Judge responded by referencing how lawyers present their questions. Says it has allowed latitude in this regard. Counselor, you may ask a leading question.....

I like the FBI guy. He takes JS’ silly questions and shoots through them. He says no I didn’t look for that. It wouldn’t impact my analysis.

JS can make up a nonsense question out of anything. He could probably write fiction or do stand up comedy.

I have to admit to being more than a bit angry that the size of the exhibits makes it so hard for the jury to see and understand.

Then we have Defence counsel prancing around holding his own handouts that can’t be seen by anyone.

Very frustrating imo.

Allegedly second chair but it’s unclear whether this is true or not….all we know is that she sits between MT and Defence Counsel each day. Perhaps she is doing the appeal? We simply don’t know….but she has been even less effective than Defence Counsel for the few front facing tasks that she had had with witnesses imo.
