Maybe this helps explain why we haven’t seen a lot of public jogging and media trailing of FD lately. Perhaps FD is busy playing house with MT Madonna.

The precedent here of ignoring repeated documented willful noncompliance and bird shooting at the courts shocks the conscience and endangers the public as well as undermines confidence in a “justice for all”; “equal rights, equal treatment, and equal protections under the law”; and the very rule of law itself.

Additionally this is so troubling from the perspective of a two world order as concerns the justice system.

Evidence of a serious violent bloody physical assault, incompetently cleaned up. >30 bags of bloody evidence of likely a slain mother of five dumped in a different town by MT & FD, almost certainly designed to mislead the focus of law enforcement away from the perpetrators and onto the working poor, the homeless, a less privileged area than the one in which MT & FD openly lived large as adulterous deadbeat squatters among the people the conned and betrayed with abandon.

Compare the pretrial release situation in this case to the following google search: “Kalief Browder” “Jennifer Gonnerman” “The New Yorker” . I suggest a look at the June 07, 2015 News Desk article. Or any of their coverage on this devastating situation.

I think about FD & MT’s pretrial release situation, their noncompliance, the charges they face, their conduct while out on bail. And then I think about KB. Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?

The more time that goes by, the less concerned MT or FD seem to be. This picture is just worrisome.....mom and daughter look actually carefree and happy!!! WTF!! I’m sorry to come across negatively. In no way did I intend to denigrate JD or your writings. I guess it struck me wrong, some chord, that we think so highly of her, and speak so poorly of MT and FD. The disparity between the two: good and evil. An eternal fight. Winner takes all. Losers? All those who knew and loved Jennifer Farber Dulos. Those poor babies. Her family. Friends. Neighbors. And all of the rest of us who have come to know her through WS and media.

Oh, no worries! It’s fine! I can quite understand what you mean about the two poles of good and evil, and how it is that we don’t have anything positive to say about FD and MT. Absolutely, there is good in everyone somewhere, somehow; speaking only for myself, of course, it is the terrible unfairness of JD being gone while FD and MT are not just still here but also seem to be throwing that in our faces that makes it seem, at times when it looks like one or both of them have skated by with seemingly no repercussions while JD is gone and her kids and those who loved her are mourning her absence and what looks like—feels like—injustice after injustice. I definitely believe LE and justice will prevail but the wait is hard and worse at times like today when it seems like once again, “the bad guys won.” My post was my way of screaming into the abyss that JD prevailed in at least the sense that she has not been erased or minimized in our memories; your feelings and reactions are yours and of course just as valid. Rather like some people refer to nonalcoholic, carbonated beverages as soda, others say pop, and my southern relatives just call it all Coke, we’re all just putting our individual words to a shared sadness. In the end, I don’t think anyone can win; I just can’t bear for it to feel like JD has lost anything else when she’s already lost what seems, based on all we’ve heard about her, to have meant the most to her, life with her children. We’re all grieving here whether we knew JD or not, and I’m just glad we’re all here to stand and do what we can for her—and each other. I meant it when I said I was sorry if what I had written had upset you and I very much appreciate your kind and thoughtful words here. Thank you so much and thank you to everyone else here for bringing and sharing your light to the dark. Take care and thanks again to you and all for being here, literally and figuratively.
