If this tool *aka FD* makes bond, I'm gonna have a real problem with the state of CT. He's the poster child for flight risk IMO.

And it was a female judge.
Technically there were sadly multiple Judges in Family Court that touched the Dulos case and perhaps that caused some of the issues, although I'm inclined to doubt it.

Others Judges involved in Dulos v Dulos in Family Court:

Hon. Thomas Colin
Hon. Stanley Novack
Hon. Mary Sommer

GALs involved in the Dulos case:

Believe there was one prior GAL but cannot confirm name
Michael Meehan, Esq. (Current)

The final judge that was in place at the time of JFd going missing was yes female and was named Judge Donna Heller. Judge Heller had been involved with case I believe starting sometime in 2018.

In total to date, 543 motions in Family Court Case from 6/20/17 to Present.

Absolutely. JD being reported missing that soon, was not scenario that FD was banking on. He must have thought he had more time, which would have played to his benefit.

Thank God it didn’t work out that way.

Yes, the CW case is also similar in that the husbands (current or estranged) literally NEVER EVER thought the wives being 'missing' a mere few hours - would be suspicious to anyone...and the men would just keep on keeping on as normal - but whoops my wife is missing, weird eh..oh well..hope you find them - smirk smirk...

L
Attention seeking, looking for pity from her daughter and family...woe-is-me..

It's BS, she's fine.

Maybe looking to set up her next scam. Suing the jail for ignoring her health need. She needs to earn a living somehow.

At a bare minimum, she was grievously injured before she ever left that house. The blood tells the story there.

I don’t think she was sedated, as this looks like a blitz attack. He went after her with some sort of weapon, allegedly restrained her with zip ties, and removed her from that house.

I think whether she was alive or not when he put her in the vehicle, will be an unanswered question. I tend to think no though.
And to think she may have been beside him in the passenger seat!
MOO.

Agreed. I am taking it as a good sign that she went to the hospital, for now.
Could be the beginning of a come to Jesus moment.
MOO.
Or pregnancy issues, detoxing from drugs, etc. However, never concious. Remember feels her own pain, not pain she causes.

Ha! I was going to reference that case as well. Watts ended up having less time than FD did, on account of Shanann’s friends.

Time helps one to muddy the waters, and complete steps necessary to further a coverup.

Neither were afforded that luxury.

Agreed, which is why I don't think he knew she had appointments later that day. He probably thought he'd be the one to pick up the kids after she was "missing" for a while.

God love an optimist! Don't count on it.

Never Say Never!

IMO the die is cast for MT as LE seemed to have stopped chatting with her since August per AW3 (whether this is true or not who knows?).

Perhaps MT does know something and it will be revealed to LE as the reality of the situation of sitting in prison for a good portion of the remainder of her life settles in.

Knowing what we know about MT do I believe we will see this? IMO Highly Doubtful.

BUT, I don't think she wants to spend that time in prison so at some point might try to find a way to cut down on time served. Issue is that I'm not sure her atty did a very good job protecting her as her credibility as a witness of any sort appears to be shot at this point. Perhaps her credibility doesn't matter if she knows where the body is located?

IDK, time will tell and we have time and KM and GV and the Greek Friends and LE still has ALOT of work to do with this ongoing investigation IMO.

MT can sit and simmer and load up on Xanax in the meantime.....

MOO

And then there is the Anna Maciejewska case where the husband has two full weeks to get rid of her. :*(

the hopeful side of me thinks the hospital is the only remote secure location she could meet with the state today without a lot of fanfare.

As a former emergency department employee I’m just thinking of the headache that is happening there. She will disrupt the entire functionality of the hospital. They should have had her be seen inside the jail.

Maybe the GPS guy decided to take his lunch first

I hope he is dragging this out deliberately-that would delight me.

Been following this case from the start. New member.

I’m just astonished how people can go from living a good standard of life to becoming murderers. That aspect always blew my mind.
And that’s not taking 5 kids into consideration. Sure divorce can be ugly, but why not be a man and walk away from it for the sake of the kids, for some sort of normalcy. Rebuild and Reinvent yourself.

Did any of them actually think that life would be jolly after this ???

I think he had a plan that went off rails at some point. This explains the messy clean up and the dumping of the bags. If he was good enough to hide the body so far, I think the bag disposal was a sign of a ruined plan and desperation.

Welcome donrusty777, with your first post.:):):)
Hope to hear more from you.
Yes, it appears his 'plan did go off the rails'.
Thank goodness for the great bag disposal for them both, to have nightmares for eternity: trying to explain that.
MOO.

he is there now
with pizza sauce on his tie

lol-bet he put the pizza sauce on the tie so these s[redacted]birds would all see that he went to have lunch while they were waiting for him.

I follow Anna’s case, too-I doubt they will ever charge her husband

Bondsmen concerned about substance use and requiring a drug test or concern about self-harm. She didn't look sick walking into the hospital as she was walking fast and furious.

Or an extended cavity search under medical supervision

@MarissaAlter

Again, Michelle Troconis has posted bond but is not walking out the courthouse with her attorney. Andrew Bowman already left. As did her family. Troconis was taken to the hospital. A source tells me she was not doing well and needed to be checked out.

I know this is TOO much to hope for but is it possible KM gave police some information related to where JDs remains can be found?

Talk about a sobering piece of information to give to both MT and FD as they bonded out today.

for what it’s worth if JDs remains are near Pound Ridge then I’d be willing to be KM put them there. We still don’t have any intel on his whereabouts on 5/24 and 5/25. We know that FD left JDs house in her Suburban at 10:25 am. By 11:12 am the Tacoma was spotted on Merritt parkway headed straight back to Farmington. Sooooooooo....there was only 45 minutes for FD to accomplish this if true. And afterwords he was largely moving back and forth between his residence and 80 Mountain spring road until the trashbin odyssey of stupidity. If he (and possibly MT) didn’t dismember JD and throw her remains in receptacles at Albany avenue...is it possible that KM went to 80 Mountain Spring Road on the evening of 5/24 and collected JDs remains and took them to the burial site?

it’s what makes the most sense to me as cops informed FD of JD being missing sometime around the trashbin odyssey and basically had eyes on him from 5/25 on when he went to the police station and they took his cell phone. But they didn’t have eyes on KM yet until they forensically examined FD phone after they took it on 5/25.

we know that FD and MT both were on Albany avenue and eventually returned to 4Jax after 8 pm on 5/24 and presumably never left.

but KM could have moved her remains while MT and FD were on their trashbin date night (assuming JD wasn’t in those trashbags)? And taken her remains somewhere? And possibly the bike? Thoughts...just thinking out loud
Wasn't the banging heard early in the morning of the 25th? He most likely finished what he thought he needed to do before he did his volunteer walking into the police station. Them taking his phone was not even a thought of his.
