Court says money discriminates against blind people

This is honestly something that many of us never think about, but seems so ridiculously simple to correct and should have been done long ago. Hopefully, this error will be righted immediately.

Easier said than done.

I know Paladin, but this is America. If anyone can do it, we can!!!!

Wallet makers and cash register makers would probably be very happy to make new products. :)

I agree with the idea of changing our money into something more "user friendly" but this is just the slippery slope to a none paper currency. Bad bad bad bad idea, my friend.

My dad is blind but I swear to you, He can tell the difference from the ridges on the money. Never been an issue for him.
My husband is not blind, but used to own grocery stores, he too can tell by feel what is what. It's cool really....

Your post just makes me smile!

I really am excited!! I know a lot can tell by "feel alone" but not my son as he has CP and autisim as well. If we give him money now he has no idea what it is ( feel like Reg paper to him)

I can see taking him into a store and letting HIM pay for a toy ect for himself
