She may have been on medications that the jail refused/deemed unnecessary/didn't get at chance to properly evaluate her need for, causing her to be in withdrawal.

I hate “deals”. There should be no deals made when the evidence can clearly convict them. It’s just ridiculous to me that people can get a lesser punishment for finally telling the truth about a crime they were involved in, especially after they lied about it! Grrrr!
My BFF grew up in Greenwich, her parents have multiple homes, she said the only place she has seen more of 'that dynamic' is in Palm Beach, she said there is a wealthy daughter and her husband 'does something' and they live exclusively off of the wealthy FIL, in various forms of trust funds, inheritance, etc. The problem for JD was she was divorcing FD and taking his supply of money away...she knew he was dangerous ... most of these men when they are divorced by the wealthy woman, sue for alimony, which we call out here, man'imony, and they want to be paid for the lifestyle they became accustomed while married to said wealthy woman...
Why no handcuffs and leg irons? Thanks for posting this image!
The reality of her situation HAS to be sinking in at this point IMO.
Or, I hope it is.
I just keep thinking about being charged with conspiracy to murder and just the fact that you were charged in itself is a life changer.
MT has appeared unfazed by so much that has happened so far it seems so perhaps this is the 'wake up' call that is necessary to make different decisions as she looks to defend herself against the allegations.
Maybe, Maybe not IMO for MT.
The stress and the pain of what is happening to MT is real and by all accounts she is facing it largely alone. Is she capable of withstanding what she is experiencing? IDK. What she is alleged to have done as part of this crime against JFD IMO is inexcusable, but perhaps she is feeling the physical consequences of stress and anxiety? IDK.
Things are quite real IMO now for MT. Seeing prison for the first time had to be a game changer too.
Hope it gives her a lot to think about but somehow I doubt that will happen, but we shall see!
MOO
Bc one juror could be a moron and not get it, feel sorry for the killer’s child, any number of reasons.
Bc it could happen. And a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. It’s a for sure guilty with for sure punishment. Especially in DP states. Life with no parole. Or 50 years when the guy is 52.
The one chance in a kabillion. And the accused killer goes free to be able to keep searching for the real killer....

So encouraging to see this dialog beginning in CT within the State Govt in Hartford!Livestream
NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) - State police and advocates are looking to raise awareness about domestic violence in Connecticut.
They're holding an event on Friday featuring friends of Jennifer Farber Dulos, whom investigators believe was murdered by her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos.
The event is happening at 9:30 a.m. in New Haven. Stream it here.
Thank you! I will take any and all podcast recommendations about this case!Gray Hughes did a podcast early in the process with the second AW and he used google earth to look for locations that could have been accessed by Fd during the 'gap period' between leaving Lapham Road and then being seen heading north on the Merritt. IMO he did a good job of looking at options and it also gave a great view of NC and surrounding area.
He has done a couple of videos but I think its this one where he follows the route from Farmington to NC and back again:
Mom and sister weren’t smiling and laughing this time, were they?
they were just discussing holding judges accountable and stopping abusers from filing motions just to hurt other partnerSo encouraging to see this dialog beginning in CT within the State Govt in Hartford!
Discussion of accountability for Judges AND Mental Health Professionals!
IMO Atty. P. wasn't surprised here at all.“That was the only time we’ve been surprised in this file,” said Norm Pattis, Fotis Dulos’ current attorney. “We did not contemplate an arrest of Mr. Mawhinney.”
Jennifer Dulos murder case: Why husband's lawyer was arrested
The FD weird communications with KM’s STBX wife were reported in the press and theories about them were discussed in this forum. So why was Norm so surprised? So not even famous PI Patrick McKenna heard about it and gave NP the head’s up on it to prepare him?
Or an OJ Simpson jury....oops, never mind. All you need is a Casey Anthony jury...
Or an OJ Simpson jury....oops, never mind.![]()
Yeahhhh. He’s still searching for the true killer. Riiiiiight?????
And she believed the man that she thought loved her.I think she gambled, believing that law enforcement didn’t have the evidence to drop charges this serious.
She’s now realizing she made a massive miscalculation, and the reality is setting in. She had a chance to save herself, minimize her punishment, and do the right thing.
Instead she went for broke, and lost.
Or suicide. If this tool *aka FD* makes bond, I'm gonna have a real problem with the state of CT. He's the poster child for flight risk IMO.
I believe that is a very old case you are referring to.I’m new here but so glad to have found this thread. I’m so glad they arrested FD and MT. I just saw online that Michael Baden said that they recovered an ax WITH blood from FD house and are testing it. I had not heard that there was blood on the ax before... Is this true?
