I do not know. I think if one of them can incriminate the others more they might seek some improvement to their situation. MT and KM both look pretty unstable and FD sticks to his arrogance. Neither MT nor KM should feel secure that FD will show them any loyalty.
I understand your point of view. I look at it this way, KM is an attorney. He knows the drill. He has been tormenting his ex. He is a loser and a hateful person, by all accounts. Heck, the fact that he is a friend of Dulos places him way down on the character scale. So I don’t see him giving one inch. Then you have MT. She, IMO, was in on the planning and cover up and clean up of this murder. Right up there with Krystal Kenny Lee in arrogance. She wanted her life, her house, her husband. Heck, she moved her daughter into Jennifers home and herself into FD’s bed! She isn’t going to talk.

Looks like lady cop is carrying her belongings from prison.
Wonder if Mom and sister bring some new togs for her discharge?
I do think Mom and sis went to get her a little something for recharge. moo moo.
The zip ties - which had Jennifer's blood and DNA on them - were used right on her body, thus the kidnapping charge. She was most likely alive when they were used, per LE. It's likely he intended to kidnap her to either get money and/or information and some sort of deal from her - as well as scare and/or torture her.

Maybe he wore a mask, as well, when at her house.

He likely intended to kidnap/abuse/get money from her parents or all of the above, and then kill her - it might just have happened faster than he had intended.
I may be wrong, but I think the “kidnapping” portion of the charge may be that he ‘held her against her will’, not necessarily that he intended to, or did, move her elsewhere or ask for ransom.

I think she gambled, believing that law enforcement didn’t have the evidence to drop charges this serious.

She’s now realizing she made a massive miscalculation, and the reality is setting in. She had a chance to save herself, minimize her punishment, and do the right thing.

Instead she went for broke, and lost.

This is exactly what I think. Reality is sinking in now and the walls are closing in with no escape. Anxiety is now escalating into full blown panic. She gambled and lost. Big!

Remember, according to the evidence in the AW at some time both FD & MT were NOT we wearing gloves because their fingerprints were found on tape in the trash bags WITH JD’s DNA

Tape was sticking to the gloves making it impossible to work with.

Again, apologies if this has been posted...from the Stamford Advocate...About KM wife's experience and her lawyer's comments:

“The first thing that went through my mind was who was that grave intended for?” Zelotes opined in an exclusive interview this week with Hearst Connecticut Media. “I was thinking, ‘was my client the wife that survived?’”

Lawyer: 'Was my client the wife that survived?'

let’s pray KM stays in jail so that his ex survives and lives a long life. It’s awful to think she has to be afraid of this monster.

JUST IN: an unconfirmed source tells @News12CT Michelle Troconis has been released from Stamford Hospital.

Marissa Alter on Twitter

Troconis was medically evaluated & released from Stamford hospital earlier today. It was a standard evaluation and part of the condition of her release. She’s believed to be at home now. Her family has no comment.
@WTNH

Why would a health evaluation be a "standard" for MT? Does she have a preexisting medical condition? Are there no doctors at the women's jail? Was a drug test required for her bond? This is very puzzling to me...Any people in the know???

Why was she being evaluated? Could she be pregnant it was a precaution to have her checked out before she was released?? This is strange!

Jennifer Dulos homicide: New charges will affect Fotis Dulos’ custody battle

Jan 9, 2020
[..]

Fotis Dulos’ former girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, was also freed Thursday on $1.5 million bond, but was quickly escorted to Stamford Hospital.

Stamford Police Capt. Diedrich Hohn said Troconis was transported to the hospital for an evaluation for treatment she said she was not able to receive while held the previous two nights at the York Correctional Institution for women in Niantic.

Because Troconis was transported to the hospital, she avoided the swarm of media waiting outside the front entrance.

Reporter Melissa Alter Tweeted that a source told her MT was “unstable, and needed to be checked out.”

I take that to mean mentally unstable, and probably anxiety related.

No sympathy here.

Agree! None from me either. Her family now knows a portion of what she's done with the recent AW.

My prediction is she'll have a nervous breakdown or commit suicide and KM may do the same thing. They were FD's puppets. He's going to make a run for it when the opportunity presents itself. jmo

MW not expected to make bail.

OK, will he be first the crack and testify against the happy couple?

Warning folks -- this is a no body case and it may be necessary for the good of the People that MW ends up with a sweet deal to help convict the duo (a la KK). MT can't say she didn't have her chance.

Jennifer Dulos homicide: New charges will affect Fotis Dulos’ custody battle

Jan 9, 2019

Troconis and Kent Mawhinney, a longtime friend and former civil attorney for Fotis Dulos, have each been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with Jennifer Dulos’ death.

Mawhinney is not expected to post his $2 million bond. bbm

Blawie refused to lower the bond for Mawhinney, who was arrested Tuesday at gunpoint, according to sources, and was considered by the prosecution as a flight risk.

“Mawhinney, knowing about this warrant, did evade state police for a period of time (Tuesday) and was found near the Massachusetts border,” State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo told the judge.

Suicidal.

yes that is what I was thinking....then her lawyer can say she cannot stand trial because she has a mental issue....well the stats can ask for their own drs to review any medical issue IMO

I don’t think she is pregnant; I just think she is bent out of shape because she’s seen a glimpse of her future.

As a CT resident, I'm especially disgusted that FD is allowed to go back home. With MURDER charges against him, they are
giving him the opportunity to take the easy way out...SUICIDE!! I would if I were him. He has lost his children, his wealth
and MT. Why on earth would he risk going to jail if he doesn't have to? He can polish off his wet bar, down some sleeping pills, and we will
never know where JD is. Way to drop the ball LE.
FD loves himself too much. No worries that he will off himself. His “work” now is to prove himself right and the rest of us wrong IMO

I am a local, and here to tell you that dude with hood up, riding an old racing bike, on many of these roads, would garner a double take. He would have looked crazy or indigent - not assumed to be a local kid, or even adult.
NP is so full of himself. Have I mentioned here that when P first announced he would rep scum of earth FD I sent him an email through his website (which has a gallery of him posing in similar positions with his awful hygiene and 80s-era least cool leather jacket ever seen, which I only mention because he is such a poseur) and though my note was civilized he replied within minutes using foul language at me? And then a second time, until I noted he might have something better to do than hurl curse words at random people emailing him? He is so obsessed with himself. His ridiculous flowery speeches for any reason whatsoever - it's like a parody, pretty close to a sad-sack lawyer speechifying and grandstanding with over-the-tp rhetoric in traffic court. No, Norm, you are no Clarence Darrow or Atticus Finch, you are a lowlife ambulance-chasing scumball JOKE. Okay I digress. But I did feel that this judge is sort of smitten by him, which is weird. All macho posturing nonsense. But in defense of men, so many good ones even in this sordid tale, and the worker who saved the seats is a real hero.
Exactly, thanks for the local perspective!

So FD was 'suited up like a teenager in a hoodie on his bike peddling along to school'... just another one of his 'fake outs', IMO.

ETA: Oh, and he 'sacrificed' his childhood European bicycle in the effort, so he must have put alot of stock in this ploy working. IMO. Too bad for him LE 'knows what he did (and didn't do)'.

I think he’s the weakest link, and I’d be surprised if he didn’t flip.

FD is the biggest fish, with MT being the second biggest. It makes sense that he’d be the one to make a deal, and I do think it could wind up being pretty lenient, depending on what he knows.

I think you are right. He has already dug himself into a big hole. I am hoping he cracks real fast! Notice that no one came to bail his sorry REDACTED out.

I would never miss a worthless, heartless soul on this Earth. If he chooses to check himself out, the sooner, the better. It would save so many others of stresses and expenses.

Cutting a deal is part of most police crime dramas. DRAMAS.

KM is a lawyer. He knows REALITY when it hits him in the face. You can tell by his expression that it’s not Hollywood Time. And he KNOWS it.

Odd term or an attorney or source to use...unstable.

Even on that vintage French bicycle from his privileged childhood imported to USA via Greece? :p
