Also possible that the dirt bike was worth $1,500 but she owed a lot more than that on her dirt-bike-loan and wasn’t paying her bills … and the bike was getting repossessed ?
(There’s a good chance MT had a lot of personal debt - despite paying no rent freeloading on the Farbers, had very full child support, works for Fore, etc. motive)

He has been tortured and tormented by defence counsel for four years and has imo been defamed and accused of horrible things by MT and Troconis crew.

I've been holding back on saying this but it's something I've noticed about the Defense attorney for a while. When he is speaking and wants to force a point, he thrusts his shoulders back and pivots his hips forward as if he's raping the world. He did it several times today but the Law&Crime logo was in the way of a screencapture. However, after today, a SS of his body's position is def on my list. jmhoo

My own feeling is that it was AB who bailed on MT, but did not want to withdraw, so as to not prejudice her defense. AB said (AIR) that he didn't quite remember who gave him that sweatshirt, etc.,(not the defendant) but he thought it might've been NP (after FD's demise) and AB then passed it on to JS. AB must've realized that the sweatshirt, etc., was evidence that should've been given to LE. Not to do so risked being charged with tampering with evidence (same as MT's initial charges), and possibly loss or suspension of his license. MOO

So... I had a chance to listen to today. So much of it was a waste of time as nothing was really revealed that was new. But one thing I thought I heard on redirect is that PG was asked to fix the bumper of the Raptor bumper. He fixed it and removed the plate and replaced the plate. They were setting him up so his prints were on the plates and the bolts/screws. All along... all along...

L and C From redirect testimony at the end of the day: You were asked on cross-examination removing the Raptor plate...... Mr. FD asked him because he bumped into something. PG removed the plates to fix the bumper.

Yes, this stunned me from Bowman. He didn’t respond back to State either and just played a game of pass the box….

I shouldn’t be surprised either that the atty that Defence Counsel passed the box too with the note and then he hid behind privilege, is now a CT judge.

So, we have a whole pile of stinky CT attorneys, including Pattis where this all started. None of the attorneys that touched the box were censored or charged. I think the situation at various times was heard by at least 3 judges and they did nothing either. Why not?

Does this surprise you after all the awful attorneys we have seen in the orbit of FD?

I find it all quite disgusting but not at all surprising given that it’s CT.

@DeDee Thank you for identifying that. I couldn’t quite verbalize his strange maneuver but I saw him do it when I was in court. He does what I call a little prancing too. It’s almost like a “ fencing” move. Like a thrust. Very odd body language imo.

Is anyone smelling a rat with Officer Ruggiero from Farmington PD who seems to be playing strong arm debt collector for MT?

I personally have a problem with LE doing what this officer is doing and without facts. He isn’t small claims court which is where this should have gone.

Farmington PD has a longstanding history of deep corruption and I do wonder if Defence counsel pulled a favour with LE in the town where I believe he lives. KM had strong ties to Farmington and Windsor PDs and used these ties in various ways against his ex wife imo.

I am deeply troubled by all of this!

Also, did Defence Counsel investigate the claim being made by his client MT before attempting to strong arm PG? Certainly doesn’t seem like it to me!

Defence Counsel had all the emails from FD and PG at his disposal and instead of doing the work and digging through the boxes to get to the answers he instead possibly employs LE to threaten PG. defence Counsel then tries to blame the state for not checking emails and texts on the matter from FD and PG when it was his client making the imo false claim and when he had the exact same info in terms of texts and emails as the State!

Counsel then goes to the bike drop off with MT essentially as her thuggish muscle! This was also wrong imo! Shameful actually.

I think MT either owes PG the bike back or $1500 and I honestly don’t know where PG atty is in all of this. Probably figured it wasn’t worth arguing about for the amt of money involved. Yet we saw Defence Counsel at the meeting to get the bike!

The entire transaction was a mess as PG imo should have dealt with MT and not FD. But based on what we heard, FD took the money so MT should have made claim to him or his estate and not threatened PG.

Whole thing imo was pure legal and LE thuggary by Defence Counsel though and no doubt his crony corrupt LE friend from his local PD!

Good news though is that MT aka person that lies about lies also lied about the bike after saying she had sold the bike.

But, more importantly the jury saw defence counsel not only as a bully in court but as a wholly unethical and unprincipled atty imo.

MT and Defence Counsel lost any credibility they had with the jury over a $1500 dirt bike but it was also the way it was done in such a thuggish way and using local PD too that made it all disgusting and despicable!

The whole Farmington police call is similar to things I have seen with PDs in at least NY and CT. I had a neighbor back his car into mine and damage it. I knew it was my neighbor but didn't have a camera or anything. The LE on scene knocked on his door and told him what the issue was... LE strongly suggested that the damage didn't appear major and that he encouraged my neighbor to "handle it civilly." Recently someone at the local Walmart in CT hit my car, went to local police as the car had taken off, Walmart had the video and cops spoke to the guy------same deal, it could get messy criminally but suggested the guy handle it civilly. A 1500 dollar bike is small potatoes and if PG didn't have a bill of sale or proof he paid then he was out of luck because he would lose civilly. MT and her lawyer knew that so the LE phone call came. PG was probably not wanting to push his luck with more LE involvement OR to have any claims going against him as he waited for his citizenship.
