Thank you for listening!!! I was a little speechless after I listened and I'm SO happy that someone had the same "Wow, just WOW" reaction! I had that reaction to both of the shows I posted, and I've listened to 3 more since. I figured I wouldn't post more if no one really listened, ha. Hopefully more will because there's so much to discuss! I have a feeling that @afitzy will pull through here too, lol.I just listened to that full hour. Wow. Just wow.
Is it true that the cleaning lady arrived at the NC house and was there all day the day this all happened? How lucky was FD to get out in time?!! No chance for him to come back later for more cleaning, like I'd theorized earlier. How many times had he been to her house, to know her routine, to know what time the cleaning lady would show up? How could he have gotten so lucky otherwise?
I found it telling that Pattis wants everyone to believe FD was with his phone the morning it happened but not with his phone during the Albany run. He leaves it wide open, acknowledging that one can EASILY not be where his phone is.
Remember that scene in A Few Good Men, lead prosecutor asks lead defender, "and just what were those two airmen going to attest to?" Regarding the flight logs... I think the answer was, "absolutely nothing." Methinks, if they depose this supposed Greek chatter, who FD claims his phone talked to, he'll have to divulge that, while the phone did call, there wasn't any speaking. MOO
IMO FD overestimates his supreme cleverness. Ah, but again, he never factored into his beloved differential equations school bus cameras, poison ivy, EE wanting his truck back so soon, more cameras along Albany, etc., etc. Fail.
How that must burn him.
It will be a happy though small victory if he is evicted from the home where he's been a squatter for too long. Please let GF get the justice in court her daughter should have gotten.
MOO
I believe the housekeeper arrived at noon. FD was at Welles Lane approx 2 hours and 20 minutes, and left an hour and a half before the housekeeper arrived (if I remember correctly). It seems that he cleaned well enough for the housekeeper not to notice a crime scene, though not well enough to wipe away all traces of FD's DNA, per Colangelo.
I'm not even completely sure which one you listened to, though...not even kidding, I listened to the second one I posted 3 times, back-to-back, because there's SO MUCH there. I couldn't even write it all down and recap it if I tried.
If the search warrants are still under seal as of today, I think this podcast answers exactly why that could be...including that the State could've requested surveillance for MT and FD's phone calls and emails to be recorded and tracked all along LEGALLY via a search warrant...and understandably, LE wouldn't want MT or FD to know that all this time!
As for the call, MT admitted that FD left his phone at home and was gone all day, so him being on a call is pretty much out the window anyway. MOO
I read a Fox 61 producers tweet who said early on that LE was following FD's every move almost from the time Jennifer disappeared. I REALLY hope that's true too. MOO
