NO we Don't have all that. These are unconfirmed reports in the media. The only part of what you've posted that we know is the positive ID. How do you know they are not detaining a suspect. How do you know that the suspect is free but they are keeping close tabs on him/her?
thanks puffy,
What we know:
1- she left all her items at sterling.
2- she walked to 10 Amistad and swiped in (that is from LE.. whether we could see her doing it in the video still or not)
3- she was seen by overhead surv. still entering the building carrying an unidentified (and le will not comment on it) object and her yale ID
4- there was an alarm at 1240 in the building... she was not seen leaving the building. there are 75 cameras on and around the building. It was triggered by steam. It is possible that someone did it on purpose (per le statement to the media)
**autoclave = sleuthing possibilities of source of steam
5- one of her two housemates reported her missing at 9pm
6- bloody clothes were found in the ceiling tiles of the basement. The fabric did not match the clothing Annie last had on.
7- Annie was found in an area behind the wall of the basement where the electrical wires are.
8- her death was a homicide
9- cause of death may be released tomorrow at three pm
10- there are no suspects or persons of interest. no one is in custody. LE states that no students are involved in the investigation. LE, to the yale daily news said that the reports of a student failing a poly were absolutely false. (we all know LE can say what they need to... to maintain the integrity of the investigation)
* if I left anything out please add it... eyes did a much better outline which I need to go and find...
