FD’s relatives are as cruel as he is. I hope this restriction is monitored and enforced by LE.
Sadly I don't think these activities by the family are going to end absent court intervention. So sad that things have to come to this point IMO. GF is going to be forced to file against each and every person involved in the contact and bring the matter to court. Why would any family member do what they appear to be doing here given the circumstances. These are children with limited knowledge of the circumstances and their world has collapsed around them IMO. GF is trying to keep the children safe and protected and also help them to process to the extent possible based on their ages what is going on. The fact that relatives that may or may not have longstanding relationships with the Dulos children are seeking contact indicates to me a complete lack of awareness of the situation at thand and the fragility of the emotional health of these Dulos children. Shameful IMO as adults involved should know better and ought to counsel their children accordingly. BIG MOO!

Pattis gives a shot to Gone Gorl author...repeats what he said is prior press release, “Be Gone, Girl”.
@WTNH

Rude and flippant to ALL women. :(

“Dirty hands, clean money.”
Working for a living? Don’t think so.

Those finger nails look like old injuries, just trying to grow out. They don’t look like they belong to a man who wears Italian loafers and custom made clothing. MOO

Like maybe when he was banging metal around one morning @ 6 weeks ago? Perhaps slamming his fingers when a heavy lid crashed down or hitting with a hammer when sealing a barrel.

The "order me not to kill someone today" statement from NP feels extremely inappropriate here.

Well chosen to incite fear of murder of listener, family or friends. Brutality so bad, this guy would never have been able to do it.
NP knows what he’s doing. It might come very easily to him, born persuader, but he knows he has the gift. And is using it. Effortless.

Any body language sleuthers?
Slumped over. Short hair again. Looks like he lost a few pounds.
Guess he’s not getting any, lately. Always makes for a disappointed face...
My interpretation:
Not confident
Told to get buzz bc deflects speculation why buzzed at time of disappearance
Face gaunt. Weight loss. Way more than worry and not sleeping well. Wonder if NP will hire psych for some anti depressive meds.
Dress casual look is good. Even though shirt not smooth bc of posture.
IMO lots of stress, lack of sleep, great anger and agitation and frustration due to lack of control of overall situation. Oddly defiant though but overall body language was weak and somewhat defeated and totally lacking confidence. Wagons are circling and the stress has to be unreal. If the claim of more trade claims is true then its possible they trade might be able to get receivership action done sooner rather than later too. Once FORE is in receivership then unless he has money socked away (which seems entirely possible) then he loses absolute control and where does the money come from? I think we are a ways away from this happening, but the trade claims being filed are a big issue potentially as is GF civil litigation moving at a steady clip. MOO

I still think she was in the trash container that am. There is nothing else that comes to mind that could be happening that early on a holiday weekend.

GF forecloses, trades get wiped out.

Looks like his nails are healing after being all tore up from digging and hard manual labor. I got my finger tips pinched bad where that happened and that's what it looked like. Pools of blood under the base and how they tore as the damaged parts grew. No wonder he wore gloves before he was trying to hide something.

It was determined several threads back, that the injury to his nails was After he was released from jail.

Within a day of FD being released from jail, he was photographed at a store and that photo showed no injuries on the hand or nails of that hand.

MOO

I just don’t see it. I see carnival barker, loudest guy in the bar wanting all the attention, and I see someone making fun or light of murder. Even if I didn’t know anything about this case and even if he were defending someone I felt was innocent (and he is not, MOO), I would not like this kind of behavior. It’s not a funny subject at all and I cannot think that the public and jurors would think it is smart or amusing. His behavior reminds me of a high-school kid who thinks he’s smarter than everyone else and who thinks everyone else thinks so, too—when they don’t. MOO.

Possibly true but I'm not sure its having the effect that he wants IMO. Pattis has been skating around the rules and he knows it. State was right to call him out for it and I hope Judge imposes some boundaries or Pattis will be out of control for the rest of this sad case. Heroin addict, revenge suicide, Gone Girl, polygraph, MT alibi for 24th? Really? The list goes on and I don't think these comments have been in defense of his client so much as comments designed to confused and mislead and create doubt.

The comment about making sure there would never be a murder charge leads me to believe that this has been his goal all along. I think the behaviour has been professionally irresponsible and would like to see some guidelines to curtail Pattis commentary. I think he was smirking to himself the entire time he was speaking in court on this issue as he knows precisely what he has been doing. We will see how the Judge responds as to me its clear the Judge knows there is an issue but perhaps doesn't know exactly how to solve it yet. We shall see... BIG MOO!

I don’t automatically think he does get it-but I guess we will see. I just hope he understands spousal abuse that hasn’t necessarily been physical abuse until the wife is murdered. FD was certainly abusive emotionally, financially, socially, probably verbally, if I had to guess-JD and the children as well. I hope he does get it.

If this is the judge handling the criminal case against FD he doesn't have to get spousal abuse. He's not deciding a restraining order request. The jury is going to decide whether FD is guilty of hindering and tampering.

It's unrelated.

Regardless, everyone pretty much knows this guy murdered his wife. Including the judge.

Yes, then I guess we have a race against the judicial clock! Trade claims might move quicker than GF Civil case. But I agree she has the bigger hammer in the overall picture due to size of her total claim but the little guys with smaller claims might be faster. Curious to see which way things tip. But I think FORE is cooked as a going concern and done and has been on lifesupport for nearly 2 years at this point.

FD could also move for bankruptcy too so that could alter the landscape a bit too.

We also haven't seen IRS and State of CT Rev weigh in yet either and those could be game changers.

Lots going on that could shift the narrative IMO. MOO

Wonder what happened? Curious if LE has him on visual as well as bracelet surveillance? Those looked like some painful fingers! MOO

Oh no! Hope that wasn't Mrs M or a WS peep! MOO
Haha, I should go to the next hearing and take pics outside of the Fulos & Ponytail circus.

Exactly. His manicurist did the best she could...you can’t hide nail fungus unless you use a dark nail polish.

The plumber case for 80MS was able to attach $26,250 of assets to cover its claim last week. My guess is the other claims are moving to follow suit. I would think his liquidity is limited so at some point there is no more cash left to give and someone will have to head back to court with another plan. Will just take time. I just wonder if GF can accelerate her action in light of these trade creditors actions? IDK answer to that question from a legal standpoint but curious about the answer. MOO

I’m no expert on body language but I know some and the biggest tells are when people act differently than they normally do or when they show micro expressions, the very, very fast expressions like an eyebrow flash that can’t be stopped; and when they characteristically do something in a specific situation such as the person always flexes his hands in stressful times. Just seeing someone once and seeing the person flex his or her hands isn’t necessarily significant. Some people aren’t good at eye contact ever so if they don’t look people in the eye, it is a normal thing for them and probably has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. On FD, his body language is quite different from his usual proud, in-your-face stance so, yeah. I’d imagine most people would feel and act differently in court as a defendant but his overall appearance seems quite diminished although I feel no sympathy even though I am normally a very kind person. And, too, he probably was coached on how to look and behave. His microexpressions like when he looked at the server can’t be managed, though. All MOO.

Re the BBM: Perhaps he does have money socked away. Specifically, the "large amount of money that is missing from his account" that NP just accused JD of taking.
MOO
