclusions.

“The results of the autopsy and pathology reports were that the manner of death was suicide,” the sheriff wrote in an email.

“Unfortunately, the family, who are clearly victims in this case, are traumatized by the death of their daughter, rightfully so, and are struggling to deal with her death,” Vallario added. “I am sorry for the grief and difficulty the family is going through.”

Morgans Jewlrey was missing when her body was found, one of the suspects was caught with jewlrey but Morgans family was never allowed to review it to see if it belonged to her. I think thats one significant peice of evidence.

wonder what happened to the wildlife cam

did they move it somewhere else?

snipped “She was followed in the car, he would show up at the house, banging on her window again,” said her mother Toni Ingram.
According to the family, the stalking started in August 2011. The sheriff’s office says they visited the Ingrams’ neighborhood nearly 50 times in a four month span, and never found any signs of a stalker. But the family say the taunting by the man dressed in dark clothes was relentless — at all hours of the night — until the Aspen High School graduate was found dead in her bed.

Im wondering when she reported the jewelry missing? Before jewelry turned up with the person the family names the perp? Maybe thats why they werent shown the jewelry and looked thru pics of Morgan wearing jewelry? did the stolen jewelry match?
If it were her jewelry this guy would have been prosecuted for it? And after his trial it would be returned to family?

Keenan's mother sounds a tad upset by all this. At least, that's my take on her post. It's the one with the wolf picture: <modsnip>

Allegations are being made, and someone is setting herself up for a lawsuit.

I don't know what the current rules are, but I didn't think it was ok to post direct links to FB accounts. Especially since we are only discussing using initials, and the police have never officially named a prime suspect.

A rational person would have quickly visited the animal shelter and brought home a new "pet" to greet the stalker.

“She was followed in the car, he would show up at the house, banging on her window again, from above link. I dont recall anywhere in the blog she was being followed in the car (which you would expect a stalker to do). They were walking her to her car when she left and meeting her at the car when she arrived home. The one day they were worried because she was somewhere and walking alone.

Wouldnt you be afraid for your daughter to even be driving alone? What if the car broke down.

Ok ill start with i really dont like the way the blog was written,it will take far too long to get the whole story(another80+days?)..

What if it was both B and K involved?,she didnt seem to like Morgan and i find it hard for K to do all that he is allegedly meant to have done without B knowing, look at all the times he must have been slipping in and out of Js house.Unless he was leaving early saying he was going out but instead he stayed in the neighbourhood..

Also i can totally agree that the red light was most definately the light from night vision type googles in IR mode,im thinking either Gen 1,1+ or gen 2s and most probably over the head googles and not hand held mono/binocular type...
I had a pair and when looking through the them they gather all available light and intensify the image,But if theres not a lot of moon or starlight you can switch on the IR which shows a red light(on the unit),this gives of an invisible beam that can be seen through the goggles.Think night shot on a sony digicam or similar for videoing in the dark.

As for the stalker pic, remember gamecams can wash out the pic so his hair may be darker.
Also looking at the pic he was either looking from left to right or vice versa when the cam went off.look and you can see 2 mouths, noses etc(either side of face, like amirror image).

I also see something strange (almost like a second person) slightly above the lawn mower and behind the foremost tree/shrub. It is important to bear in mind that a strong light source seems to be coming into the frame from the far right making it difficult to decifer true light and dark shades.

I want to say this stalker had to live very close -maybe next door to them to get away as quick as he did.
I think there is some truth to the stalker story but I do wonder if alot of the time it wasnt a stalker but a cat or something setting off the motion lights? In a situation like this it would be easy to be paranoid and everything become the boogy man. Id be jumpy too.

Or a Glock. I know by the time the cops were called 50 times, I would have already been waiting to get rid of this guy myself, regardless of the consequences. Better him than my child.

I think they did have one of those - maybe not a glock, but a gun. I remember reading something about them getting one, but not knowing who to shoot, as they never saw the stalker except for a few occasions when the stalker was running off or through the glass on their front porch.

As for why not get a dog, they had two - Tessi, the Newfoundland Landseer (who, as I've stated, is not a watch dog...) and the new puppy Waylah who seems to be an aussie cattle dog (but she's never id'd as such - just looking at the photos).

Now, I have a question. B., who was in a relationship with K, has, on her FB a "friend" that Morgan seemed to spend a lot of time with ("C"). I am wondering if C would call B when Morgan left, and that's how K and B knew she was coming home?

Not too sure about that. I do see where K and B had a baby together, but again, I'm not sure when the baby was born...so that's a bit of a puzzle.

And I'll also note that there is an awful lot of activity on B's page, but none around the time of the stalking and death of Morgan. Ks page seems to have gone security tight.

And as for K's Mom's page, I'm not impressed. LOL. I would expect any mother to do/say the same things...I think, also, that Toni I. mentioned that she'd run this stuff past a lawyer, who said it was all right to post it. I don't know, though...

I am LOVING this discussion, peeps. We can totally disagree, see things from completely different perspectives, and still not slam each other. That's what I love about WS...and what is sooooo important to be able to do. Be able to exchange views and opinions, and not take it personally...and thus allow each other to learn new things and see things differently than we would have without it.

Best-

Here's her blog http://morganingram.com/wordpress/
on the jewelry scroll down to the blog dirty little secrets why would a monster love it here. I'm confused with this story and what to believe and not to believe, but I do think if she was being stalked, and her jewerly was missing and one of the people accused of stalking her is caught selling stolen jewlrey then most would have an opinion that should be key evidence if infact it was Morgans From what I understand it was never investigated to see if it was Morgans.
