In a statement released through Police Scotland, she said: “My heart is totally broken, all I want is the safe return of my gorgeous, fun loving boy. I feel so numb not knowing where he is.
“I’d like to thank the local community and everyone who has helped in searching for Cole so far. Please, if you have any information that can help, report this to police.
“Cole, if you see this message, please get in contact as we just want to know you are safe.
“All I want is my son home. We all love and miss him so much.”
I'm thinking he was either super drunk or had a drug-induced psychosis. Probably why he told his friend his phone was broken, because he dropped it due to motor impairment.
How is this not on national news, I’ve only just heard about this lad! His poor mum, the plea she’s put out yesterday or today. She’s also posted on social media about how disappointed she is in the police handling so far as they got their times wrong and I believe also showed cctv of someone that was not her son originally too!
Cole Cooper, 19, was last seen by an old school friend on 7 May in Longcroft near Falkirk. Police are carrying out extensive searches and door-to-door enquiries.
His devastated auntie Aimee Tennie, speaking on behalf of Cole's family, posted an emotional tribute on social media, writing: “With shattered hearts, we share the devastating news that our beloved Cole, who was missing, has been found—but not in the way we hoped or prayed for.
"Our worst fears have become reality, and we are now living a nightmare we can’t wake up from. "Cole. Our boy. We fought for you for almost five weeks. Why? How? So many questions… and still, no answers.
"We never gave up, and we will never give up—not until we have the answers. The fight for truth, for justice, and for Cole is not over.”
“The world didn’t get to know the light you carried, but we did—and we will carry it with us, always.”
