I cant wait for him to make the HLN rounds after this. I think he is a pompus windbag JMO and I have my own feeling on DrM and what he has or has not done but, he is paying for this fool and CM deserves better defense expert than this arogant pompus fool. But then again what expert in this field with any kind of morals and or standerds would get up and publicly defend what DrM was doing. So I guess the actions of DrM and the actions of Dr White are a perfect fit.

White's biggest error was believing Murray's self-serving statements instead of basing his opinion on the science as he should have for $

He testified on Friday that over a dozen witnesses who reviewed this case agreed that an infusion had been given and yet he decided to go against them all and Dr. Shafer. He deserves whatever he gets.

I think Walgren has pretty much covered all the questions everyone wanted him to ask this witness, and so much more. Bringing up the witness's own research and articles to have him read to dispute his other testimony is just pure genius. Standing Ovation for Walgren.

Jean Casarez on HLN said that Dr. White was cited by Pastor for contempt for his initial comment today about his conversations with Dr. Murray. When he did it again today, the judge told him he would address the contempt of court Nov. 3? but fined White $1000 for what he did today.

I sure would NOT quit now if I was Walgren. Would you? I would keep going so that defense could not come back in recross and muddy it all up.

I know I'm naive about legal tricks & shenanigans as the DT has already used in this case, but how in the world is the DT gonna turn all of this around so it isn't remembered as a total blowout of Dr. White??

This is exactly what needs to be done, and NO ONE, IMO, could improve on what Walgren is doing in that room. Wally is respectful but to the point, and showing proper umbrage and subtle disdain for what White says. It's a proper slaying, but without ugliness or pettiness.

Oh, he's using big boxing gloves and he needs to -- Michael Jackson is dead because of CM. Dead. MJ is not gonna just serve 4 or less or no years in jail; MJ is not gonna have his entertainment license taken away -- Michael is gone -- gone to his children, his family and to this world we're now still enjoying.

Go to it, Walgren.:cheer: Don't let him off the mat. And White's integrity as probably a well-respected (if retired) anesthesiologist & scholar is as gone as the "This Is It concert." I'll bet a buck that unless the DT gets CM off, White's days of jury expert are dead, too. :bigfight:

Oooh, Oooh - On HLN, it was reported by Beth Caras that JP has fined White 1 grand for contempt by referring to his conv. with CM after he was strongly admonished not to do it. "I will see you on November 16 [or some Nov. date like that] about this along with the other matter." Or words to that affect. Whew.

I hope that young defense lawyer draws the short straw and has to do recross. It might be more entertaining if Flannegan does but also more frustrating. If Chrenoff (sp) comes back and recrosses I don't know if I can watch, of course I'll watch, it's like the neighbor's house is on fire and if I look away mine might start on fire. I want to see first hand what kind of crap defense comes up with this time. I just can't look away.

I could be wrong but I think the redirect has to be from the same lawyer that did the direct. I don't think they can change midstream.
