Yes, diagnosed pneumoniaAre they admitting him?
Yes, diagnosed pneumoniaAre they admitting him?
This! ^^^It's already clearly communally spread and yet they refuse to test.
I've started replacing curse words with it.I love the word: FOMITE !
I posted something similar this morning from watching MSNBC and AM with JOYIf I’m reading that excellent graph right, the U.S. number of cases per million is below EVERY other country! Seriously?
Seriously? Does anyone "need" a reason to stockpile ammo?
I am thinking that folks are concerned about supply chain, and ammo potentially getting more expensive.
OT
Just thinking about the cost of meds, Canadian, my mom's meds
cost very little, but it's all the vitamin supplements and protein shakes
that add up to a small fortune per year.
As a Canadian who doesn't own a gun why would a supply chain issue make you want to buy more ammo if ammo wasn't an issue before the virus?
Right, we're so used to it in Florida because before every hurricane it's declared to release emergency funds for cleanup, overtime staffing, sheltering people, national guard, etc. It's proactive. It's to go on record for getting federal funds.
In actuality it doesn't mean much although the
proclamation sounds very proactive if you read it. You can see ours at Fl. Dept. of Health.
Italy’s “patient one” is a 38-year-old marathoner who has been in the ICU for a month with respiratory failure. This virus is not something to be dismissed, regardless of your age or health status. Please take precautions.

Yes, diagnosed pneumonia
Oh my goodness. And he lives with your dad?I just got together with about 10 members of my family for a joint birthday thing and then found out after I got home that my cousin, who my dad lives with, was in Italy (Rome) and other places in Europe at the end of February. Now I’m concerned because we just spent two hours with my dad.
He was probably thrilled that some of the boat folks are going to other states.....and he got the most test kits....just guessing.I’m sorry, I’m terribly behind on the thread. Did anyone else watch the California Governor Newsom’s press conference just now?
I have several thoughts-
1) I was shocked at how effusively complementary he was of the Trump administration (and Pence specifically), the CDC, and local public health departments. Say what?
2) He repeatedly said CA is very well prepared to treat acutely ill coronavirus patients in our Bay Area facilities. Say what?
3) We will have many many more tests available “in coming days”. Say what? What does “coming days” mean? They have said that for over a week.
4) His teeth sure are lovely and bright, but his speaking cadence was horribly hard for me to listen to.
NOTE: He reported that the entire state of California has, to date, tested roughly only 800 people. TOTAL. California currently, right this moment, “has ability to test just shy of 8,000 people”. In the entire state of California. I’m mind-blown (miss that emoji... insert here).
So, I was overall really shocked by this presser. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. For those that may not know, he and the Trump administration have a historically horrible relationship. Given where we are in California right now (lack of testing, lack of government oversight of safety precautions and consistent public health advice, and high numbers of positive cases despite insufficient testing), I really don’t understand his effusive praise of how things are being handled.
Felt like he was gaslighting Californians. Twilight Zone.
All MOO.
Great resource, but aren’t we “one nation, indivisible?” Should be done by US Government.National Governors Association has put together a resource page - click on any state for stats - "outlines actions taken by governors and state and territorial leaders to date."

If he has pneumonia, then what would be the point in using a test on him? Seems like it would be wasteful. Would the treatment differ?
