His Actions in Family Court, show that he may just want the older twin boys.

However, it IS all about the money and what money the two children could bring to the table.

JF's father was no dummy and He Protected All the Trust Funds.

There is Absolutely NO WAY that FD could legally get his hands on the children's Trust Funds or JF's for that matter.

The children's Trust Funds only paid for their schooling and the checks were sent directly to the school from the Trust Fund Manager. Their money Never went through the hands of FD.

IMO.
Oh good, that he can't get his hands on the money.

He wasnt divorced yet, so he can get (or try to get) JD's monies. Or can the judge stop that, even though he's not convicted
?

Awesome for You. Well Done, you are so much more than a victim and I am sure you have worked Hard to Survive and put that Horrible time past you.

So Many do not make it out alive and So Many who choose to stay.

There was a couple in the news a few years ago in the south, that after she had the baby and she was spending All her time on the less than a week old baby (rightfully so), the boyfriend beat her so bad, that she has never looked her beautiful self again.

Pics showed her black and blue from head to toe and her face was so swollen, you could not even see that she had eyes, much less what color they were. So many broken bones.

So unimaginable terror she must have felt. She may have also thought he would harm the baby.

Fortunately, the mother of the boyfriend showed up to visit the grand baby and she immediately called 911 or I don't think the girlfriend would have survived.

The boyfriend's mother actually testified Against him in court.

I am not sure that I have seen a parent of an abuser actually testify Against their own abusive child.

IMO.
THAT was a close one!

For those who followed the Frazee trial. There's supposed to be an evidence drop any time now. Today is the anniversary of her death btw. Fortunately there was enough circumstantial evidence to get a conviction.

Yes, it appears 48 Hrs (TV show) got early access so they will include it on their next show. Just got finished watching some of it and after following the trial it was chilling to see inside the KB condo, the site where her body was burned and some of the other local spots.

The DA in the Berreth case clearly states that they, "...did a deal with the devil...", in order to get additional information from PF secret girl friend KK. KK signed a controversial plea deal with a maximum sentence of up to 3 years for tampering with evidence in the case.

Divorce case was nearly 2 yrs old as of the missing date and they IMO were nowhere near being ready for trial as FD personal financial disclosure had always been an open and unresolved issue by all accounts. Costs associated with the divorce were astronomical IMO and JF was surviving with the financial assistance of her mother, even with a sizable trust fund of nearly $400,000/yr. Not sure how FD funded his portion of trial expenses and we saw him representing himself briefly in Court and we learned later that he owes the GAL in the case $60,000 (total GAL fees per year are estimated at $350,000 and this is not believed to include the personal monitor individual that has to be present for supervised visitation when FD is present with the children and supervising them on the phone as well). Based on information from the Civil Case, it appears that FD/FORE hasn't filed taxes in 2 years so that liability exists as well. FD claimed in Family Court to have '$0 income' in 2018, which makes his affording his lifestyle and 5 attys on his legal team an amazing feat of 'financial alchemy' IMO.

JF legal fees were estimated by FD (IDK if this was ever verified but it was reported) at over $70,000/month. FD sought to get JF to pay his legal fees (at the time I believe they were $50,000 owed to Atty Pyetranker) via motion but was unsuccessful in Family Court. FD (per the Judge Heller Order granting Temporary Custody to GF) identified that FD was a 'deadbeat dad' as he paid not one penny to the maintenance or schooling of his children from the time JF left 4Jx.

FD and his atty's have been been quite aggressively seeking information about the financial information of the Farber Family, various trusts and any assets belonging to the children, including trusts. Atty Weinstein has been quite vocal about what he thinks of this financial 'fishing trip' that has been going on in Civil Court.

I'm actually a domestic abuse survivor. So sad when others lose their lives to these insane monsters.
It makes me sad for them... :(

I’m sorry you had to go through that.

A gag order is necessary for the criminal proceedings in the Jennifer Dulos disappearance to shield a trial from the “extreme amount of prejudicial publicity” the case has garnered, a senior prosecutor wrote Friday in response to the defense’s Supreme Court appeal.

In a 33-page brief, Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Robert Scheinblum agreed to an appeal of the gag order on the grounds he wanted the state’s highest court to set precedent on whether judges can impose a restriction on speech in high publicity cases.
Prosecution: Jennifer Dulos case needs gag order to calm ‘extreme’ publicity

I think he cannot get access to any of the trusts because he himself isn’t a beneficiary on his own or as a survivor of Jennifer, and he doesn’t have custody of any of the children. And in any event, it doesn’t come as a lump sum of cash-it goes out directly to pay bills, such as private school tuition. But he probably thinks he may have access to an inheritance that would go to Jennifer upon GF’s death.

I was thinking along those lines. In my state the spouse gets an auto 50% of deceased spouse's assets. I never heard what happens if it's in the middle of a divorce.

Oh. If it's all in trusts and she doesn't have personal assets besides that... But what do we know about her house, life insurance, banking accounts and her car?
Updated: Could he have killed her before the divorce went through so he could get any of that?

Well, she was renting a house (a big one), she jointly owns 4JX, which is currently being foreclosed on by her mother, and a couple of cars. We believe he took some or much of her cash assets up to 2017 and sent it overseas

RE: 261 above - Looks like Judge Noble went through the MT deposition questions one by one and ruled (sustained or overruled, question by question for the entire deposition) as to MT invoking the 5th.

Looks like the ball is back in the court of MT/Atty Bowman as to response.

This is a 'multi million dollar' question at this point. There have been references to a "greek benefactor" and an individual named as the "greek benefactor" but little substantive information exists on this issue but Atty Weinstein is working on unraveling this issue in the Civil Case as FD hasn't had income now for over 2 years.
