I don't know the answer to this but I wonder with the FD personality type if they are at risk for self harm or harm to others? My suspicion is not because in their minds they never do anything wrong so live as perpetual victims of others errors. But I am curious if the stress simply becomes overwhelming would FD be at risk of self harm or harm to others? Is he a danger the the public in any way? The court didn't address this and the State didn't bring it up but I wonder if they were wrong not to?
Excellent point @afitzy and I think you’re absolutely right.
It’s one of many reasons I suspect that MT wants to stay away from FD, the 2010 LR driver so far as I know has yet to resurface, the court in the divorce case iirc had FD surrender his handgun, reportedly security hired to protect victims, snitches get stitches.
I won’t speculate about why divorce etc proceedings weren’t proceeding with more assertive bench engagement to hold accountable FD for foot dragging and evidence stashing, but this type of client/litigant/defendant/human fits the profile of a person who simply cannot respect a ruling or allow an adversary to prevail in even the most modest ways and imo would scare the bleep out of me.
I wish any charges could just be filed or the conditions of bond infractions more seriously considered for revocation. I feel FD is a threat to everybody. He totally fits the profile. He’ll explode before he ever implodes imo
