Boris is 19 years younger than Trump and he almost died from Covid. I think his "best wish's" may not be enough. JMO

Trump is in the best place he can be right now, just like Boris was 6 months ago.

We had a couple of 106 year olds recover from nasty doses of Covid at the peak of it. They lived through the Spanish Flu of 1918, too. Go Connnie and Freda!

Meet the 106-year-old who is the UK's oldest known COVID-19 survivor

I dunno. I am concerned given the fact DT agreed to go to Walter Reed. I wonder if his oxygen sats were dropping. IMO
Yeah. I'm not buying the abundance of caution line. MOO.

Yes, we have heard both today.... we really do deserve the truth as we tread forward.
Yes. The public deserves, but with public figures, well, this might not happen.

Trump taken to Walter Reed hospital for tests following COVID-19 diagnosis

THIS DID NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN:

On Friday, others who had been in close contact with the president in recent days — including Sen. Mike Lee of Utah and University of Notre Dame president John Jenkins — announced that they had also tested positive for COVID-19. Three journalists who cover the White House also tested positive on Friday.

Vice President Mike Pence, who earlier in the day tested negative, remains at the Naval Observatory, a senior administration official told NBC News.
IMO they put too much confidence in the rapid tests.

Neither Lee nor Jenkins were wearing masks during a White House Rose Garden ceremony introducing Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett.

During Tuesday night’s debate, members of Trump’s team — including the first lady — flouted Ohio ordinances and did not wear masks despite requests from the Cleveland Clinic, where the event was hosted.

Trump arrived for debate too late to be tested for COVID, Wallace says

I happened to tune into the Rose Garden ceremony while everyone was milling around without masks for the most part. KellyAnne Conway and Bill Barr were deep in up close conversation. People were hugging. What were people thinking?

But I did see FLOTUS walk quickly to her seat before the debate wearing a mask. I remember thinking “good for her!” Of course she had it off afterward.

I agree. He may be put on a ventilator. As I linked above, Boris Johnson was 50-50 in having to go on a ventilator and he's 19 years younger than Trump, JMO

I agree that we deserve to know but National Security has to be considered as well IMO.

I don't know what to think at this point.

I have a feeling his condition is going to get worse. JMO
I do too. But again, he’s got it in his favor that he has early detection, and immediate access to the best treatments and therapeutics available.

Yes. That is very important. Some things need to be kept quieter, with only general overtones given, due to national/world implications. This has been expressed in the media ... the further covid implications.

IMO

It may not be enough. There is no cure for this virus. For anyone. That's why prevention is so important. JMO

His age isn’t doing him any favors either. We’ve seen some elderly recover, of course, but we all know the older you are, the higher the risk of severe illness and death. Not sure as to the status of his blood pressure, etc., or if he has any underlying conditions. Anyone? I would think as POTUS, he was given a clean bill of health?

Trump could die in the next hour and we will by okay because Presidential succession will make sure we always have a leader. JMO

"If" there is a transfer of power we will know.
I doubt he will voluntarily transfer. Cabinet will need to do so if this becomes serious.

At this moment, I’m buying it. But who knows.

I'm buying it, too. Just watched an interview with Donald Trump, Jr. on Tucker, and he said that of course his father, the President, is taking it very seriously, but they moved him to Walter Reed out of an abundance of caution.

He also interviewed a doctor from John Hopkins hospital who talked about Trump appearing to have low viral load symptoms, and so he is optimistic. 99.5+ survival rate for his age, condition. And that even though he didn't need to go to the hospital, why take the risk.

I'm very hopeful.
