Perhaps

Perhaps she is suicidal?

She may have been on medications that the jail refused/deemed unnecessary/didn't get at chance to properly evaluate her need for, causing her to be in withdrawal.

I h

I hate “deals”. There should be no deals made when the evidence can clearly convict them. It’s just ridiculous to me that people can get a lesser punishment for finally telling the truth about a crime they were involved in, especially after they lied about it! Grrrr!

Bc one juror could be a moron and not get it, feel sorry for the killer’s child, any number of reasons.
Bc it could happen. And a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. It’s a for sure guilty with for sure punishment. Especially in DP states. Life with no parole. Or 50 years when the guy is 52.
The one chance in a kabillion. And the accused killer goes free to be able to keep searching for the real killer....

My BFF grew up in Greenwich, her parents have multiple homes, she said the only place she has seen more of 'that dynamic' is in Palm Beach, she said there is a wealthy daughter and her husband 'does something' and they live exclusively off of the wealthy FIL, in various forms of trust funds, inheritance, etc. The problem for JD was she was divorcing FD and taking his supply of money away...she knew he was dangerous ... most of these men when they are divorced by the wealthy woman, sue for alimony, which we call out here, man'imony, and they want to be paid for the lifestyle they became accustomed while married to said wealthy woman...

He's nothing but a "ne're do well" turned into a cunning killer because his money source was drying up. His kids were his meal ticket looking into the future.

Does anyone know what the Chub checks were for? I wonder if he made some type of insurance claim that Jennifer didn't know about.

Thanks for posting this image!

The reality of her situation HAS to be sinking in at this point IMO.

Or, I hope it is.

I just keep thinking about being charged with conspiracy to murder and just the fact that you were charged in itself is a life changer.

MT has appeared unfazed by so much that has happened so far it seems so perhaps this is the 'wake up' call that is necessary to make different decisions as she looks to defend herself against the allegations.

Maybe, Maybe not IMO for MT.

The stress and the pain of what is happening to MT is real and by all accounts she is facing it largely alone. Is she capable of withstanding what she is experiencing? IDK. What she is alleged to have done as part of this crime against JFD IMO is inexcusable, but perhaps she is feeling the physical consequences of stress and anxiety? IDK.

Things are quite real IMO now for MT. Seeing prison for the first time had to be a game changer too.

Hope it gives her a lot to think about but somehow I doubt that will happen, but we shall see!

Why no handcuffs and leg irons?

All you need is a Casey Anthony jury...

Gray Hughes did a podcast early in the process with the second AW and he used google earth to look for locations that could have been accessed by Fd during the 'gap period' between leaving Lapham Road and then being seen heading north on the Merritt. IMO he did a good job of looking at options and it also gave a great view of NC and surrounding area.

He has done a couple of videos but I think its this one where he follows the route from Farmington to NC and back again:

Mom and sister weren’t smiling and laughing this time, were they?

reminds me of Jodi Arias’ mom and aunt smiling and laughing in court while across the aisle Travis’s family was in literal tears hearing gruesome details of his death.

I think the latest charges are very sobering for MT and her family. I truly believe she thought that she had skated the more serious charges. In her brain, she had given three interviews with police (never mind the truthfulness of any of those interviews—in her mind, y’all, she finally told LE that FD wasn’t at 4Jax on the morning of 5/24 even though it took literally 3 interviews and prodding by her attorney to admit it) and felt like that was cooperation. I’d rather not step in her brain but I think she thought based on those interviews she was in the clear and the initial charges would just wind up being like some type of probation and no jail time.

Well well MT, surprise surprise super grifter. LE knew you were lying from the beginning and went step by step to either prove or disprove what you were telling them. They weren’t shocked that you knew precisely what was in the trashbags FD was dumping along Albany avenue and they weren’t shocked that you knew precisely what the trashbin odyssey of stupidity was happening.

after the third interview which was in August they were done with you, MT. Sought to prove the eventual murder charges on their own without your minimal assistance. I’m sure as you went to church in the community and posted on IG you were starting to feel safe. It’s been months and months and no further charges...the BAM! You are arrested for conspiracy to murder.

your freedom for the next at least 12-15 years is now in the hands of LE and later a jury. You are under house arrest. Anytime you go out into the community you will be the object of absolute scorn and anger.

you were IMO in a position to possibly save JDs life by going to LE to let them know what FD was saying and planning. You didn’t because you wanted her out of the way too. Now a mother of 5 is dead and the police gave you every opportunity to tell them all you knew so that you could possibly spend less time behind bars than you are facing now. You hedged your bets and lost.

Enjoy the night sweats and panic attacks and house arrest. Once you get into prison you won’t have the luxury of the things you are currently enjoying at home, such as it is.

LittleBitty jumps off her soapbox. Sticks bar of soap in FDs mouth...

“That was the only time we’ve been surprised in this file,” said Norm Pattis, Fotis Dulos’ current attorney. “We did not contemplate an arrest of Mr. Mawhinney.
Jennifer Dulos murder case: Why husband's lawyer was arrested

The FD weird communications with KM’s STBX wife were reported in the press and theories about them were discussed in this forum. So why was Norm so surprised? So not even famous PI Patrick McKenna heard about it and gave NP the head’s up on it to prepare him?
IMO Atty. P. wasn't surprised here at all.

I also believe that Atty. P. was behind the KM decision to withdraw his appearance in the Civil Case and effectively become a member of Pattisville team.

Seems like Atty. P. might be distancing himself from KM and all of the KM issues now that its possible for KM to become a clear legal 'enemy' of Fd as KM attempts to save himself from a life in prison!

I’m new here but so glad to have found this thread. I’m so glad they arrested FD and MT. I just saw online that Michael Baden said that they recovered an ax WITH blood from FD house and are testing it. I had not heard that there was blood on the ax before... Is this true?

I think she gambled, believing that law enforcement didn’t have the evidence to drop charges this serious.

She’s now realizing she made a massive miscalculation, and the reality is setting in. She had a chance to save herself, minimize her punishment, and do the right thing.

Instead she went for broke, and lost.
And she believed the man that she thought loved her.

such as coercion- gaslighting- financial abuse-isolation-turning child against parent and lots more

I believe that is a very old case you are referring to.
