RE: 261 above - Looks like Judge Noble went through the MT deposition questions one by one and ruled (sustained or overruled, question by question for the entire deposition) as to MT invoking the 5th.

Looks like the ball is back in the court of MT/Atty Bowman as to response.

Did she reside in Miami Beach, FL
Did she reside in FL with her daughter
Where was she living when she first moved to CT
Did she ever get a RE lisence
Was she aware of any business Fore Group did outside of CT

What monies does he live on now?

Not sure...it sounds like he keeps a high running balance on some credit cards, but since his business is basically kaput, it isn’t clear how he is paying the minimum payments. He has money, because he has lawyers, electricity and he’s eating-but who knows what the source is?

For those who followed the Frazee trial. There's supposed to be an evidence drop any time now. Today is the anniversary of her death btw. Fortunately there was enough circumstantial evidence to get a conviction.

I watched the video from a FB post - of the "side-chick" showing police where the blood spatter was on the wall that she had to clean up. PF IS A MONSTER!!! It is/was heartbreaking. moo

Has anyone heard anything about Attorney Kent Mawhinney's trial that was scheduled for today? Didn't see anything on the Ct Court Lookup Site....

Well therein lies another good ‘un. They initially met at Brown, where they were both studying. Years later (and he was married by then), he happened to ‘bump into’ her at an airport. If you think that was a coincidence, turned out he was now living in the town next to where she lived. He sold it to her as written in the stars. He divorced and they married a month later. Clearly, obviously, IMO, he knew she came from money and he stalked her.

I thought they ran into each other at the Aspen airport and then some time later he emailed her when she was back living in NYC and he was, too (not far from her IIRC). I may stand alone in this but I don't think he stalked her. I honestly think they just ran into each other - the airport is small & it's easy to do. I don't recall his selling it to her as written in the stars either but perhaps I missed that?

He wasnt divorced yet, so he can get (or try to get) JD's monies. Or can the judge stop that, even though he's not convicted

There are ways to protect JF's Trust Fund as well.

HF was a Money man and he knew How to set everything up, to protect it All.

FD is Desperately trying to get info on All the Trusts, but it is not working.

He sent MT to Probate Court.

He has demanded documents in Family Court.

He has demanded documents in Civil Court, on more than one occasion.

I have No Doubt, he will demand documents in Criminal Court. I have no idea what his reasoning will be, but he will demand, IMO.

Noble didn’t allow that many questions to be asked of MT . He sustained about 85 %.
Underwhelmed with his rulings that never seem to favor GF.

IMO...I am wondering about the Judge and his reasonings. I do not see this going to trial for a several more years.....delays, tricks and whatever! What a waste of tax payer monies, time of the good LE, and prosecution. IMO they want time to run and run so Grandma is gone...but I hope that does not happen for many years and also hope her other family members are strong enough to keep on the fight, I am sure of this, Grandma has all her ducks in order to cover any future occurrences. She has a very smart sharp team. Prayers for the children and Grandma.

Looking at the background of Judge Noble I do wonder if perhaps he is out of his depth in his current case load?

IMO Atty Bowman cynically gamed the weak legal system in CT with a new to the bench Judge who didn't want to deal with appeals or push back his trial date and Judge Noble blinked. Sad but typical unfortunately for Atty Weinstein.

Disappointing.

Just started reading this so it's pretty safe to assume he killed her right?

@Topppps, here is the second FD Arrest Warrant complete with color pictures put together by LE so you can take a look and see what you think about it all! So far neither FD nor MT have presented alibi's or alternative theories for the date JF went missing (4/24) on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend!

Can't wait to hear your thoughts!

The media is either being very kind to Attorney Mawhinney, or he just doesn't matter to anyone except us.

The HC has been following the story of KM along with the Dulos case.

Perhaps the Hartford Courant and Dave Altimari/David Owens are staging a 'work stoppage' and not writing articles on the Dulos case or KM now in support of the Atty. P. 'gag order' appeal and this is why there was no coverage? Seriously though, I have no idea why there is no coverage other than the fact that there really are only 2 main print press operations in CT and they chose to not cover the story. The Press seems to be following the story in a reactionary fashion IMO and so will report news from LE and AWs but don't seem very interested in pursuing stories beyond this for whatever reason. Sometimes the Patch picks up local stories so I will check there today.

All I know is that we known that KM has longstanding legal and personal ties to FD, is connected to 'gas can man' who was seen at KM STBX house as reported to LE and also appeared to be working with FD to circumvent a no contact order with his STBX. All these issues together to me at least seem concerning and I remain concerned for the safety and well being of KM STBX.
