Do wonder if the State isn't simply sending a message to Defence about their choice to bring Mama Troconis as a witness possibly imo...It makes sense to say "bring it" possibly when they have solid visibility on all the conversations going on too.

I do have to admit to being curious about the issue of Family Plan related records and evidence. Above my pay grade but it seems like they all come in if I understood things discussed earlier properly on the issue of records. Message to self: say adios to the Family Plan to save a few dollars if I plan to commit a crime.......

If State has the phone "receipts" then it makes it hard for Mama Troconis to do what she did imo in the pretrial hearing or even in her own trial long ago unless she is willing to be charged with perjury and also willing to wear a matching "yellow suit" to that worn by her daughter when she went to Jail too imo.

I noticed that on the way out the door, FD tossed his receipt as well.

Surveillance trumps receipt dumping, attempt to mislead by identifying vehicle as Toyota Sienna (which is a minivan), and leaving MT's cellphone number rather than his own.

Criminal mastermind.
