Thanks. The Colangelo request was the missing link for me. Because up to the point of MT asking for the no contact order, there was nothing I interpreted as that one could not contact the other. The judge at the first bond hearing was really vague. Also, the video I posted was not the one I intended to post. I thought it was of the hearing itself, not the news report of it. Now I can't find the actual entire hearing. I don't think the reporter was accurate in how the no contact motion was handled.

Just wanted to put up yet another example of MT work on behalf of FORE Group as I am concerned that Judge Noble is not moving quickly to resolve the MT deposition situation in Civil Court. This was a Patch ad she did for 80 MS. IMO MT and FD were FORE and for anyone to think otherwise doesn't make much sense. What is the Judge in the Civil Case waiting for in order to compel MT to testify, a permission slip from a higher authority? IDK, what is going on behind the scenes in Civil Court but the 12/3 trial date is looking like a pipe dream as things have seemed to grind to a halt in terms of responsiveness from the bench. MOO

The substance of the email you refer to about FD requesting/demanding that MT daughter attend the same school as the 5 Dulos children was in the FC file. But what I never understood was why the school didn't take a stand on the matter and simply say 'no' to FD and MT? It just seemed to me to be a strange circumstance for someone not really part of the school community, FD, to ask for admission of a child on behalf of MT. I won't even get into the issue of child qualifications etc. as I don't want to tread on TOS issues.

But it seems like the school didn't have to do the admission for MT daughter. But yet they did? It was never clear to me whether money passed hands from FD to the school (or even from MT or baby daddy) to facilitate entrance to the school. IMO it never seemed like an 'above board' admission and I didn't get why the Headmaster simply didn't say 'no'? Do you know why?

If the school had a relationship with JF and no relationship with FD then why did the school accommodate a request from FD to admit MT daughter? Do you know if FD paid the tuition of MT daughter or did MT pay it? IMO the entire situation with the MT daughter admission seems quite fishy and I wonder if you have any information to clarify the situation. From the FC records it appears JF paid the tuition of the 5 children with zero assistance from FD (later FC records indicate that GF assisted with tuition after the move to NC). It would be important I think to see if FD did pay for MT daughter tuition when he didn't do so for his own 5 biological students.

This time period had to be incredibly painful and difficult for JF to manage and it seemed to partially play out in public which made it so much more painful IMO. The FD insensitivity to JF relationships in the school community and with the school administration also seemed to be of epic proportions. I also very much wonder why in the world with all the schools in the area that MT would want her daughter to be part of a community that was by all accounts so close to JF? Why would FD want this to happen too? The area has any number of good schools so why was this school so important? Was FD and MT trying to prove something? But I also wonder why they (FD and MT) would subject an innocent child to the overall situation? I really do wonder why the administration just didn't say no, if only to protect MT daughter from the inevitable gossip and petty nonsense. Any help to understand all this would be appreciated as I've been trying to understand this situation for quite a long time and simply hit a block!

your last paragraph questioning why would MT want her child to part of a community so close to JF- because MT believes she is the 'new' FD spouse and wants to live just like that, which happens to be on the farber money..BUT MT is totally illegitimate..MT and FD are both totally delusional human beings in their own world..

Its certainly possible but to me it doesn't show much awareness of how people in small communities going to private schools act. It also IMO shows zero awareness of the impact her choice to place her daughter in that school might have on her daughter.

Over and over it just seems like the MT daughter is treated as a toy to move around and nobody really cares what the children in class or on the playing fields will say to MT daughter. Children are so smart and you know that many will have heard their parents talk about it all as JF was well liked and respected by all accounts. I am struggling I understand placing a child into that particular school environment when there are other options available. I do wonder how much of this was driven by FD and how much by MT? Did MT even care about the choice and did she even think about her daughter and the impact?

I also very much wonder if the baby daddy was aware of the choices MT made and did he know that the daughter was in the school where the Dulos children had been and where JF was known and respected? I really do wonder at what point he woke up and might have started questioning MT fitness to parent as IMO these decisions look 'at best' to be questionable. Is the baby daddy fully aware of the seriousness of the charges that have been levelled against MT and what all was going on at 4Jx where his daughter lived for a good amt of time? I really do wonder as I would think many fathers would object to a child being put into that situation.

Could MT have been so insensitive so as to not be aware that the situation would impact her daughter? Was this why the daughter switched schools shortly thereafter?

I think its a pretty fair bet at this point to say that MT is by no means the brightest bulb, but to me this choice to place her daughter where the other children went to school and where JF was known and liked, speaks to selfishness, insensitivity and absence of caring about her daughter. No reason in the world for that daughter to be in that particular school given the available options in the area IMO.

I also really wonder about the family clan that surrounds MT and how they seemed to embrace the relationship with FD. Did they really think that putting a child into 4Jx was a good move for the child? Or, did they not really care?

And, obviously, FD had introduced the children to MT on his trips to Florida. What had they learned about how to treat their mother from their father? Did MT have no boundaries to spare the children-her daughter and JFD's children--the complicated relationship that was eventually under various court orders?

Was MT aware of the order that said there was to be no contact between the Dulos children and her and her daughter? Did she not realize that the Dulos children were asked to lie to the court about their adventures? What lessons did she think all of the children were learning?

How did the most recent visitation arrangement that excluded MT and her daughter impact FD and MT's relationship? Was MT finally demanding closure to the divorce between FD and JD? Had she finally run out of patience? MT was probably tired of being the "paramour."

Neither FD or MT seem to have had any regard for their children's emotional and academic growth. You are so right afitzy! It's very difficult to think that the children's needs were considered by MT and FD. It seems to have been all about their physical relationship and pipe dreams. It's heartbreaking to see such disregard and hear FD proclaim his love. IMO, he's absolutely clueless about what comprises a good parent and how to nurture and care for children.

I have to check and see what happened to Ferrens law licence as I don't recall if he was part of the CT or NY bars or both. My recollection is he lost his license to practice with the conviction but just want to make sure and I was also curious if he ever paid his ex wife any of the settlement money that she won in the litigation. This case was so foul that it was actually hard to read the news accounts. The wife picked up the children and left everything behind and fled and the house stayed that way for a long time with everything as they left it. Tragic situation. MOO

Every time I hear about this child, my heart breaks a little more for her. I’m definitely not forgetting JD’s kids and their pain but this child seems to be superfluous for her mother. Awful, awful, awful. As usual, @afitzy, you said it all here. Poor kid. MOO.

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 10am ET) – CT – Jennifer Farber Dulos (50) (May 24, 2019, New Canaan) – Only for *Michelle Tronconis (44) (Dulos’ GF) arrested & charged (6/1/19) & arraigned (6/3/19) with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence & hindering prosecution. Plead not guilty. $500K bond. Posted bond (6/3/19).
Bond conditions on any bond release. Must be posted at courthouse, passport must be surrendered & must submit to GPS monitoring.
*Charged (9/5/19) & arraigned (10/4/19) with tampering with evidence involving the borrowed car from work colleague. Plead not guilty. $100K bond. Posted bond (9/5/19).
Same bond conditions as above.

6/28/19: Next motions hearing 7/18. 7/18/19: State says the day after Troconis went to New York, she was back in CT without telling the state. Defendant says that was because her GPS monitoring device needed to be looked at and there will be no further issues with it. She will be staying in CT. White also agreed to another request in the motion that Dulos be barred from contacting Troconis in any way, including through a third-party. The request by Bowman followed a motion by Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, requesting that the pair be allowed to see one another. Continued to Aug. 19. 8/19/19: Judge continues hearing to 9/20.
9/5/19 Update: On Thursday (9/5/19), Troconis turned herself in at the state police barracks in Bridgeport. Troconis was also charged with tampering with evidence and released after posting $100K bond.
9/20/19 Update: Troconis’ two arrests have now been combined. Both cases being transferred to Stamford superior Court, where she is scheduled to appear on Oct. 10. Investigators say she admitted to lying to them during her first two interviews with them. Last minute request for hearing on 10/4.
10/4/19 Update: Plead not guilty. Next hearing on 10/25.
*Fotis Dulos (51) – Next pretrial hearing on 11/6.

The most surprising thing about this shopping trip is the fact he was at homegoods. Dont get me wrong I shop there but that is precisely my point. I am a lowly commoner and well he is Fotis Dulos. I am sure he had to go home and take a good steam to rid his pores of the filth of the middle working class that shop in stores like that.
