JS won't say what his second witness will say.

Arguing. Says it's unheard of.

Judge doesn't see the relevancy of the manner of FD's death. JS says he entitled to show why FD is unavailable to question.

  • #1,044
JS is not willing to stipulate that FD is deceased.

He wants the suicide note that says MT is not guilty imo

JS did just say that about FD and intended police witnesses. Read the question back! From the record!

And won’t stipulate to FD being deceased? Wow…. MOO

FD 'enters' the case as Defence is seeking to enter Farmington PD as to his suicide and death and his suicide note.

Horn is horning on a particular witness about whom State has no information.

The slime is now deep and THICK imo

Accusing State of not investigating

Horn claims to know the "Rules of Evidence"

The "Thrusting" is going at 1000RPM...

MOO

Court is calling out JS.

JS says he's calling the police officer who found FD. To close that circle.

Court doesn't understand what the circle is.

Ah, JS wants to introduce the suicide note.
