To be sure, if there's a valid health reason, it's prudent to tell others that you want only vaccinated persons coming to a house, attending a function, etc. Knowing, of course, that they could lie. We've certainly seen evidence of that.
I just took the post to mean a situation such as what happened to me in my dentist office recently. We were all masked--via the dentists' rules--but were talking about the virus. I offered that I'm vaccinated, but I didn't ask if the other two people were. They didn't offer so I didn't know if they were or not. But, I didn't feel it was my place to ask them.
As to the workers on our crew? We don't know if they are or aren't vaccinated. I know the ones I suspect are not vaccinated, but we never made the shot a condition of employment. They're a loyal and highly skilled crew. I wouldn't want any of them to quit over the issue.
