The nanny for Jennifer Farber Dulos’ five children told police that Fotis Dulos tried to hit his estranged wife with his vehicle and also chased Farber Dulos through their home in the summer of 2017, according to search warrants released Wednesday.

“Jennifer did not want to call the police as she was very afraid of her husband and he threatened to take the children permanently to Greece,” the nanny, Lauren Almeida, told police, according to the search warrants, 469 pages that provide a detailed description of law enforcement’s search and seizure requests over the course of their investigation into the disappearance of Farber Dulos.
Search warrants: Jennifer Farber Dulos ‘was very afraid of her husband’
This is serious and obvious DV. This case is gonna blow the lid off.

How was that 7/9/19 call made from JD's phone to Ms. J?

IMO absolutely laughable commentary from Atty. P. here! To suggest that murder motive is a single dimension assumes that the people following this case are as moronic and simplistic as Pattisville team IMO. Talk about shifting narrative too. Watching Atty. P. is IMO like watching shifting sands blowing in the desert!

Atty. P. wants 'quick trial' while filing appeal based on 'No Grand Jury' and not even being able to answer Judge Blawie about a 'probable cause hearing' decision????

IMO the compulsive need to talk and respond by the defense will be their absolute downfall.

Its all good because everyone here WILL BE WATCHING AND READING!

Pattis: “We’re beginning our review of the warrants and are relieved to see that the state police were listening to what we had to say. The state dropped its theory that Mr. Dulos was motivated by animus regarding the divorce because it learned we were right — there was no such motive. I am stunned that the police never asked to speak to Mr Dulos. We may well have been able to persuade them to drop the case altogether. We would have sat for an interview. We’re looking forward to the trial and will press for one as quickly as possible
@FOX61News
Yeah, the quicker the better because he knows once we find Jennifer’s body, he’s done.

Page 57 #18 does not make sense....why would a call be made FROM JF's # to a # one digit off:

18. That Cathy Jannuzzi, a Farmington Connecticut resident, reported that on 07/09/19 at 12:08 PM
she received a phone call from telephone number 860-674-9448 with the caller 1.0. displaying
"Jennifer Dulos." Jannuzzi stated that she did not answer the phone and that no message was left. Jannuzzi
stated that she does not know Jennifer Dulos and does not know why she would have received a phone
call from that number. Jannuzzi stated that her home telelphone number is 860-674-9548 which is
only a one digit difference from the phone nummber she received the call from, 860-674-9448.

Is FD, etc. trying to make it look like JD's alive and calling people? I don't know. So strange.

You have such a hopeful and kind nature, it seems. But just imagine that she had to pay for that opportunity-he wouldn’t even do that. I wonder if she also paid for electricity, too? She seemed to have paid for everything they used, and then paid the ultimate price at his hands.

That’s why I DESPISE being a lawyer.
That’s why if I was a judge I’d have a drawer full of tooth brushes. That’s why after two, three passes for noncompliance, the guy would have been found in contempt, fined AND been jailed. Until every last piece of whatever was ordered was produced. That’s why I would have ordered SOME child support, medical support and made sure he paid it promptly. If not, jail time. Until he coughed up the money. Non-paying parent always seems to find the money from their jail cell. I don’t know how they manage to scrape it together, and give it to the child support collection office, in cash, but they do.
Amazing.
I’ve been accused of possessing cantaloupes. Really, a toothbrush would be my weapon of choice. Non lethal but oh, so very effective.
These avenues to compel compliance with court orders are available everywhere. They just need to be used consistently. Each and every time. The judge would become known as the hanging judge. It would not be long before everyone marched in perfect order to the same tune. The news would spread through the courthouse like wild fire.
Just my opinions.

How was that 7/9/19 call made from JD's phone to Ms. J?
FDs landline must still be in JDs name
Did this happen around the time Pattis said FD got a bill from JDs medical provider

eta
The so-called smoking gun is a billing record sent to Fotis Dulos that shows his estranged wife received “reproductive” services at a New York medical facility on July 7 — more than a month after she disappeared.

“If Ms. Dulos did, as the bill suggests, receive medical services on July 7, 2019, she is obviously alive, if not necessarily well,” Pattis wrote in a motion filed Friday at Stamford Superior Court.
Attorney: Billing records prove Jennifer Dulos could still be alive

Get thee to Page 269.

The 2015 Chevy Suburban, damaged in an accident on 05/17/2019, and regularly driven by MT was seen on surveillance IN THE CUL DE SAC where 69 Welles sits.

What? When???????

Anyone else reading this?????
Appears to be on May 24th since that's the date that the affidavit is focused on. Seems to be that the 2015 Chevy Suburban (registered to Fore Group) was seen on Thurton Drive on May 24th -- per the affidavit Thurton Drive is a dead end that ends approx 600 feet from 69 Welles La.

Is “C” childhood hood? I understood PTSD. And that’s very interesting. And I can certainly accept that explanation. Best one so far.
Maybe the family skinned other things as well? As favors to local officials, or other important citizens. In return, the family was held in high esteem. ;)
C stands for Complex
Complex PTSD: How a New Diagnosis Differs From Standard PTSD | Talkspace
For people who have been victimized by many traumatic events over a period of time, the struggle to survive and grow after trauma can be a long one. Complex PTSD is different from PTSD because it often occurs in people who’ve experienced extreme violence and stress over an extended period of time. These stressful events make the person feel trapped and thus hopeless — they may be physically or psychologically unable to escape.

Because people who suffer Complex PTSD experienced long-term and particularly violent trauma, they may exhibit additional symptoms. These include feeling shame and guilt, including a false idea that you are responsible for what happened to you (of course, you’re not at all!). People with Complex PTSD may also experience periods of dissociation, meaning they will lose attention, concentration, and connection to their immediate surroundings as a defense mechanism against overwhelming stress. These symptoms can understandably make it hard for people with C-PTSD to navigate relationships and daily life.

New research suggests that many people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder are really suffering from C-PTSD originating in childhood. C-PTSD can also develop later. For instance, after being involved with a Malignant Narc. The entire chemistry of the brain changes. Not just chemically but actually physically. Different parts actually shrink or enlarge. The adrenal system is wrecked. It is truly a mind[REDACTED]. Based on research. IME.

Where did MT want us to think she was between, say, 9 and 11 specifically, that morning? Could she have been at Welles to assist with clean up? Could SHE have driven Jennifer's Suburban away from Welles?

She's not flipping because she's dirty.

Why would she continue to do this? I don't understand.

Page 444:

Found in JDs Suburban at Waveny:
iPhone in red case
woodlike fragment
footwear impression
lots of swabs and bloodline stains
(this isn't a complete list just highlights)

This is probably JDs phone, was left in Suburban.

Is the woodlike fragment related to the axe?? Now they have the axe, could see if there is a fragment missing. Might be a long shot here but they took the woodlike fragment into evidence.

Why would she continue to do this? I don't understand.

Midwestmom2019 suggested that it was either by court order, so the kids could be in touch with their dad, or because she herself wanted them to be able to reach him. I personally think it’s because she paid for every sensible thing the family would need, and when she left, maybe it just wasn’t worth scrapping with Fd over it, so she paid it.

Was someone with her phone trying to check her voicemail for anything incriminating?

The landline at 4JX was still in Jennifer’s name-the call came from that phone, I think

That changes a lot doesn't it. Wonder how far KM was involved.
