Does anyone know if FD did disable a specific CCTV camera when he was at Jennifer's house on Weds evening, would it generate any kind of alert or notification to the tenant or homeowner?

I think I read that he played basketball with his older boys that night, I wonder if he could have "accidentally" damaged or "redirected" the viewing area of a specific camera with a wild throw?

So what you’re saying is it’s going to be a long long time.

It can be. And it was, apparently. But I don't know. It looks like discovery was ultimately produced in the Fore Group Inc. case that led the grandmother to ask for more funds to be frozen.

Note that what was produced in that case could also be shared with JD in the divorce. IIRC her disappearance occurred right before he had been ordered to produce more financial records that would ostensibly affect support, attorney's fees and property division issues.

I’m saying that MT is wearing a rosary for all to see like it is jewelry. A rosary is NOT jewelry. She apparently doesn’t know that. She could have had one in her pocket if she truly knew the meaning of it and wanted that symbol to feel Gods presence with her in court. The rosary is the physical symbol of the prayers that surround a person praying and meditating on the life of Jesus. I wonder if MT knows anything about the life of Christ. She is a crazy loon for wearing it! TOTAL NUT! NO ONE wears it like jewelry. It’s total disrespect in doing so, for what it is intended .. A persons fingers are intended to hold a bead during each prayer and she had it draped around her! This really is significant to the kind of person she is.

There are some young men who wear it that way. Hispanic dudes. But it's not jewelry and it's frowned upon. But yeah, clearly she was making a statement not practicing a religion.

His is this man not swinging from the rafters yet???

IMO he thinks he is going to be cleared of everything. Then his plan is to get custody of the kids and live off of their trusts. I do not think that GF would ever let those kids not have a comfortable life and the draw JD got may now go to the care of the kids. FD is counting on emotionally manipulating GF for $$$ via the kids.

During times of slow news its important I think to keep the sleuthing going and explore ideas on how to think about what happened to JD! Its been nearly 9 weeks![/QUOTE]
:mad::mad::mad::(:(:(

To be the devil's advocate maybe she is the party who attacked JD. The returning of the purse may have not taken very long. I am nor saying he isn't also guilty just that maybe he was behind the scene and did the cleaning.
She could’ve but I just have the feeling he wanted to do it. MOO

Wishful thinking on his part. LE is taking their time to absolutely ensure that justice is served. I highly doubt he will walk freely. MOO

Since I cannot give up the idea that JD had the help of an another person to dispose of her body, someone with a truck and a tool box in the bed of the truck or perhaps someone who could use the extra money etc. I wonder with all the sub contractors suing for unpaid work if LE will look at who is NOT suing.

This is a good question. Sure its possible but if JD actively used her system most systems would kick out a warning about a zone malfunction. Ususally these zone malfunction indicators won't go away on the system until the issue is fixed and then it resets to say the system is working properly.

The other issue related to what you are talking about is FD or someone else placing a hidden camera/spy cam or listening device either inside or outside the house. Its possible that this could have been placed on the Wed even when FD was outside. Still think this is a very real possibility.

I also wonder if all the service providers to the house from the lawn service to the routine trades people have been vetted by LW. Ditto for any household staff and backup nannys/babysitters/caretakers etc. Concerned about JD possibily using tradespeople that had ties to FD/FORE and how they could have essentially bugged or cammed her house. The prospects of this from a personal privacy standpoint are hugely frightening to me!

Going back to the infamous FD 911 call to say 'I can't reach my wife and children' I seriously wonder if FD is at all technically competent to install and follow tracking software or cameras etc. That 911 call was either made intoxicated or he has no clue about anything technical IMO as he was having basic issues with his phone functionality IMO! Could have been a total act? Who knows.

MOO

Love this logic! We certainly have a good list going now of who has sued! My guess is the next time the NC paper comes out that more smart unpaid trade will join the ranks of folks slapping mechanics liens on Sturbridge. MOO

New media article:

Jennifer Dulos search reaches two months, but case a ‘long way’ from going cold

The charges assume more serious crimes occurred, and suggest more serious arrests are on the way, Giacalone said.
“When you start hearing about tampering with evidence, I think that’s a signal there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes that we’re unaware of,” he said.
He also pointed to the volume of evidence police have collected thus far, including more than 1,200 tips.
“Unfortunately, in a case like this, a lot of those tips lead to dead ends, but you’ve still got to go through them,” Giacalone said. “Eventually, I think they’ll get the break they’re looking for.”

“Even though New Canaan is not a big department, most of the departments in Connecticut aren’t,” DeCarlo said. “They are able to draw on resources of much bigger departments and much bigger agencies that they work with. And they’re very successful.”

Giacalone also cast doubt on theories suggesting Jennifer Dulos willingly disappeared.

“Generally, it’s very difficult in today’s day and age to just disappear off the grid,” he said.

Investigators will have access to what he called the “forensic horsemen” — cellphone records, internet records and video surveillance.

So far, the most important evidence authorities have revealed — but not released — is the footage they say shows Fotis Dulos tossing the garbage bags.

“Video surveillance is so ubiquitous that people don’t realize it,” Giacalone said.

IMO.... This was the straw that broke the camels back. His attorney probably said .. hey this is it we can’t hold off producing those records much longer .... Then he decided that if there was no divorce he’d be free of having to produce such records ... I believe he planned on killing her for a long time but he was backed into a corner and time was running out . So he moved up the plans so to speak . I wonder where MT delivered he purse . Also is that verified or just what she told LE ? I'm wondering if she drove with or met FD somewhere near WL waited while he ambushed her and then came in on the clean up while FD took JD in EE ‘s truck and stashed her at SB ? Wonder if we know where his phone was pinged on Saturday morning ?

I honestly don't think he ever meant there to be the bloody mess. I think he expected to go in and kill her cleanly and have her body disposed of by someone else. He did not intend to know where she is.
But her blood hit the floor and from that point on he had to improvise and, being the planner he is, he could not pull it off.
I think the beginning of his plan happened and the end (disposal of her body) happened according to plan and everything in between was his panicked response and attempt to deflect away from himself and he failed.

I firmly believe FD had the intention of doing this on his own, with perhaps the unknown help of a naive employee, i.e. switching cars.
He had to have planned this and the tampering of the license plates is an example. I can't imagine anyone thinking it would be a good idea to kill
a wife in New Canaan and then drive 75 miles North to Farmington to dispose of the body...you'd worry about going above the speed limit or having an
accident that might reveal a body in your car. I'd go to the nearest spot where I am in control of the property which is 61 Sturbridge. They focused so much on Waveny Park, but how much focus was really put on 61 Sturbridge. Going back these last couple of months, does anyone remember any reports of a lot of activity/searching that went on at 61 Sturbridge? He could have dug a 6-foot deep hole, added a little cement and then covered it up with meticulously placed sod, or my steadfast theory: open up the septic tank and toss the body/parts in and cover that buried lid up with meticulously placed sod and perhaps some hay. It's the most convenient place for him to go right after the murder and get about his business.

I keep telling myself I’m going to rein in my imagination but alas: What about the septic or some other location at JD’s house? It would not be connected to him like one of the other houses would be.

I come back to this site every day in hopes of seeing some new development in the case. Unfortunately, I've been repeatedly disappointed. As others have said, I hope LE will release some new info soon. I don't share others' optimism. I think if LE had some compelling evidence, they would charge him without waiting for two months. They can continue to investigate, but between the GF lawsuit, the divorce, the kids, the trust, and other issues, he shouldn't be on the street if he did it. The fact that he is still walking around makes me think that LE does not have enough evidence to charge. plain and simple. Call me a skeptic, but I wouldn't be surprised if the trash run, and the stains in the garage didn't have anything to do with JD's disappearance. I think LE feels this may be possible as well. If it's all the evidence they have, they realize charging him is likely to create credibility issues. So, every day that there are no further arrests is a bad thing for those hoping to find JD or to see FD receive justice.

Good point ! All this talk about septics got me thinking .... they must have no Public Works in NC ... which would mean well water ... wells are narrow and not easy to access ... hmmm
