It is sad. There's been no tweets for 30 minutes. I am going to ask the age range of the jurors. I'm not sure if they will deliberate this evening or come back in the morning.

I wonder if the jury will hold her to a "normal higher" or "lower" standard. I doubt she knew or thought the heat in the car would kill them. The sheer stupidity of neglecting to check on her children in over an hour? IMO, parents of children who were accidentally left in the car in the summer and were convicted set the precedent. No brainer for me. So tragic.

The local evening news just reported the jury is deliberating. Grrr I have not recieved any answer to my questions for Paul Shockley who has been tweeting from the court. He must be saving it for the morning paper LOL

I agree. The defense is relying on her ( lack of ) mental capabilities. Who takes their children to a ski area without a coat or mittens in the winter? Those poor babies.

From the 6:00 local news. I still have not recieved an answer as to the age range of the jurors. I can't imagine that this will take more than a day but stranger things have happened.
