Troconis was medically evaluated & released from Stamford hospital earlier today. It was a standard evaluation and part of the condition of her release. She’s believed to be at home now. Her family has no comment.
@WTNH

Why would a health evaluation be a "standard" for MT? Does she have a preexisting medical condition? Are there no doctors at the women's jail? Was a drug test required for her bond? This is very puzzling to me...Any people in the know???

Or, she was in there. These were the coffee-filled (?) seats, no?

I don't know about coffee filled seats, what is that?

Is this regarding who posted her bail? Was this their stipulation?

I think she will still get loads of sympathy from that Congregational church in Avon, where she was hanging out with her mom this Fall, posing for photo ops during certain church events, so she could prove what a good person she is. Redemption is not a spectator sport, and that congregation should be upset at the way she was using them, but they’re not.

I hope not - I think her reception in the community is going to change after AW3 and she will be even more of a pariah -- "friends" will drop off, church won't be as much of a welcoming refuge (pastors will be there for her because that's their job but congregants are another story) etc. She will be left with only her mom & sister who themselves will also feel the negative sentiment of the community. This will be a good thing because maybe she'll be so unhappy that it will force her to talk/listen to people like the pastor, AB, a therapist, all of which may lead ultimately to telling the truth. MOO.

I think FD may have had a trash bag of special import that rode up front with him. And that bag leaked. One wonders what happened to his kill kit. Was it a backpack? Ahead of the crime, where did he stash it? Inside or outside the garage? Did he plant it earlier in the week? Was he wearing it when he attacked her? And after the crime, was it blood soaked? Did it contain the murder weapon(s)? Could it have been the source of JFd's DNA on the seat of the Tacoma?

I wonder if LE knows where KM was that whole day...

An accomplice opens the door to what FD "did and didn't do."

It disgusts me that tonight he'll sleep in sweet JFd's bed.

The devil gets a break when he has minions like this.

IMO

Interesting comment on house arrest for both MT and FD. At least I thought this bit was interesting. Speaks to a different level when the two were just out on bond with the GPS after the first arrest.

They can't leave the house, so if you want to go out and cut the lawn, you can't do that. You can ask the court for permission to be able to go out in your garage, because sometimes even going into the garage will trigger alarm to go off," said attorney and legal analyst Ryan McGuigan.
Fotis Dulos, former girlfriend under house arrest after release

Ofcourse LittleBitty relishes any possible issues those two may have while on house arrest. Hope it’s a stressful time for MT and FD...as it should be!

Grrrrrrr :mad: It's still one large, underserved confinement-- sleeping in your own bed, bath, etc.

Can they have visitors -- entertain guests. We know the narc FD needs company/attention like others need air to breathe.

Why isn’t it part of FDs release? Why just her?

MT described them as coffee stained but discovered when cleaning them that it was not coffee but something else.

My guess is that she had to take a drug test as part of her bond requirement from bail bondsman. Would explain why she was accompanied by police but no ambulance. She probably went to the hospital outpatient lab or ER (due to amount of press) even though she was not an ED patient. I doubt they drug test right in the courthouse. MOO

Edit: Why MT? Probably a different bondsman

Oh I totally agree! I just want to see which one of them sets off their alarm first. My money is on FD.

Sorry to say, I think they may have violated her rather than just make her watch.
Yikes! As disgusting as this sounds, doesn't it complicate all the theories about the whole timeline from when JD arrived at home going forward?

IMO, she will never tell the truth. The time for a deal with the DA is over. She feels no remorse. I do not think any of the three of them will crack, but I do believe they will all go to prison. But then again, this is CT we are talking about and it seems strange you can get out on a bail for a charge of murder. It is especially heinous that FD was given bond. I seriously think the judges there are sick.

Can we make it clear that we have no idea why she went to the hospital and this is all speculation. Just concerned that people are starting to think we know this was a bail requirement or something and afaik, we don't know that for sure.

Maybe her bail bondsman requested it when he/she/they met with her prior to her going to the hospital?
True story (I’ll be brief as don’t want to violate TOS but it does shed some light perhaps): a friend of mine got arrested for a DWI in Texas. When she got out of the jail the next day and met with the bail bondsman she was so hysterical (never had been arrested before) that he told he was concerned about bonding her out and she needed to calm down. She calmed right down.

so maybe either MTs family who IMO put up her bond or the bail bondsman she met with today saw some weird behavior from her and requested it as a terms of her release??

I do not know. I think if one of them can incriminate the others more they might seek some improvement to their situation. MT and KM both look pretty unstable and FD sticks to his arrogance. Neither MT nor KM should feel secure that FD will show them any loyalty.

No hospital required for bond.

Her lawyer Bowman commented that she was not well and couldn't be evaluated / tests performed at Niantic. She's on house arrest now so it made sense that she was taken direct to hospital from court by State police.

Again, apologies if this has been posted...from the Stamford Advocate...About KM wife's experience and her lawyer's comments:

“The first thing that went through my mind was who was that grave intended for?” Zelotes opined in an exclusive interview this week with Hearst Connecticut Media. “I was thinking, ‘was my client the wife that survived?’”

Lawyer: 'Was my client the wife that survived?'

I think they are referring to the supposed coffee spill in the Tacoma that FD allegedly drove to New Canaan in on 5/24.

Right! So MT was checked out at a hospital - is allegedly "standard" - but The-Tiny-Dandy-Man waltzed right out of jail no hospital with popo escort...

Weird...

Bowman told a reporter as he was leaving court the MT wasn't well and the recommended tests couldn't be done at Niantic. I just saw the same reported in the Advocate so I think it's probably true. (Didn't say if the tests were recommended by the bondsman).

ETA: Personally, I think she was having a reality check [up]!
