I think a pre-dug grave would give him a high level of confidence in regards to her never being found.

This theory has always resonated with me. In the right spot, he could take his time prepping a really deep hole that he could use to dispose of her. And it really is easier to hide a body than it is to find one. LE would have to either be really lucky to find her, or have someone tell them where exactly she is. I doubt they will find her unless either FD or MT (if she knows) tells them.

Oh, I can imagine that it is a “horrible environment.”

Rotting food and God knows what else, doesn’t smell any better with the passage of time.

Not pleasant.
It was mentioned a few weeks back that the dogs were having a problem. Too much garbage and dead animals. A distraction from what they were looking for.YUK.

Thanks for posting!

Also from the link you provided: Troconis has met at least twice with investigators since she posted bail on June 3.

Hmmm...;););)
Previously posted on Websleuths by several:
MT and her attorney met for the 3 hour interview with LE and then at FD house she had resided at with FD and her daughter - that JD also owned with FD - in Farmington showing, LE the wooded areas behind the house.
No further meetings have been published.
MT not considered a suspect at this time, other than tampering with evidence charges....

IMO there is more to her story but she is not telling, she has an obtuse personality disorder, unable to feel empathy - perfect match for FD a sociopath or psychopath which ever he is? FD requires that trait to be complicit in relationship plans and murder...JMO

Still grieve for the kids and her mom - the hero.

We already knew this.

She met with them at her attorney’s office, and again at one of FD’s properties.

My bad! Thanks! Hopefully that helps some of the newbies though. I’m starved for new facts.

Could be. I’m not sure he had a specific plan in place to dispose of the bloody items.

He would have thought of the body disposal, but may not have counted on how much blood there would be.

I recall a similar panic back when I was in high school, and had to dispose of multiple trash bags of beer cans after I occasionally hosted a small, intimate gathering of a few dozen people at my parents house.

Where the hell do I put this stuff?

Okay. Different twist. This is encouraging.
ITA! I was so happy reading that...a complete 360 from what was reported yesterday. Encouraging to the point of saying their efforts have been worth it.

Not sure if this was posted,
FD live-in girlfriend MT was asked not to attend the graduation ceremony at her daughter's elite private school in Connecticut
A source told DailyMailTV: 'They sent out a letter and didn't allow MT to come to the graduation ceremonies. They want to keep it very hush-hush'

I can't help but think this is rather unique in a private school setting in CT. Sad for the daughter, though. Maybe it wouldn't have happened if she didn't have that ankle bracelet on? I'm thinking she attended a school very close to all the happenings. Not Farmington but close by. Everyone is aware. Too close to home. MOO.

Per the custody order (I posted an article way upthread I will try to find it) stated he was to see the children for 7 hours on Saturday the 25th and 7 hours on Sunday the 26th. He likely knew they would be in Ny on 5/24. It is MOO that he knew! FD knew about the New York over night trip, JMO.
Did he also know about her appointments and the housekeeper's schedule? If he was early enough, he didn't have to worry about that.

See below. I’m also hung up on the Sturbridge property. Awfully early and if the red truck employee returned the truck on Friday, likely he didn’t work Saturday. Was there another employee there at the crack of dawn and what the heck was he doing?!! Or FD banging the drum closed and rolling it into his trailer as it was likely too heavy to lift into the pick-up truck. LE has the neighbor’s footage so we’ll find out in due time. MOO

Does 61 Sturbridge have a fully completed roof (e.g., shingles).

I would never underestimate the value of what the 13 year old children know. I imagine highly skilled interviewers have gathered info from way back.

FD may end up quite surprised at what the children heard when he never guessed they were listening.

Employing a non-English-speaking Greek nanny is controlling in itself. It meant Jennifer was potentially excluded from conversations everyone else in the house understood.

But as the kids grew, and learned more Greek, they may have been party to any number of conversations FD had thought he was having in private. This could be useful to LE, but also heightens their need for protection.

MT hid the bracelet under her trousers when she went to court, so that would not have been an issue.

At this point, it doesn't appear they have enough to bring murder charges forward and if they do they don't think it's strong enough for a conviction.
jmo
I disagree. I think they have enough, but FD isn't going anywhere. They're going to want to make their case as strong as possible. We don't know what LE has.

I've been thinking about those license plates and wondering if FD even used them during and/or after this crime.

Perhaps after he killed Jennifer, knowing he would be the prime suspect whose properties would be searched, he decided to ditch the illegally altered plates he had used to follow or spy on her in the past.
If spying on her was risky enough that he needed to disguise the plates, murder was even riskier, so he had even more incentive to use them.

What if the license plate altering was a last minute job? That's why it's so tacky. He has the tools to make a more legit one being a contractor and all but he chose to use tape.

My attorneys warned my not to make this type of deal! Any financial obligation release or decrease in exchange for custody is not recognized by family court. They laughed at the ‘side deal’-attempt by my ex, saying his attys knew full well he could always revisit custody in family court and my concession would be gone.

I don’t believe the F family needs to worry about this anyway. I think FDs ship has already sunk and he will be in jail soon.

Thanks for posting & I hope you are right!

How about a basement?
Yes. Full walk-out.

Did he know that his children were going to be taken to their grandmother's in NYC that day? Did he think she'd just hand them over to him after their mother and her daughter went missing? (I'm aware that he tried to see them a couple of days later.)

This part here fascinates me. Was he pretending that he was concerned about his kids missing their mom after her “disappearance”? Did he go because it looked less guilty if he went to NYC to see them? Or did he actually think he would be collecting the kids from there and bringing them back to Farmington? I wonder if he had any phone conversations with GF between 5/24 and whenever it was that he showed up at GF’s apartment in the city. Is it possible that he thought he was going to bulldoze GF because that was what he was used to doing with her daughter? I think it is possible that he thought he was taking the kids then and there. I don’t know if he knew they were going there, but there are any number of ways for him to find out where they were.
