There is a restaurant in Los Angeles that has a famous Spinning Salad!

Incidentally, I went back to listen to PG test. and there is an extensive discussion about Greek salad and the judge says “I’ve heard about the salad 3 times now. Move on.” Lol!

I didn't realize the Dulos children were in the court room today. So sad.View attachment 485036
Why did they put her on the stand for those questions that anyone could have assumed? It was wonderful to see her because she is such a dignified and graceful woman, but she should have been spared coming in for questioning that did not amount to anything. I noticed also the D was busy looking down at her notepad as GF left the stand.

Is this witness just there to answer 87 questions and then finally be asked about the custody report? Seems to be the SOP so far.

Had seen MT before she'd learned on the news about JFd.

Saw Michelle on May 25th to fo her hair every three to five days. Became friends. Sold her rugs in the salon. Bought some herself. Women business promotion. Wine tasting.

Colored her hair on the 25th. MT -- always happy. Positive. Uplifting.

[This is their defense????]

On Albany? Really? I thought she described Albany as a 'weird area' in one of her police interviews.

Did I just hear defense counsel say I can bring up the subject of how deceased FD was feeling about custody, without bringing up the report? Will be interesting to see how this progresses. IMO

This witness doesn't remember what time MT came in.

Js should be able to form his own questions and the judge shouldn't have to do it jmoo
Schoenhorn all trial imo hasn’t been able to form coherent sentences and can go for a long time without a question in sight. Judge r gives him the benefit of the doubt and says it a “stylistic choice”. I think that is too kind and imo Schoenhorn is simply both inept and disrespectful of the witness, the judge and the proceedings.

Judge is simply too kind and honestly is simply trying to get this trial to the jury. If the guy can’t form a question to save himself the Judge has to throw him a bone and help or this already excruciating process would be hell.

State confirms MT was happy that day.

[Interesting. MT didn't tell her Jennifer was missing. Seems like a pressing topic for normal people.]

Yay! 1-6!
JS must be exhausted every night, after these performances.
Soon they'll come to an end, realizing "ALL FOR NOTHING".

BUT he was rewarded by legal fees!!!!!
Guess he won't have further clients.

Now hoping he is implicated in the Contempt charge.
Future going down the drain.
YIPPEE.

If I’m a juror I’m tired of hearing about their posh life. Getting her hair done every three to five days - WHAT?

Defense witness, Officer Blaude. Farmington PD, evidence officer. Logs evidence.

Subpoenaed.

JS: what were you asked to bring?
Did you bring a document?
Is it sealed?
Is it from the State Police?

State is objecting.

Court does not see the probative value of this series of questions. Sustained.

Yes if I am the jury this looks so bad for the defendant. She is at the hairdresser /her friend. They usually chat about family kids etc. MT goes into the salon the day after Jennifer is murdered. MT makes no mention of Jennifer even missing. She had a happy demeanor.
So bad for the defendant. Imo
