IDK 100% but it doesn't appear that JF had a dog while at Welles as no dog was mentioned in any of the AWs or even in the initial accounts by LE when they visited the Welles property.

Evidence of a dog exists on FD social media as does a cat and absent any info it appears that animals remained at 4Jx. My recollection is that the dog sadly passed away over the past 2 years but it is believed the cat is alive but it is unclear if the cat remains at 4Jx with FD.

Taking care of a cat may be too much like work for FD. All of you cat lovers know what I’m talking about

To make you feel better, there are A LOT of possibilities as to why the property was removed from AirBNB that have nothing to do with it being posted on a public site like this one.

-They could've gotten another lowball offer on the property and taken it
-Someone could've rented it through the end of the year (unlikely, but possible)
-LE intervention
-Info from the 'voluminous' discovery

I'm sure the fellow WS'ers can add to this list.

Out of curiosity, how would this post being removed affect the investigation you had in mind?

All true... This thread is public and indexes via google so if someone has an alert set up on a name and its mentioned in a post here then they will link back to WS. My guess is that FD is attempting to make some cash on the side and once he was caught out he pulled back on the ad. Did he honestly think that people wouldn't research the house or be able to tie it back to him/FORE? Very naive IMO for someone wearing a bracelet and under a microscope. MOO

Ok, so one question I can’t fathom the answer to is why JD’s body would have been in the front passenger seat of her car, as FD left 69 Welles Ln. Would anyone mind revisiting that with me please?

And is it even just slightly possible that the CCTV LE has shows a female form in the front seat...but that it’s actually MT?

Every. Single. Thing. Here. is being inspected. At least by the perpetrators' side. I hope those behind the scenes, wanting Justice for Jennifer, are reading as well. People on this board are here for a reason, IMO. We are people very attuned to the concept of Justice. More so than average people on the street. I don't want to make the assumption that I speak for everyone, but I believe most posters here feel so very deep in our hearts the reality of what has transpired here. The best advocate anybody can have is themselves. Jennifer is no longer here to do that. But she has her faithful mother, God Bless. And I hope and believe that LE and Colangelo are right behind and never stop.

i think these rental websites just take listings and validate them to their business standards like ownership and insurance like a good liability policy to cover the property.
i remember a recent situation i think last year where some property in California was listed and it turned out that there was a multiple murder in the house not too long ago. the person that took the listing just had a set of conditions to satisfy and checking if anything had happened there was not one of them. once the website was made aware the listing was removed. i think it's quite possible the rental website got calls or emails about how disturbing that rental ad was to folks so the website withdrew it. those rental sites are not interested in being controversial.

I was trying to track back the source of the information about JF VV Tee and bra that I believe was first reported in HC.

It was unclear whether this was a LE 'leak' that might have angered Judge Blawie or perhaps was an Atty. P. 'leak' to the HC. To be noted is that the shirt/bra were not mentioned in AW1 or 2 so far as I can tell directly but might have been referenced indirectly. But this report seems to suggest that the shirt/bra were found at MIRA per HC.

Pure speculation on my part but this just might have been a LE 'leak' as Atty. P. gave the response on July 31st of: "Attorneys for Fotis Dulos say reports that investigators found a blood-stained T-shirt and bra that may be what his client's estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, was wearing on the day she disappeared sound "like desperate speculation." Lawyers for missing Connecticut mom's husband calls report of her blood-stained shirt 'speculation'

I wanted to get back to you on this question. Per AW2 I don't believe we know where in the Suburban JF was located. Here is the quote from the AW2 where the Suburban leaves Welles:

BUT, there was evidence of JF blood found on the PASSENGER SEAT OF RED TRUCK/TACOMA:

We had discussed this passenger seat issue extensively in a prior thread and I believe the consensus view was that the passenger seat was where the body was located as the Tacoma doesn't have a full bench rear seat. The rear portion of the Tacoma has pull down 'jump seats' and is not what could be considered a full second seating area that is entered via a full 2nd door. So, it was probably easier to simply push the front seat fully back and then place JF into the passenger seat of the Tacoma was the speculation based on the description in AW2.

But to speculate on your question about whether MT could have been in the Suburban or the Red Truck Tacoma or another vehicle in NC on the morning of the 24th, I believe the answer to be a qualified yes as we don't even know if she dropped her daughter off at school on the 24th and whether anyone saw her at school or a camera captured her leaving 4Jx. But assuming she dropped her daughter off at school it is possible IMO that MT still could have been in NC on the 24th missing date but it would be unlikely in this scenario that she could have travelled with FD to NC due to the timing issues. But MT could have travelled later to NC after she dropped off her daughter at school. The only statement of time I believe we have for MT on the missing date is that she said she didn't see FD until

I can't wait to hear where LE places MT on the 24th. We have heard nothing from either side since MT backtracked on her original, phony alibi. My money is on she was driving one of those trucks at some point. I think she's in really deep. The other important time was 6:40 A.M. when she awakened and said FD was gone. This was huge as FD claimed he had an early morning appointment with an attorney at his home. (p. 33 on the warrant you linked above)

In going back and reviewing evidence, I watched part of the Dateline Program with the interviews with FD and NP and others. Hearing NP once again state that "they" had been able to account for FD on the morning of the 24th so far. He said FD had been "in and out" of 4JX in the morning and went on to explain that FD couldn't have driven to NC and back and done all the things LE claimed he may have done.

How does a defense attorney deal with a client after something like AW2 reveals that the client has been lying to the him?
