Just guessing - FD/NP/Mama T investigators found something on him?

IMO. No.

IMO. Attorney Bowman was Flabbergasted by MT's blanket use of the 5th Amendment in Civil Court.

IMO. Attorney Bowman and MT came to an understanding while behind closed doors and prepared to at least answer a few questions, especially since Attorney Weinstein provided Attorney Bowman with an advanced copy of the questions. Attorney Bowman also has the right to object to any line of questioning during her deposition.

IMO. MT told her parents, especially MamaA, what the plan was. I have No Doubt that MamaA Insisted that MT assert her 5th Amendment right on Every Single Question.

IMO. I do not think that Attorney Bowman saw this coming and now he is trying his best to work with what he has.

IMO.

Interesting because I occasionally run across a seller on ebay whose items are marked sky high. I mean, nobody would buy the item at those prices. Always wondered what was up with that seller. Starting to see money laundering everywhere.

Does the eBay seller get his stuff sold at those prices? That’s the clue to money laundering.
How interesting, even if off topic a bit.
So, let’s say PatagoniaStyles is selling. Someone said not sold anything on her other account since February.
So we have MT site as chat line between MT and FD, or for that matter, anyone else she needs to cover up. And perhaps money laundering.
I’m waiting for her to add Greek flokati carpets to her inventory. Can’t get those from China, I don’t think. And they are beautiful.

I think the only explanation for what we see and hear from the MT camp is that she's not talking. To anyone. Counsel included. IMO

Why do violent men persist in thinking that no one will think to talk to their mistresses? Patrick Frazee. Chris Watts. FD, leaving Michi out of it. It'd be laughable if it weren't so hellish.

MOO

She’s talking to counsel. Or he would withdraw. No lawyer allows the client to blind side them over and over.
IMO, he’s doing a great job. He was hired to protect her. And that’s what’s been happening. She’s protected.
If Mama A is adding her two cents worth, he’s listening. Discussing it with his client. Makes a decision with the client’s approval. And keeps on protecting her.
I bet Mama A “hired” him for something. That way everyone covered under attorney client privilege.
This clan is clever. Who knows? Maybe they have connections into the judiciary and other politicos of CT.

It took me awhile (distractions) but I finally checked the NBC interactive map and timeline out. Excellent way to jog your memory about early facts that have been forgotten with all the fake news. For example, Pound Ridge. Ten minute drive from 69 Welles Ln, NC. Exit 35 High Ridge or perhaps even back roads, but within Gray Hughes' radius for disposing a body and hopping back on the Merritt to be caught on video at the first rest stop in NC, timestamped. @BellaVita jogged my memory with the $1.5mm detail - FD built/renovated the Pound Ridge property in happier times. Was this the red flag waving in front of the bull? JD was supposed to be in Pound Ridge, like the 911 call FD made in when JD fled and filed for divorce in 2017?

What made LE visit Pound Ridge on Thursday, May 30? Wasn't the property sold almost right after? I remember ignoring the Pound Ridge search because I thought LE still believed JD was alive and hiding out there and I knew she was no longer alive. Did FD drop his brick there? IMO, MOO.

For a long time my main theory has been that he brought JF back to the MS house to dismember her, but now that you mention it (& it fits into the timeline), maybe he did take her to Pound Ridge since that's originally where he had insisted she & the children were going to live. Instead of going along with him, however, JF took the kids and moved to NC in a bold, defiant move orchestrated entirely behind his back. I'm sure this angered him to no end. By leaving her at PR now, he'd be making sure she went where he told her to go, this time for eternity. He probably knew the property inside & out, too, & likely could have prepared a final resting spot in advance without detection. MOO.

I doubt she is at PR and that he took her there. GF sold the house shortly after as well. If they sold it, I'm guessing they have no suspicions at all the he did go to PR or that JD is at PR. JMO

Yes. I mean, supposedly. There is feedback. I have seen $100 items sell for $2000. I know the market and nobody is going to pay that price. I feel like there are probably fake accounts making the purchases...the seller or someone connected to the seller. As for MT, who knows what is going on. She comes from grifters, she's in league with a grifter. There's always an angle. IMO.

What do you think shes talking about? "end of the world" She loves drawing attention to herself. Posted 6 tulip photos after the news of the new JD rocks at Wavenly Park.
BBM - And it is working - she is drawing attention to herself, especially if she is reading here, she is then getting the attention she so seeks by people talking about her posts, etc.

Jennifer Dulos case: New attorney joins Fotis Dulos’ defense team

STAMFORD — A former Navy Judge Advocate General who started his private defense attorney career with Norm Pattis has joined the team representing Fotis Dulos.

Attorney Chris La Tronica was also on the defense team with Pattis in the case of Tony Moreno, convicted in 2017 of dropping his 7-month-old son off a Middletown bridge in a revenge murder.

La Tronica, who practices in Connecticut and New York, has filed an appearance in state Superior Court in Stamford to represent Fotis Dulos on charges related to his wife’s disappearance. Jennifer Dulos was last seen five months ago after dropping off the couple’s five children at a New Canaan school on May 24.
There's no such thing as too much talent on a legal team, so we're adding this brilliant young lawyer to prepare for the fight to come," Pattis said Thursday.

Pattis said La Tronica will also help him with the Alex Jones case.

Too much talent?
Maybe NP sees the writing on the wall. And realizes he needs all the help he can get. LaT isn’t giving up his private practice for free. He’s looking for media exposure and money from FD camp.

I think he sees "talking head" in his future. Seems very driven. Former Navy. Maybe that's the Brooklyn connection. Naval Yard there. More likely, because the media is in NYC. IMO.

Its a shame the Judge didn't give the mom and baby the restraining order she asked for
That makes me sick. Judges don't get it. They don't get it...until it's too late.

@sds71, Hi, Have you seen anything about the Pattis violation hearing decision? I keep waiting to see if there will be any consequences for the filing of the false affidavit in the Jones case and its been silent. Curious if perhaps that is the reason that another atty was brought in to handle things as Pattis won't be able to be in court due to whatever punishment he was given?

For folks interested in an Atty Bowman case here is another hometown NC doozie of a case involving John Farren and his wife (Farren was a former atty in the Bush While House). Atty Bowman represented the wife. Many were shocked that the sentence only involved a 15 yr sentence but Farren was barred from ever contacting his children by the Court.

Graphic pictures and ABC report here: Former White House Lawyer's Ex Recalls Brutal Attack

Info on Farren: J. Michael Farren - Wikipedia

Former White House lawyer charged with attempting to kill wife in New Canaan

Quotes from article:

His wife, 43, sustained a broken jaw, facial fractures, lacerations to the back of her head and after being beaten into unconsciousness was taken to Norwalk Hospital, a police report of the incident said.

During a discussion of John Farren's bond, his wife's attorney, Andrew Bowman, said she was the victim of a "brutal attack" with a large flashlight.

"She is terrified of him and we ask as many restrictions be placed upon him as possible," Bowman said to Judge Bruce Hudock.

In a taped interview at the hospital as she was surrounded by bloodied bed sheets and hunks of pulled-out hair, Farren's wife told police she escaped the house after hitting the panic alarm and then driving to a nearby home on Weed Street with her two daughters, a 4-month-old and a 7-year-old, after Farren tried to pull her into a bathroom with a kitchen knife, a police report said.

She said the dispute began when Farren wanted to talk to her about divorce papers she delivered to him on Monday. He wanted them to get back together, but she told police that she could not stay with him because of his explosive temper, the report said.

In the third-floor master bedroom, Farren walked toward her, but she told him not to approach and he flew into a rage, she told police.

He tackled her and began pulling out "gobs of hair," she said in the report. He then began beating her with a metal flashlight and drove her to the floor under the blows, she told police.

Bleeding heavily, she passed out and, when she came to, he began strangling her. With his hands around her neck, she lost her sight and began searching for the panic alarm with her hands, she told police.

Farren said, "don't hit the alarm button," but eventually she pushed it and the alarm began to sound, the police report said.

Hearing the alarm, "he went nuts," and began to hit her again with the flashlight, the report said.

Farren then told her he was going to slit his wrists and went and got a large knife, the report said. He went into the bathroom and tried to get her there too. Thinking that he was going to try to kill her, she ran to her daughter's bedroom and screamed, "daddy's trying to kill me," and "we have to leave now," the report said.

She got her two daughters into the car and drove to the first home that had its lights on.

After arriving at 855 Weed St., Farren's wife honked her horn and banged on the front door. The homeowners opened the door and found Farren's wife severely injured with blood streaming down her face, the police report said. She told them her husband was trying to kill her and had beaten her with a flashlight, the report said.
