Did she really quit? I sure hope so.

She would have to file paper work with the court to quit. She has not done that so far. IMO
She has not been copied on these motions. She is not a primary attorney for her. The names on the motions are Jose and Andrea. She was brought on board as a forensic expert to litigate forensics. They will use her for that purpose. If she wants out...she is not leaving KC without representation....the team would simply need to replace the forensics expert.
We don't know if she is in or out......
I was googling yesterday to see if she was presented as an attorney or an expert. Everything I found said attorney. I tried to find her educational background but oddly, couldn't find it. Is she a scientist as well as an attorney? On other cases she's worked on, was she used in lieu of a scientist as expert?
I'm really confused on this. NTS is right that if she's serving as an attorney, she has to go to court to leave the case. If she's serving as an expert, she wouldn't have to. But I don't see how she can serve as an expert without a scientific background - which she well may have.
My curiosity is really piqued on this one.
I wonder if she is signed on with the court and approved as Tm was.
Okay speak to me in elementary terms, does this mean that LKB is out of the defense for Casey, because she is out of state and they can get a DP lawyer in state for cheaper?
LKB's Bio on her blog http://www.huffingtonpost.com/linda-kenney-baden on the Huffington Post

Omg, omg, omg! Another one bites the dust. How many now does that make it? You can't swing a cat without knocking down one of the lawyers who has withdrawn from the Anthony case.
WOW!!!
I was expecting it ... but still surprised to see it in black and white and actually filed with the court!!!
BTW - why is our Todays Current News thread locked?
