It appears that Judge Noble granted GF's request to have a deposition taken in NY of someone who knew about the $$$ GF's family loaned to FD.

(I'm sure better legal minds can expand upon this.)

These are good. It's astonishing what the lawyers for the criminals are getting away with.

If the courts won't make the other lawyers comply, at least it's being noted with these motions - the points are being made.

Yes, IIRC, twice she mentioned his abuse. On one of her blog posts she wrote about how he was getting physical to a point she was scared and locked him out of an upstairs room and another time he tried to run her over with a car.

Just checked on the search warrants in the Fotis Dulos & Michelle Troconis cases. The judge had previously sealed all of those executed in the search for Jennifer Dulos for 90 days. That’s since expired, but the clerk tells me the judge has extended the seal.

Yup. Which brings up a question for legal minds: If a body, or parts of one, were found by LE and kept quiet, would we necessarily know about it? Is it a law to make that info public?

Even if they do have body parts or tissue, they need to make sure the case is absolutely as tight as a drum.

Yup - appears AB followed through with his promise to alert the court on why MT invoked her first amendment right for every single question asked during her deposition.

But doesn't think GF/plaintiffs have a right to know the content of their objection!

I believe that the time that described that she was in the upstairs room with the babysitter and locked him out was when FD had the gun he had purchased in Florida and had illegally. IIRC.

Individual is said to have knowledge of "accounting" relative to the law suit filed by GF/plaintiff.

OK, so one podcast leads to more/all. My best advice, just start from the beginning. I can't even begin to quote this one because there is SO MUCH to quote.

THIS PODCAST ANSWERS SO MANY OF OUR CURRENT QUESTIONS! We just needed to go back to the beginning. So please, go take a nice long walk, and have a listen. This one is an even bigger WOW than the last one I posted. This may have been posted early on, though it takes on an entirely new meaning hearing it now, IMO.

In hindsight, I think all that is said is NOT favorable to FD, to Norm for representing FD (he is completely upfront about why he is representing FD), and especially not favorable for MT after what we know now. MOO

Thanks @Morgan10028....Great refresher and a few gems in the mix...AND, it's a good insight into NP's strategy and continued mutterings and musings in motions and to the press.

• One item, not very case worthy, but is "cute" occurs when both NP and Attorney Maddox refer to FD as "Foti"...guess defense attorneys have so many clients it's difficult to keep the names straight?
• Attorney Maddox mentioning that Attorney Bowman will have a problem if MT signed a cooperation agreement with LE and she stops cooperating.
• Maddox also discusses that codefendants often talk but it can be dangerous. (This was before the Judge gave the no contact order.) He further stated that LE could get a warrant to monitor phones and email.
• Captain Lion, the retired Hartford police Sgt., discussed the Albany neighborhood and how FD and MT would have been very noticeable there. He may have slipped stating there was blood found at the trash facility, but he walked the comment back.
• NP mentions that the EE had been driving the Raptor on the 24th.

There's a lot more interesting information about building trust with the client, what defense attorneys may or may not want to know, etc. Good listening.

Wonder how long MT is capable of keeping the Money Fountain Flowing before she/ mama run out of funds to pay Bowman.

Bowman ain’t cheap and he now has to spend time responding to these 2 Motions, go back to Court, Possible Deposition etc

This is quite stunning, IMO.

Could some of the objections be related to fear that questions about how the finances were handled including transfers, investments, etc., would make MT legally liabel? Or might the objections be related to motive for FD and MT?

The legal maneuvering in this case is well beyond my understanding.
