regarding the dirt bike ... I thought possession was 9/10 of the law.

I liked how McGuinness handled his re-direct. Short, to the point knocking all those insinuations one by one that JS tried and failed on his cross. He kept it short and to the point so JS couldn’t come back with more on his re-cross.

McGuinness knew that PG had enough and wanted to get him off the stand.
I agree. I really like McGuiness. Hearing the T family refers to him as The Penguin. Isn't that sweet? MOO.

JS is asking about vehicles driven by PG.

Objection

Judge says this isn't cross, this is just reiteration of direct. There need to be a question that goes toward the defense. "I'll allow it a little longer".
Kudos to Judge R for seeing the “testimony cross”!

Hope this happens more often.

I hope that penguin kicks their you know what and for MT all the way into a prison cell. What hateful, horrible people they are!!

I’m responding to myself on this on.

The way this was described in court, “esteemed defence counsel” went with MT to the parking lot where PG delivered the dirt bike it seems.

Did he not check out his clients story about the payment for the bike? What good atty would participate in supporting a grift by their client? Honestly, MT was horrible here but having her atty add his “bark and bite” to the threats to PG is horrible too!

IDK this seems like Defence Counsel participated in a strong arming of PG to return the bike that he paid for to PG imo!

Where was Atty Urso?

If the State has the texts between FD and PG they should give them to atty urso and PG and they should try to get the bike back WIth its title or compensation for the loss of the bike.

What a scam!

And PG never got his truck back either, from the state?

JS made me so angry today. I needed the last hour to decompress.

His inane narrative -- suggesting PG was suddenly trying to sell his truck, had no alibi for the afternoon of 5/24, was searching for information any the investigation and looking to flee the country. Farcical.

State refuted each point with ease.

I need someone to pair JS's spectacular paper shuffling with a funeral dirge.

I am so done with him.

I can say this --- he is well suited to his client.

And that's not saying much.

JMO
He has zero to work with and PG was a solid witness with nothing to hide.

He should have just let it all be.

Instead he created a whole series of own goals that sunk the titanic today because he wasn’t prepared and didn’t study his evidence imo.

Waste of time as Judge R said many times today.

No. State still has it but I believe his atty helped deal with insurance issue to get him transportation. Long ago many folks wanted to do a go fund me to help and PG atty said the issue was being worked on.

When a was a young girl I would pretend I was Jeanie or Samantha. If you're old enough you will know the TV shows I am referring to.

But no matter how much I crossed my arms or wiggled my nose none of my wishes came true. I made the same attempts today but never could put JS or MT in a circle of fire...or a bottle either. Oh well.

I think the good magic didn’t work because it won’t work on dark and evil magic warlocks.

Thanks for trying as we need all the help we can get here!

Keep trying!

I wonder, does JS make any attempt at reading a jury?

They have to look completely exasperated and exhausted with his repetitive nonsense. Some of his " questions" to PG today were so compound, so off the mark, so in the weeds of extreme wt -flack...that I had trouble following. ( I did have an 'escape')
;)
This poor jury had to sit and attempt to be interested.

Na zdrowie, Pawel.

Did the family weigh in at the end of the day?
They are probably too busy witnessing Mamma T verbally flogging JS. Rough night for JS. She's brutal.

Two “waste of time” warnings from Judge R today.

And still Defence Counsel plowed on….

This is portion about the Chinese restaurant is honestly beyond being unprepared.

Not sure what is going on?

How many times does one need to be spanked by the Judge to recognize defeat?

That grounds been plowed, Counselor.

What a truly exhausting afternoon.

Na zdrowie, Pawel.
He was a trooper and hero.

Hope he enjoys a good vacation with his family.

He has been tortured and tormented by defence counsel for four years and has imo been defamed and accused of horrible things by MT and Troconis crew.

I simply wish him peace as he deserved none of this from a horrible group of desperate liars.

What a day! It is nice to have PG's testimony behind us. I love how DA McGuiness had the evidence ready to play the police recording demanding the dirt bike with the icing being the interview of MT saying she'd sold it to him. What a low down dirty rat! That's a devious maneuver typically played by desperate drug addicts and rotten scoundrels.

PG was hurt so deeply by the evil couple that I wept for him. He lost his dirt bike, his Tacoma, his phone, his job and that's just the stuff we know about. The impact of such severe losses can oftentimes knock grown men to their knees. Not Pawel though. He wore fresh dress shirts to court each day as a sign of respect, not only to the court, but for himself.

He was a Star Witness for Jennifer. I'll dare to say, it may take a decade of kindness and rich blessings before he feels normal again. May life be good to him forevermore.

This was bad. Probably worst we’ve seen so far. And he showed his client to be a liar and grifter with the motorbike fiasco.

He would have been better off imo asking an AI bot to compose his “testimony cross”! At least the bot would know the rules and ask relevant questions.

Not sure what his second chair is doing but it appears nothing.

What a total fiasco.
