If Annie was in the cold and decomp slowed down then evidence will be well preserved and she can tell her story in court against this monster!
Yale officials are planning a separate press conference later tonight.
In the Forensic Astrology forum, Tuba wrote on 9/11:
If the incident occurred at all and was later but before 1:00 p.m., she is at ground level in a dark place and may be contained.

I was wondering if the fire alarm was set on purpose b/c maybe the space where the perp could drop her body from the ceiling down in the wall was over an occupied room? Maybe a classroom, lab, or office space. The fire alarm would empty out the area and give the perp access without being noticed.
Here's a possible scenario: crime is committed, perp hides her body, turns on the autoclave, then drags her body into a part of the ceiling in an area where no on is - and sits still and waits for the fire alarm. When the fire alarm goes off and everyone leaves, s/he then dumps her over the wall, sheds their bloody clothing, and exits the ceiling without being noticed.
Poor Annie.
Angelwhocares... I just noticed in one of your media links above that it said it said:

There is also the possibility the perp was in there all night.
I hope there is some way they can check the video for somebody who didn't exit the building during the fire alarm but did so later on. MOOkinda stinks (LE wise anyhow) that even after finding the bloody clothes in the ceiling and declaring that certain area a crime scene they let students in and out of 10 Amistad all day long! (link somewhere in the last thread).. Hopefully they are still pulling tapes from after her missing report to see if anyone made frequent trips back to the lab building to check their tracks....
I keep thinking about the metal panels I saw in the photo with two large screws securing it. She wouldn't necessarily have to be dropped behind the wall at all from the ceiling.
There are also areas of the wall which are designed for accessibility to the plumbing etc. They are easily removed and a person who worked maintenance would know exactly where to find them.
and using a secret space to watch her for some time
