Why did they put her on the stand for those questions that anyone could have assumed? It was wonderful to see her because she is such a dignified and graceful woman, but she should have been spared coming in for questioning that did not amount to anything. I noticed also the D was busy looking down at her notepad as GF left the stand.I didn't realize the Dulos children were in the court room today. So sad.View attachment 485036

MT's hairdresser on Albany....
Schoenhorn all trial imo hasn’t been able to form coherent sentences and can go for a long time without a question in sight. Judge r gives him the benefit of the doubt and says it a “stylistic choice”. I think that is too kind and imo Schoenhorn is simply both inept and disrespectful of the witness, the judge and the proceedings.Js should be able to form his own questions and the judge shouldn't have to do it jmoo
My bad. Route 44. Main Street. On Albany? Really? I thought she described Albany as a 'weird area' in one of her police interviews.
Slippery slope to hell paved by judge r intentions imo.Did I just hear defense counsel say I can bring up the subject of how deceased FD was feeling about custody, without bringing up the report? Will be interesting to see how this progresses. IMO
This witness doesn't remember what time MT came in.
JS must be exhausted every night, after these performances.Yay! 1-6!
Yes if I am the jury this looks so bad for the defendant. She is at the hairdresser /her friend. They usually chat about family kids etc. MT goes into the salon the day after Jennifer is murdered. MT makes no mention of Jennifer even missing. She had a happy demeanor.State confirms MT was happy that day.
[Interesting. MT didn't tell her Jennifer was missing. Seems like a pressing topic for normal people.]
