Seriously though on the topic of conversation of the parties with the Press I have to say the gag order hasn't made much of any difference here on WS. In this sad case we don't really have a functioning investigative Press Group asking tough questions and doing research at all. We simply had Atty. P. out spouting word salad IMO that was offensive to the victim and the victims family.
I don't think much of what is known here on WS has actually come from anything said by Atty. P. as most of what he has said is simply untruthful or as he likes to say, "WILD SPECULATION".
MT and Atty Bowman have been blessedly quiet so no news there.
FD Sarah Wallace and Dateline interviews IMO will go down as major exhibits for the Prosecution at trial eventually as will the testimony with yet more untruth in the Civil Trial. Then you drag out the huge Family Court file on FD and I'm honestly not sure what else is left to say as to who and what FD is and I think he called it right when he referred to himself as a 'monster'.
We then have a gag order in place and what does FD do? He wishes Jennifer Dulos Happy Holidays on the steps outside of Court after the Civil trial. IMO this deserves an entire courtroom dialog by itself and I just might do it later as I truly wonder if FD has lost his mind and whether Atty. P. or anyone in Pattisville recommended the defiance of the gag order to wish Jennifer Happy Holidays?
Sure there will no doubt be other players added to this tragic and sorry tale and we no doubt haven't met them yet or maybe we have kinda/sorta/maybe? IDK.
My point is that the players involved have only a vague limited grasp on the truth and IMO really are zero help in tracking this case or exploring the questions around what happened to JFd.
I'd love to see active press involvement and ongoing pressers from LE but we have never had that in this case ever. I wish it were different but CT is well, CT is all I can say and I'm sure they are doing the best that is possible given their circumstance.
