If she had security cameras, FD would have already been charged with murder, IMO. The camera(s) would have him at her house on the day she “disappeared”, and the authorities wouldn’t need to find her body (although, of course they want to!). I don’t know why she wouldn’t have security cameras, but in my opinion, she didn’t, or else, they weren’t working.
If she had a security camera she may still be alive today. The threat of getting caught is a great deterrent!

That property in NC, I didn't realize it was so close to Jennifer's. Sleuthers, is the a way to see that land plat for that property? There's GOT to be an abandoned well on that property. Ok, maybe not an absolute, but I'm still convinced he got rid of her body first, within the first 20 minutes. Three choices then: into her final resting spot, into an intermediate spot, to be related sooner than later, or passed off to an accomplice.

There should be extra sentences for concealing a crime, because of the added torture it puts loved ones through.

MOO

In the UK there’s a new law incentivising murderers to give up the location of a body. Hope you can access this link.

I just read about Chadwick. That IS chilling.

Makes me think FD developed his plan over time.... nothing spontaneous about it....

And THAT tells me he knew exactly what he'd do with her body long before he took her life.

I cannot account for the 30 bags. Maybe they were smaller bags because that's all he had at his disposal just then. Obviously he thought one small bag in a random trash can wouldn't trigger attention.... as 30 bags' worth into one. Possibly he amassed a fair amount of that material AFTER he'd already deposited her body somewhere; otherwise why wouldn't he have discarded it all then? 30 is still a lot... bit there are sponges, paper towels, perhaps multiple weapons, his clothes, pillows..... I have to assume none of these was a FULL bag. Small bags, easy to drop into trash cans, like pitching your Burger King bag, who would even think twice? No one.

Here's the Number One principle of Lost Items. NOTHING is lost; it just hasn't been found yet.

Which means Jennifer is SOMEWHERE. Or, as much as I hate to think it, someWHERES. His radius of opportunity was limited. So.... either she's still within that radius or he had help removing her from it (say an accomplice, a car swap before Laptham, and a direct shipment out of the country. Not likely but I've heard crazier). More likely, he did what Chris Watts did. Burial or tank. Septic or well.

And I'll bet he stumbled on that IDEA if not that actual physical location two years ago when Jennifer stood up to him, taking herself and her children and leaving him. CLASSIC DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: if I can't have you, no one can. I'll kill you so you can't leave me.

Senseless. Devastating.

For months, I bet this was fomenting and fermenting and fotismenting in his demented head.

I hate that he violated the sanctuary that was her home. Like a bat that exploits the tiniest portal, the evil she tried to leave found a way back in.

My heart breaks for her children and for her mother, left to bear this enormous grief.

He needs to be behind bars.

MOO MOO MOO MOO
I agree with the premeditation but going back to AW1 here is the specific language used about 30 STOPS by FD/MT along Albany. The AW is not clear on exactly HOW MANY BAGS FD/MT had filled up but is clear on how many stops were made.

RSBM:BBM:
There was big discussion here previously about "30 bags". Some were adamant that there were "30 stops" not necessarily 30 bags and maybe some of the dumpsters looked too full already so they moved on to the next. The search warrant, says "multiple locations". There is no mention of 30 anything unless i missed it. So, if anyone knows, where did the number 30 come from? Cause I don't remember.
@BellaVita here you go from AW1 - reference to 30 STOPS...IMO bag number is UNKNOWN but see what your legal brain thinks about it:

69 WL is the little square marked 3.3M. I remember another poster saying FD probably cut thru to JD back yard that way. Could he have taken her out that way too? The map doesn't give a scale for distance but there is also a river back there and it looks like FD had some uninhabited territory there. For some reason today, I was wondering if that would be possible so that's why I decided to look at a map.

Another view.

69 WL on left. That house looks much closer than on the satellite pics. I'd go with satellite. According to that much more privacy than this pic looks.

Anybody know if these big houses with 3 car garages also have a regular door in the back for people to walk in and out of? I think most houses do. Even townhouses that I've seen. I do wonder if there was a security system. You'd think it would be front and back. How could that be defeated?
With the newer built houses its typical to have a regular garage door or doors in addition to overhead doors or some rear or side entrance to a mud room area.

The wooded area to the rear of Welles is denser IMO than it appears on the satellite view. We also don't know the security situation of the house to the rear of Welles. Newer security systems have both cameras and motion sensors. I am not sure how possible it would be to carry a 120lb body through those woods? It might be possible to be dropped off or enter the Welles property from the woods to the property rear but I am not sure to leave Welles carrying a body in daylight would have been likely.

The other issue is that AW2 was unclear as to whether in the timeframe at Welles whether any vehicle left Welles or other vehicle arrived at Welles. So, we don't know if any accomplice arrived/left Welles or even if FD while at Welles left the property and returned. We simply have the info that JD arrives at Welles and FD is believed to have left Welles with the body of JD.

Yes, AW1 was clear that a 4 mile stretch of the Albany area was involved in the FD/MT ride in the Raptor.

Thanks. I was going from AW2 which only noted multiple locations. I had wondered if the 30 came from the press. AW1 has the answers on that one.

I just keep thinking and re-thinking FD's movements that fateful morning.

IMO despite his planning, he did not anticipate the breadth of the clean up and it put him waaaay behind schedule. IMO he had a disposal site selected and prepared, no way he left that to chance.

Maybe Sturbridge or adjacent woods were the intended destination, but by the time he finally rolled up in JD's Suburban, EE was already there so FD aborted his plan, went direct to Waveny and made the risky transfer to the truck. If that was not his original plan, maybe he didn't have a tarp to cover the bed and couldn't risk any bags blowing out while he was driving down the interstate or having a trucker look down and see something, thus he was forced to put everything in the cab, requiring the extensive clean up of EE's truck. MOO

Alternatively IMO, upon his later than planned arrival at Sturbridge, he took a chance on EE being occupied with door hardware and hurriedly put something(s) or someone in the dumpster, returning early the next day to remove it or further conceal it. Maybe that is why FD subsequently asked EE if he had seen anything that day? Hoping there is footage from a neighbor's CCTV or Doorbell cam of passing vehicles. MOO

I am curious whose fingerprints are on the tape used to modify the license plate.

Hoping for something substantive soon that brings justice to Jennifer and her loved ones.

Many thanks to all of the interesting and informed posters here with a special thanks to those who find the courage to tell their own stories. Blessings to all of you.

Not sure - she just accepted my request and followed me back. Perhaps because I'm in architecture and development?
@Cape Winelands Guy, I have to find this MT foray into the carpet business quite interesting. Thanks for your updates and I am curious if you would let us all know what you think about the MT carpets in the event you purchase one? I looked at the pictures MT posted on Insta for the rugs and honestly to my eye they appear indistinguishable from the Chinese equivalents that go for $35-40/carpet wholesale. If she has some kind of drop shipping arrangement with a chinese company for the carpets that is not a bad margin IMO. BUT, I still hold with the theory that there is little about this closed insta MT company that has anything to do with carpets and everything to do with communicating outside the bounds of the no contact order as well as moving money around between friends/family and FD. The idea of having a closed insta makes zero sense from a marketing standpoint which leads me to the conclusion that its all simply a sham. MOO

Yes, I've been referring back to AW1 more as the details there on a number of points are clearer IMO.

I just want to point out that in 3 recent cases of wife/domestic killings with some similarities here, Chadwick, Watts, and Fretwell, the husband/ex did drive with the bodies in the car significant distances (60 miles in Watts, 100 miles in Chadwick, 50 miles in Fretwell) to dispose of them in remote and premeditated places that they thought would never be discovered.
So in these kind of premeditated domestic killings, they don’t always get rid of the body quickly and are willing to take some risks driving around with a body in the car. Watts case the most egregious and horrific of all since also had daughters in car with him, before he killed them too. These narcissist types with their lack of empathy and extreme hubris don’t follow the instincts that normal people have, and do unthinkable things and take risks that can seem improbable.

I feel Atty Weinstein's sheer frustration coming through in this motion. He is absolutely correct that this particular discovery is a year old. What is so hard to see over and over IMO is the same delay and delay some more tactics being used by FD and his attys. What is also hard to see is that Judge Noble has done zero that I can see to compel discovery compliance from FD/KM/Atty BM at all. My sense is that this latest delay technique is being done to make it impossible to hold to the 12/3 trial date. I am not sure if Judge Nobel has limited staff or is simply overworked but this case needs some real judicial focus IMO or IT WILL NEVER MAKE THE TRIAL DATE. Overall the situation is ridiculous and the fishing expeditions from FD, KM and Atty BM seem never ending. Not sure how to break this cycle and how to handle the situation of a Judge not seeming to do their job? The fact that it seems that Atty Bowman has entered the fray with this delay routine and is now sending in motions that are 'sealed' to the Plaintiff take this situation to a whole different level IMO. Something clearly needs to be done in terms of case management and perhaps we need a new Judge? IDK but this situation seems to be spiralling and out of control IMO. MOO

The security camera at Welles is an 'open question' IMO as LE seems to be keeping this under wraps as AW photos used a neighbours cam system. If I had to guess I would say that there was a security cam at Welles and I also wonder if it was disabled by the perp in advance of JD arrival. We have seen so many examples of premeditation in this case so far and disabling the security cam would be just one more critical example IMO. There has to be a reason LE has not discussed the security situation at Welles and my suspicion is that we will hear more about it at some point. MOO

I hate that she feared what he was capable of....no one should have to live with that kind of fear.

If only he'd just taken his sad self back to Greece. Build a new life for himself. And leave her alone, to live hers.

Only that's not what malignant narcissists do.

Moreover, there's not enough hot water in the world, if I were MT, but I'd sure try to wash everything about him off me.

But those two appear to be a matched set.

How does darkness take hold like that in people??????

My own musing....
Along your lines of 'musing' and my continued thinking about motive/s... Reading through the Atty Weinstein motion filed today on yet another response to the tit for tat discovery by FD/KM and Atty BM, it again hit me that FD is 'obsessed' IMO with the wealth of the Farber Family. He is seeking more info on the family finances beyond the 2 JD Trusts (neither of which had anything to do with the FIL loans).

Does FD feel 'entitled' to his 'share' of the Farber fortune for whatever reason? Why go after all this information now, beyond the obvious reason of delay delay delay tactics? It seems like Atty Weinstein believes FD and his attys are doing this discovery game on the Farber wealth to torment and torture GF. This is probably true but I also believe there could be other reasons to do so as well and I find this disturbing.

I've long been fascinated with folks that believe working hard for a living and earning money the 'old fashioned way' is something to be looked down upon or made fun of. The particularly vile category of these people to me are the ones that will KILL for what others worked hard to build or had inherited.

When I think of FD setting up a 'faux' construction firm owning no tools or equipment and using all subcontractors for his work, it seems like FD believed that hard work is 'for other people or maybe the little people'! We have the reports of FD visiting construction sites in designer garb and shoes and being annoyed about mud and dust on the sites. I do wonder if FD delusional tendencies included him believing that he was the same as the Farbers or better yet he was 'better than' the Farbers? At what point did FD start believing his own 'nonsense/BS'?

Its also fascinating how FD and MT 'hooked up' as they seem to be two peas in a pod. MT has IMO zero substantive work experience and seems to have glided from one guy to another over 15-20 years and done zero to build a business or wealth herself and seemed content to get wealth 'via relationships' so far as we can see from her history. Given her focus on wealth, I do wonder if she did get angry when she realised that FD really 'had no wealth'? Can you imagine the conversation between FD and MT where MT said, "...what do you mean we have to kill JF AND take the 5 children to get any money! You idiot, I didn't sign up for that and taking on 5 children that aren't even mine!". We saw the MT arrest photos and the bail hearing performance and her face IMO looked like a lot of crying had taken place. I do wonder if the crying reflected anger at wasting 3 years on a total loser like FD and realising that there was truly no money pot at the end of the rainbow and that she as a largely unemployable 45 yo female with limited prospects was well and truly 'washed up' and looking at many years in prison?

MOO

I believe there were not security cameras at the property per people who went there physically to check. Unless they were removed by LE after the fact~ JMO

What a great idea! Here though, one of the reasons that murderers don’t give up the victim’s body is that so many refuse to admit guilt, and plan to appeal-and obviously, giving up the body interferes with that, because it is an admission of guilt. I KNOW that FD will never admit that he killed Jennifer-not ever.
