I think it's a carefully crafted image and I think he's all about the money (& the media spotlight) even though he wants you to think otherwise. He may wear rumpled clothes and look like his hair hasn't seen a comb in weeks but watch what kind of car he drives (fancy late model Saab I think). He's represented by a management agency for gosh sake! Don't let the book cover fool you, hes not a guy who's disinterested in money. MOO.

Building on my earlier comment, now that the miracle did take place, and the civil case did make it to court, I think we should consider how the outcome may change how tightly these two are holding each other’s throats- if, as I hypothesized, they are.

Perhaps AW3 has been in a holding pattern until the civil case made it to court, just for this reason. If FD is slammed in the verdict, it slightly loosens MTs hold. He’s already going down. This may push FD to grasp for whatever lifesaver he can. He might want to make a deal.

thought I should also clarify a part of my thoughts about MT driving the bus here. In no way do I believe FD did not premeditate this. EEs truck, the plates, the timing etc. just trying to make all the puzzle pieces fit- comments, hiring lawyers, no murder charge, MT staying in house with child... Even though both hands were in the recipe, so many things could have altered the plan and schedule... someone may have hesitated, up all night arguing, upset about memorial weekend plan... whatever, but MT could have jumped the gun or joined. Moo

All but 1 of the Civil cases filed by Dr.GF were years Before JFd disappeared. The 1 not filed Before, was the mortgage on 4JC since it took a bit of time to manage that piece.

NOT. This is about holding Fd Accountable for his responsibilities. IF Fd did not want the responsibility of paying back the loans, then he should Not have Requested the loans.

Fd is being denied access to the children, because Judge Heller in Family Court, so ordered. She MUST err on the side of caution with the children at this point. The Judge also took inference to his pleading the 5th in Family Court. Fd provided the Proof against himself that shows why the children should Not be with him.

What IF Fd had access to the children and he pulled a 'murder suicide' with the children? Judge Heller MUST err on the side of the children's welfare. If Dr.GF had already passed away, Fd still would Not have received the children. Judge Heller would have given the children to anyone But, Fd and the Dulos/Kyrimi clan.

Everything I can find in Connecticut is filing in PDF forms. I cannot find the exact ruling as it has been going on since 2010.

Early today SDS posted links to 2 court docs in Dean, Trustee v. Dulos & Fore. The defs' brief has NP's name on it under atty Murray's name and signature, as counsel for defs. Defs' answer/special defense has only Murray's name as counsel--NP's name does not appear under it. Shortly after the trial NP filed an appearance in case, reportedly bc he intended to write the post-trial brief or contribute to it. I can't speculate on why he didn't contribute to the answer/special defense, etc. But my point was that if both docs showed the same clerical error, i.e., if they weren't converted from MS Word to Pdfs before filing, then most likely they were done in the same law office. And since Murray did convert his filings to Pdfs before those 2 recent filings, most likely those 2 latest docs were both done in NP's office.

I don't want to make too much of a clerical error, but the below link is to a manual for self-represented parties from the CT Judicial Branch. It says papers electronically filed have to be in Pdf form. CJB has a strong bias against pro se parties. Woe to the pro se who would make such an error. Lawyers are treated much more leniently. MOO

Really? Mine say, right at the top, MS word doc. And I was able to right-click and look at the doc info. I used the links posted here. I'll go thru' the court web site and see if it's the same.

I did go in via the Jud web site. They still say MS Word doc. Plaintiff's new brief doesn't. Here's the link I forgot before-- the manual for pro ses:
