Attorney: Custody battle was having ‘adverse effect’ on Dulos’ relationship with Troconis

An attorney testified that the custody battle between Jennifer Farber Dulos and Fotis Dulos was putting a strain on Dulos’ relationship with Michelle Troconis.

First thing Friday, the court is expected to take up the issue of whether the sealed report was pulled up on Troconis’ computer screen.


Manning said it was ” a huge concern.”


“We can’t gloss over the serious nature of her having access to the report, of her displaying it for everyone to see,” she said Thursday afternoon.


After that issue is dealt with, the jury is expected to see a video of the third interview between Troconis and investigators.


Troconis’ trial is set to resume at 10 a.m. Friday in Stamford Superior Court.

I replayed the video and it's plain as day, fully visible, for a protracted amount of time.

As if to give someone in the gallery time enough to read it, in font big enough to be read.

I'm sorry. No sympathy for the defendant but this is attorney misconduct in the Judge's own courtroom.

Serious contempt by counsel if you ask me.

Audrey Felsen has proven herself to be no different than any of the horrific tactics taken over the past 4 years by Jon Schoenhorn who if this stunt is proven to have happened as described by the State should be reported to the bar and both Defence attorneys should be disbarred.

The lunacy of all of this is that the discredited report does not help their argument or their clients but for some reason they think it does.

I found it and couldn't make most of it out, but I did read "after a number of sessions, Mr. Dulos" so it definitely seems like it is the custody report.

The information shown on the screen ( for the pleasure of an 'unknown' source ) would have been written up by some astute 'journalist' who got the scoop of the century....from one of those " sources close to the matter". Wow, not quite sure of all specifics yet on what was displayed, apparently on defendant MT’s computer? But wonder if it is near time for the court / judge to assess and take measures to remind of decorum and operations within a criminal proceeding, and any possible orders governing it and such conduct. And to sanction or remedy any possible offense. One would think with those spectacles that defendant is wearing, font would not need to be set that large on a screen monitor.

And if MT family / relatives or friends attempting to communicate with the juror(s)? Wow!

Suggestion for Judge R to remove MT laptop and ALL Electronic devices as she has been texting and using her phone as a computer all trial. I have been trying to document it as people here notice what is going on. I think we have captured most of the activity but certainly not all.

I frankly think MT should sit the rest of this trial out in jail as how many folks accused of conspiracy spend only 4 days in jail over a 4 year period with unsupervised travel out of state?

Something imo is serious wrong with how MT has been treated and I find this all quite disturbing.

Reporters and other “guests” of the court. You can see everything on her screen. And notice Felson only said “I didn’t know anyone could see ‘our’ screens-she never said she did not realize what MT had on hers. She knew what MT was doing!

Have been SCREAMING FOR ONE now for 4 years due to Defence Counsel and Troconis Crew social media posting.

Judge R did zero to impose a gag so imo he is totally to blame here. Judge Blawie got the lay of the land with Pattis and imposted a gag and it was upheld to the CT Supreme CT iirc.

Quite simply disgusting behaviour today but this behaviour isn't new and its been going on now for 4 years from the Troconis crew on social media.

Troconis may be held in contempt following an incident in which she allegedly displayed the contents of a sealed custody report on her computer during Thursday’s court proceedings.

After Thursday’s hearings concluded, Manning informed the court that Troconis had displayed text from a sealed report regarding the Duloses’ custody battle in “a very high, big font.” A close friend of Jennifer Dulos is the one who recognized what was on the screen and informed the state.

“The beginning of it reads, ‘Dr. Krasner told me…’ in quotes,” Manning said.

Randolph said the matter will be investigated before court begins again tomorrow, and depending on the findings, Troconis may face consequences.

“If it is being disseminated with the involvement of the defendant, then the court has to take certain action, because then it’s a violation of a court order,” Randolph explained.

Throughout Madel’s testimony, Troconis had an Associated Press news article with the headline, “Judge Finds Forensic Scientist Henry Lee Liable for Fabricating Evidence in a Murder Case,” pulled up on her laptop. The article detailed how in July a judge found famed forensic scientist Henry Lee liable for fabricating evidence in a murder case that sent two Connecticut men to prison for decades for a crime they did not commit.
