Dulos apparently built a guest house on the Farbers Pound Ridge, NY that he is now saying he was never paid for. State police searched the Pound Ridge property in days after Jennifer Farber Dulos disappeared

Accountant managing trust for outstanding loan payments "willing to accept" $1.74 mill as the amount Dulos still owes to Hilliard Farber's estate.

So far Farber’s attorney has called up the co executor of Farber estate, Fotis Dulos’ company accountant, trustee to loans and now para legal at Weinstein law firm.

just as we thought - he had a whole ponzi scheme going - he didn't have to pay back the loans until the properties sold so he could inflate the prices so they wouldn't sell and then spend all the money in the meantime IMO

ETA between legal fees and then everyone else it probably would have been cheaper to just pay the money he owed. Then again IMO it is not about that it is about putting the screws to the Farber family. I think he knows he is going down in both this case and criminal court and just is squandering it all just so there is nothing left. S/ I am going to nominate him for Dad of the year as he is such a great role model for his kids

Now that $2.2 million unaccounted for, he’s become a huge flight risk.

Dulos has arrived at Hartford Superior Court for the start of the civil trial. Fotis is expected to take the stand & testify at some point. Defense attorney Norm Pattis is also here to ensure his client isn’t asked questions about his wife’s disappearance.

Dulos has arrived for the civil trial at Hartford civil court accompanied by his sister from Greece. Three of his attorneys are present right now including Norm Pattis.
The expectation is that attorney Richard Weinstein will call Fotis Dulos as the first witness to get his story on the record before he lets Dulos see what other evidence he will present.

BBM. I'm so glad NP made this comment/lie about why he was there. We've always thought he was running the show for this case, even though he's not entered himself as a lawyer for it. His style runs through all the motions written by the crim. attorneys. So he just played his dirty hand.

It's absurd for a lawyer to say they're present at a hearing or trial - in which they are not a party - to be there to prevent people from talking. He can't stop someone from saying anything, nor from asking any question they want to ask.

He's not a judge.

The whole comment: "Norm Pattis is here to ensure his client isn’t asked questions about his wife’s disappearance," is disrespectful not only to Fotis Dulos's attorneys (can't they object on their own?,) but it's totally disrespectful to the presiding judge, and it's absurd on its face.

ETA: Is it even legal for NP to coach FD on this case if he's not his lawyer for it? Any lawyers to weigh in? @Midwestmom2019 ?

He is such a schemer. I was chummy with my FIL. He loved me so much he said keep the money. I wanted more though and that is why I had to make his daughter disappear. I think he knows he is going down too. End of the road for this guy and his shenanigans.... The party is over. JMO, JMO, JMO.
