I believe they are conscientious. What does it say that they are deliberating over four hours now? This is a tough decision? Or are they unable to convince just one juror who doesn’t want to convict?
Did he say this in jury instructions? That’s powerful.I hope that wasn't lost on the jury. Showing up mostly in beige for six weeks. First day out of trial, she chooses bold color.
Beige was deliberate.
Harmless color. Unless you're masquerading behind it.
I can't tell you how much I LOVE that Judge Randolph has missed no opportunity to say that this case is about the credibility of the defendant.
It's that simple.
If you believe she was truthful -- that she was forgetful and subjected to suggestion, hunger, ruses, fatigue, a chill, language insufficiency, fear of the police or just misremembering -- across all time, you might acquit.
But if you believe she lied about so much as a single material fact, you can throw out her entire "testimony" with the Petu bathwater.
And if you throw out her testimony (as presented through her own words over three interviews), all that remains is the evidence and the why.
Why lie if the truth can save you?
Guilty.

Plus he had an actual dumpster at one of his properties as I recall. If FD just needed to throw some trash out, guess where there is a trash can?

Probably one juror that thinks Fotis did it, and they shouldn’t hang HER out to dry. What does it say that they are deliberating over four hours now? This is a tough decision? Or are they unable to convince just one juror who doesn’t want to convict?
Megnut, i love your reply! Gives me hope. Playing devils advocate allows each of them to walk out confidently knowing they did a great job and are assured she is guilty. I was getting nervous.I believe they are conscientious.
6 week trial. 6 hours would be quick for returning with a verdict.
Due diligence.
Maybe they are of one mind, but Easelperson asked the good question -- if there were one thing to sway you away from guilt, what would it be?
Planted Memory Syndrome?
Second Language Insufficiency?
Colossal DidNotKnowness?
Best Friend Testimony?
Smart jury. Like us here, how gratifying for them to discover a gap in time, breach in recall, a critical lie that hadn't already been identified!
Guessing they will play devil's advocate before resting comfortably on their laurels with a guilty verdicts.

CourtTV deliberation clock currently at 3hrs, 40 minutesWhat does it say that they are deliberating over four hours now? This is a tough decision? Or are they unable to convince just one juror who doesn’t want to convict?
I am the one who said four hours because that is what Law and Crimes posted on their site on YouTube. 4 Hrs and xx mins.2 more hours deliberation time left for today....waiting on pins and needles here!
Seems like most of "my" trials take between 3-4 hrs to reach verdict.
ETA: Court TV verdict watch clock has 3:39:33 right now (not sure where the 4 hrs came from?)
Well, conspiracy is conspiracy. She is guilty, IMO.Probably one juror that thinks Fotis did it, and they shouldn’t hang HER out to dry.
