I think a pre-dug grave would give him a high level of confidence in regards to her never being found.
It was mentioned a few weeks back that the dogs were having a problem. Too much garbage and dead animals. A distraction from what they were looking for.YUK.Oh, I can imagine that it is a “horrible environment.”
Rotting food and God knows what else, doesn’t smell any better with the passage of time.
Not pleasant.

Also from the link you provided: Troconis has met at least twice with investigators since she posted bail on June 3.
Hmmm...![]()
We already knew this.
She met with them at her attorney’s office, and again at one of FD’s properties.
Could be. I’m not sure he had a specific plan in place to dispose of the bloody items.
He would have thought of the body disposal, but may not have counted on how much blood there would be.
I recall a similar panic back when I was in high school, and had to dispose of multiple trash bags of beer cans after I occasionally hosted a small, intimate gathering of a few dozen people at my parents house.
Where the hell do I put this stuff?
ITA! I was so happy reading that...a complete 360 from what was reported yesterday. Encouraging to the point of saying their efforts have been worth it.Okay. Different twist. This is encouraging.
I can't help but think this is rather unique in a private school setting in CT. Sad for the daughter, though. Maybe it wouldn't have happened if she didn't have that ankle bracelet on? I'm thinking she attended a school very close to all the happenings. Not Farmington but close by. Everyone is aware. Too close to home. MOO.Not sure if this was posted,
FD live-in girlfriend MT was asked not to attend the graduation ceremony at her daughter's elite private school in Connecticut
A source told DailyMailTV: 'They sent out a letter and didn't allow MT to come to the graduation ceremonies. They want to keep it very hush-hush'

Did he also know about her appointments and the housekeeper's schedule? If he was early enough, he didn't have to worry about that.Per the custody order (I posted an article way upthread I will try to find it) stated he was to see the children for 7 hours on Saturday the 25th and 7 hours on Sunday the 26th. He likely knew they would be in Ny on 5/24. It is MOO that he knew! FD knew about the New York over night trip, JMO.
See below. I’m also hung up on the Sturbridge property. Awfully early and if the red truck employee returned the truck on Friday, likely he didn’t work Saturday. Was there another employee there at the crack of dawn and what the heck was he doing?!! Or FD banging the drum closed and rolling it into his trailer as it was likely too heavy to lift into the pick-up truck. LE has the neighbor’s footage so we’ll find out in due time. MOO

I would never underestimate the value of what the 13 year old children know. I imagine highly skilled interviewers have gathered info from way back.
FD may end up quite surprised at what the children heard when he never guessed they were listening.
MT hid the bracelet under her trousers when she went to court, so that would not have been an issue.I can't help but think this is rather unique in a private school setting in CT. Sad for the daughter, though. Maybe it wouldn't have happened if she didn't have that ankle bracelet on? I'm thinking she attended a school very close to all the happenings. I disagree. I think they have enough, but FD isn't going anywhere. They're going to want to make their case as strong as possible. We don't know what LE has.At this point, it doesn't appear they have enough to bring murder charges forward and if they do they don't think it's strong enough for a conviction.

If spying on her was risky enough that he needed to disguise the plates, murder was even riskier, so he had even more incentive to use them.I've been thinking about those license plates and wondering if FD even used them during and/or after this crime.
Perhaps after he killed Jennifer, knowing he would be the prime suspect whose properties would be searched, he decided to ditch the illegally altered plates he had used to follow or spy on her in the past.
How about a basement?Does 61 Sturbridge have a fully completed roof (e.g., shingles).
My attorneys warned my not to make this type of deal! Any financial obligation release or decrease in exchange for custody is not recognized by family court. They laughed at the ‘side deal’-attempt by my ex, saying his attys knew full well he could always revisit custody in family court and my concession would be gone.
I don’t believe the F family needs to worry about this anyway. I think FDs ship has already sunk and he will be in jail soon.
Yes there is a basement according to ZillowHow about a basement?
Did he know that his children were going to be taken to their grandmother's in NYC that day? Did he think she'd just hand them over to him after their mother and her daughter went missing? (I'm aware that he tried to see them a couple of days later.)
