I am very surprised! (Also noted among lance's tweets a remark that DN was "weeping" in court wanting to get back to his "babies"...) So I am truly wondering now, is DN NOT BG ??? Seems he is not, now.

I'm at not BG and not the killer of TW.

As much as I never saw DN as BG I wanted him to be.

IMHO DN is most likely a sociopath...they are frequently of average intelligence, but very cunning and manipulative.

What he's been charged and convicted for to date certainly doesn't suggest cunning or manipulative imo.

Yes, the older ones aren't. The one issued 9/26 (day after his arrest) by Johnson county is. They crossed their T's the moment they realized he had slipped through their cracks. He should have had that extraditable warrant all along, since he moved out in may and never notified his officer.

This article indicates that at least one of the IN warrants is non-extraditable:

If IN had their sights set on DN, they’d probably have the extradition request prepared by now. But who knows?

I now want to know which ones were sealed and why?
We will never know now because of the plea deal.
So I understand a bit better. He missed a Clear Creek hearing because he was in jail for these charges which have now been settled. He will have to be transfered to Clear Creek or released today even to appear on 10th Jan ( or his attorney will appear for him ). Then the indy warrants will kick in once the Clear Creek charge is resolved. He may be out already. MOO.

That LE continues to ask for tips from the public in the Delphi case is an indication to me they haven't zeroed in on any one particular person.

In the case of TM, while LE has released virtually no information, obviously their investigation is not focused on DN. It was the menacing charges that originally drew media attention to DN, creating immediate speculation that DN was a maniac killer on the loose. It now seems that's not so.

ETA: Whoever was involved in the death of TW would not be comforted by today's release of DN.

He doesn't seem to care what charges or convictions he gets as long as he avoids prison by any means.

Do you have a link? I haven’t been able to determine if the Johnson Co warrant is extraditable.

He is still the only named POI in Delphi. It would be strange and a big coincidence if an unexplained murder in Co with similarities to Delphi, is what helps to catch BG. He hasn't yet been ruled out for the Delphi murders.

Here is the warrant:

I don't know why, but Imgur removes the actual warrant.

It's referenced in several articles though http://heavy.com/news/2017/09/daniel-nations-colorado-hatchet-man-delphi-indiana-murders-photos/amp/

Is a level 4 felony, so he has the right to a hearing to fight extradition or simply allow himself to be extradited to face charges.

It's odd that his out of state warrants were not brought up today.

I'm trying to remember how he was "named". Didn't it start with a member of the public in Colorado contacting a newspaper or tv station? Anyone remember?

It was the similarities in the murders and the sketch, followed by the POI designation that attracted the media attention. Those things have not changed presumably at all AFAIK.

I’m not seeing a warrant at your first link. But I did find the case at the Indiana court system website. The failure to register is a level 6 felony. Very low level. So, it may not be extraditable.

Understood but there are 100's if not 1000's of other POI. I'm trying to remember how his name made it to MSM.

He also has the Columbus Rickers exposure arrest and charges - wasn't that one of the warrants too ? I'm losing track TBH.

I have an opinion that is no more factual than the opposite opinion. Just common sense. What would you do if you were the judge? Let him go back to DN's same old behavior? None of us would.

He has warrants in Indiana. He's going there, and that's where this judge wants to send him obviously.

Editing to clarify that I am NOT saying he is guilty of A&L's murders. But this judge is happy to send him to deal with his warrants there.
I guess we will now be hearing demands for answers from CO to find TW's killer. Everyone there has been quietly assuming additional charges were coming for DN.

He does, I would have thought that the most serious one but it was reduced to a class A Misdemeanor. Then there is a FTA warrant but it is not a felony!

All the 150 tips pointed to him and his car - he passed the searchers several times in his car and was photographed. They arrested him in Woodland Park and charged him. His mug was issued then he was tipped for the Delphi murders. Co alerted In re the murder and sketch similarities. Mug withdrawn but too late as MSM and everyone else googled his older mugs. Declared a POI with ISP going to Co. Still cannot include or exclude as a suspect ATM for Delphi.
