Does the kidnapping charge mean that he took her alive from her home and killed her elsewhere? Also could he have sedated her - I have not heard any discussion about that possibility.

All very possible.

Thanks for posting this image!

The reality of her situation HAS to be sinking in at this point IMO.

Or, I hope it is.

I just keep thinking about being charged with conspiracy to murder and just the fact that you were charged in itself is a life changer.

MT has appeared unfazed by so much that has happened so far it seems so perhaps this is the 'wake up' call that is necessary to make different decisions as she looks to defend herself against the allegations.

Maybe, Maybe not IMO for MT.

The stress and the pain of what is happening to MT is real and by all accounts she is facing it largely alone. Is she capable of withstanding what she is experiencing? IDK. What she is alleged to have done as part of this crime against JFD IMO is inexcusable, but perhaps she is feeling the physical consequences of stress and anxiety? IDK.

Things are quite real IMO now for MT. Seeing prison for the first time had to be a game changer too.

Hope it gives her a lot to think about but somehow I doubt that will happen, but we shall see!

MOO

FD’s fingerprints on JD’s faucet gave
me pause .
* He Surely would have had gloves on.
* He didn’t need to wash his hands .

His DNA was also on doorknob of mudroom.
Can’t figure out why he would use his bare hands ..
I'm probably very late to this, but he was doing something incredibly risky on a warm day... Sweat dripping maybe?

At a bare minimum, she was grievously injured before she ever left that house. The blood tells the story there.

I don’t think she was sedated, as this looks like a blitz attack. He went after her with some sort of weapon, allegedly restrained her with zip ties, and removed her from that house.

I think whether she was alive or not when he put her in the vehicle, will be an unanswered question. I tend to think no though.

I think she gambled, believing that law enforcement didn’t have the evidence to drop charges this serious.

She’s now realizing she made a massive miscalculation, and the reality is setting in. She had a chance to save herself, minimize her punishment, and do the right thing.

Instead she went for broke, and lost.

God love an optimist! Don't count on it.

And the many screaming voices from the gals @ York were reminding her during the nights! Women "played" by their man is a common story of the inmates!

People will ask about terms of FD House Arrest now that he’s bonded out:

“A judge also said he must have no contact with his children and surrender his passport.

Also, he is only permitted to go to church, his doctor, lawyer’s office, and work on a case-by-case basis.”

Unsurprisingly, some Farmington residents are “creeped” out that FD is out on bail:

“I know that we are innocent until proven guilty, but there is so much damning evidence it’s kind of scary that someone be so premeditative,” Amy told News 8.

Farmington residents react to Fotis Dulos’ impending $6M bond release

Any of y’all WS give quotes in that article lol? It appears they talked to a few residents. What possible good did bonding FD actually do except pay the court system/bail bondsman? It’s not safe for anyone and I’m not talking about FD going on a murder spree. He can easily do all these things behind bars and honestly FD and MT are safer in their own cell than out in the public because the frenzy is starting to build and the outrage too
There will be 24/7 surveillance on him , JMO

MOO Were any valuables such as jewelry etc missing from Jennifer’s home after the murder? And the furnishings in the home FD and his relatives are squatting in - is there anything of value left? Are they Selling off stuff to pay everyday living expenses or did the relatives come with plenty of money? What happened to the two automobiles that were shipped from Greece?
IMO - the relatives are not wealthy in Greece, FD funneled money from JD's father's loans that was supposed to go for the spec house developments and sale. But FD, was stealing and sending money elsewhere. Which is one of the main reasons he is in a financial mess and owes the mother-in-law so much money. The money train stopped with the father-in-law passing away, causing the house of cards to fall. Any money from Greece is stolen. They need a forensic accountant to get to work. FD has been playing with funds and the IRS should be looking to get him for tax evasion... IMO

Been following this case from the start. New member.

I’m just astonished how people can go from living a good standard of life to becoming murderers. That aspect always blew my mind.
And that’s not taking 5 kids into consideration. Sure divorce can be ugly, but why not be a man and walk away from it for the sake of the kids, for some sort of normalcy. Rebuild and Reinvent yourself.

Did any of them actually think that life would be jolly after this ???

I think he had a plan that went off rails at some point. This explains the messy clean up and the dumping of the bags. If he was good enough to hide the body so far, I think the bag disposal was a sign of a ruined plan and desperation.

Even tho I read the AW, I still get confused on the days, but I believe FD thought he had more time, that JD would simply have 'vanished' he would get the children, FD, MT, her daughter, his 5 kids, live as a faux family in one of the properties and at his leisure dispose of bags, clothing, bloody misc., as LE looked and looked and looked for the missing 'jogger' as FD went on with life as better than normal, as he started suing GF for the kids trust funds, etc., etc.

I don't think it ever crossed his mind - a silver alert would be sent out for JD as quickly as it did - or that GF would have armed guards never allowing him to see the 5 children hence forth..

Again I say the judge in this case should be removed, failure to protect JD. Obvious statements of fear of FD were ignored as exaggerations. Who would exaggerate about fear, sorry no one.....Judges need to believe women when they say they are afraid to press charges exactly what she told this judge several times. Yet was never listened to, instead he was getting expanded custody rights - CRAZY!
AMEN!

I do think the DV training needs to extend more broadly within the Judiciary and LE.

If you want a shocking tale of DV close to the Dulos case then look no further than KM and his STBX. The situation there is horrific as IMO it appears to involve KM active substance abuse. There is a thread on WS for the spousal rape allegations.

KM STBX told her story about Fd approaching her to broker a 'reconciliation' in court for over an hour and then asked the Judge for stronger protection order and her request was DENIED!

KM STBW story was on multiple occasions mocked and dismissed by Atty. P. who said that, "...she was seeking her 15 min of FAME". This woman I believe was being set up by KM and FD to be physically threatened at a minimum or KILLEd and in steps Atty. P. to dismiss her testimony. I don't have words for what I think of Atty. P. here and his comments as I believe strongly he is a well documented misogynist who chooses to turn a blind eye to anything having to do with DV. But, IMO his comments on KM wife were horrible and absolutely unacceptable. Just give a second or 2 and think about not only experiencing spousal rape but then having to get on the stand and discuss the act along with the entire Fd situation for over an hour and then to be dismissed by the Judge and denounced by Atty. P. I don't often use the word 'sickening' but I was sickened by the Atty. P. comments and felt horrible that KM STBX and her children had to read his comments in the paper and hear them on repeat on TV. Shameful IMO.

MOO!

cameraman is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

He is hungry! haha.

Imagine if FD changed his primary address to 80 mountain spring road or another property. Maybe he is moving in with Norm? Bunk beds?!
Wouldn't house arrest mean he has to go straight home? Oh wait, maybe got permission to stop at the "hardware store" for work. MOO

Edit: testing the waters already?

It is especially sad to see the beauty of Farmington and surrounding areas. They could have had a good life. A lot of people don't like the house but it sure ain't shabby, IMO.
He destroyed it all.

Absolutely. JD being reported missing that soon, was not scenario that FD was banking on. He must have thought he had more time, which would have played to his benefit.

Thank God it didn’t work out that way.

Absolutely. If she fully cooperated, then I’d still be annoyed about a 10 year sentence. Unless she gives up the body (if she even knows) she deserves 25 years atleast.

She had her chance, and told lie after lie over multiple interviews (her credibility is shot). She’s in huge trouble, and deserves everything she has coming to her.
Agreed. I am taking it as a good sign that she went to the hospital, for now.
Could be the beginning of a come to Jesus moment.
MOO.
