Oh, and situation is somehow better now???? Seems like a way to launder more funds or something.

The source of my anger is these "friend" realtors have no shame in helping FD sell property, even after AW2. Obviously the prospect of making money is much more important to them than the fact they are helping a suspected murderer (It's transparent at this point, IMO, that FD is involved in JFD's disappearance).

The company for whom they are affiliated has a good national reputation, but if I were a member of this community, I would do everything in my power to suggest comparable opportunities to potential buyers. IMO...MOO...enough shilling for FD.

The world is a sad [REDACTED] place. Hardly anybody cares anymore about doing the right thing. Sad that psychopathic killers have friends. No words really for what goes on. IME. IMO.
ETA: The people who come to this site are special, IMO. We see injustice and cry out for justice. The Proud, The Few. There's really not alot like us.

Replying to my own post! Also, what was the fascination with Farmington and why did JD want and agree to live there? Maybe FD wanted to be there because so much farther away from the Farber family and isolated Jennifer. I have to think that the building/purchase of these over-priced properties was part of a scheme to funnel money and FD knew full well there would never be a profit when all was said and done. JMO.

BBM. She didn't want or "agree to," really. It seems JD didn't want to move, and didn't really have any say in the matter about moving, according to her writing on Patch. In fact it seems he had the "say" about everything in their marriage.

"He's the builder, and as the wife of a builder, you sort of surrender the reins on house, or home, or schedule, and just expect the who knows." <- JD, 2012

They could have settled anywhere. I don't think Farmington was her choice. JMO. Sad.

Alathea….That quote (BBM above) is a WONDERFUL explanation of the entire JFD's, a loving, giving person, and FD's relationship...perfect quote. Thank you so much for finding this.

She gave and gave and gave....finally with her life. IMO...MOO

Well said. As an aside it's worth mentioning that the Avon office that these two CB RE agents work out of is practically across the street from Russel Speeder's car wash. How does the whole thing not haunt them every day?

Exactly. So sad to read her words.

She did whatever he wanted - he controlled not just the house, but her. No wonder he didn't like her writing publicly.
They could have settled anywhere. I don't think Farmington was her choice. JMO. Sad.
She lived in NY when he contacted her by email (he looked her up, though he was still married at the time) on January 13, 2004. She moved up to his area soon after that the same year. She wrote about missing her friends. Seems everything was his choice. More interesting quotes of hers:

'There does seem to be a move afoot in our home. I still have not been given a date by Fotis, so I am still in denial. The rest of the house can end up in boxes.'
..

'I am living life today, here where I woke up, until instructed otherwise.'
..

Despite five young kids, my husband Fotis and I do go to the movies, as something to do — together, in the dark. ..This past Sunday we saw (not my choice) Marvel's The Avengers.
..

We do a lot when Fotis is around. I fear him being grumpy that "we never go out." Like people in Greece supposedly all do, even at 40 with many young kids under six.
..

I have the bathroom all to myself most mornings. I stay far away from my husband, Fotis's wake up point, so that I can have just this. I once mentioned, wouldn't be nice to have separate bathrooms if he's building all these homes and we can potentially design anything we want. He looked at me and said that that would be the end of our marriage, defeat. What's next, separate beds and bedrooms? Why even bother being married? I'd just thought that if I had that private, sacred place to prepare myself, before I present it to the world at large, him say, I would do better – emotionally. But I did not say any of this or try to explain myself. It's like when I argued that my daughter Clea-Noelle could easily be Noelle Kleopatra, and he said if that were the case, he'd have nothing to do with her baptism, (or life!) What does one do with that? I mean, really. So… We share. I wake up very early to have the privacy. And life goes on without some bomb going off in our hallway.
...

When people are kind, this is something deep, healing and good for both parties, the one being kind and the one receiving the kindness.

Just wanted to post this tidbit from the Berreth trial here as the quote seemed 'eerily similar' IMO to the FD quote, "I am not a monster" which I believe was said on Dateline and prior to that in Family Court where he claimed to not be, "Charles Manson"...

IMO you could removed PatrickFrazee from the below quote and simply insert FotisDulos and it would apply.

Wonder what it is about these folks like Patrick Frazee or Fotis Dulos that at the end of the day simply believe they are 'misunderstood' and not 'monsters' when the behaviour appears to be that of a psychopath IMO:

In notes, #PatrickFrazee claims innocence in #KelseyBerreth's death: "I'm not the monster they say I am. I don't know what happened or where she went. Honestly, my wheels are spinning out of control the closer it gets to trial. Any advice how to defend my innocence?"
@csgazette

MOO
No, bc there is no innocence.

“Men Who Hate Women, and the Women That Love Them”. Great book. Must be 30 years old but basically describes JD/FD and many of our relationships, too.

There was another very popular book in the ‘80’s titled “Smart Women Foolish Choices”.
It was everywhere. These relationships are easy to recognize when you are not “in” the relationship. Not so easy when you are in the relationship.

One of the cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court during its fourth session is the Jennifer Dulos murder case, which has received state and nationwide publicity ever since the 51-year-old mother of five went missing in May.
State v. Dulos
The Connecticut Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments Dec. 12 on the Jennifer Dulos murder case, which has received state and nationwide publicity ever since the 51-year-old mother of five went missing in May. Her husband, Fotis, has been a prime suspect in her disappearance. The couple was going through a divorce at the time of Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance.
At issue before the state’s high court is whether the trial court properly entered a gag order barring defendant Fotis Dulos, attorneys, witnesses and law enforcement from making public statements in the case, and whether those statements pose a substantial likelihood of material prejudice to the case.
The case has also centered on First Amendment rights, and raised questions about what constitutes protected speech in a criminal proceeding. Justices are now set to weigh whether that gag order violates Fotis Dulos’ Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial, and his free speech rights under federal and state constitutions.
The state filed a motion for a gag order that would apply to counsel for both sides, according to the Supreme Court’s synopsis of the case. The motion followed statements by defense counsel regarding the wife’s disappearance and leaks from law enforcement sources, according to court documents. The trial court granted the state’s request, and then went farther by ruling the gag order would apply to witnesses and law enforcement.
The trial court acknowledged that the gag order could affect the First Amendment rights of the affected parties, according to the Supreme Court synopsis of the case. But it found those rights had to be balanced with the defendant’s Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial, which media coverage could compromise.
Norm Pattis, the defense’s lead counsel, appealed the trial court’s ruling. Pattis has spoken frequently to the press about the case.

Do they know which LE is leaking info? I’d be doing something about plugging the sources. Permanently. Incredible especially if paid informants.

Everyonr wants to know the sources of his daily living expense payments. Here’s one possibility. I would hope GF somehow will benefit from some lien release off the lot.

We do not know for a fact that LE has any leaks, since the information from these 'supposed leaks', has not been confirmed by LE.

One of the supposed leaks are in reference to the homeless man that found the bloody knife and pillow that then leads to a man named Fudge.

Just because the homeless man was interviewed by MSM, does not make what he says, to be actual facts.

Just because the homeless man was interviewed by MSM, does not mean that LE sponsored or approved of his supposed information given to MSM.

It is not like LE told the homeless man to go out and be interviewed by MSM, because we want your information leaked to the public. Seriously?

IMO, NP is scraping the bottom of the barrel to find anything to say that LE has leaks.

IMO, I believe there is something to the homeless man's story, but that does not mean his MSM interview was actually sanctioned by LE.

IMO.

I think there were leaks. Thinking about the Vineyard Vines shirt and bra. It's so specific. JMO.

Yes, but until LE Confirms these stories, then we do Not know them as Facts.

It could even be leaked by those who are interviewed in regards to this case.

Just because we have the information, does not mean that LE is the one that leaked.

I am sure there have been hundreds of interviews in this case, and any one of the persons could have leaked this info.

I am sure LE asked questions to those at the school, if they remember what JF was wearing that day.

Any one of them could have leaked the info.

IMO.
