but I did notice on page #3 of 8 on 06/05/2019, that the last listing on the places of blood noticed it says "A cellular telephone and tablet on the master bedroom stand"...??? This is the first I've read about anything relating to the master bedroom. Have I missed something or is this new??

He was in her bedroom? Then a few of us who thought he was going through her stuff and grabbed the statement of her medical tests were right. I wonder what else he took from he house.

What is MT’s mental condition can anyone diagnose? From her statements to LE and her behavior in court (blowing kisses to family) she acts very much like a child.

In the AW she tells LE that FD drove with her through a “creepy” area of Hartford. What could be so creepy about a street? Viciously murdering your boyfriend’s wife somehow doesn’t compete with that creepiness. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier with her, if she is extremely low IQ or if she has another mental condition that makes her behave like an immature child.

The so-called smoking gun is a billing record sent to Fotis Dulos that shows his estranged wife received “reproductive” services at a New York medical facility on July 7 — more than a month after she disappeared.

“If Ms. Dulos did, as the bill suggests, receive medical services on July 7, 2019, she is obviously alive, if not necessarily well,” Pattis wrote in a motion filed Friday at Stamford Superior Court.

That would NOT have been addressed to Fd; It MAY have gone to 4JX, but would have been addressed to Jennifer, since Fd wasn’t paying for healthcare insurance. At best, he opened mail that didn’t belong to him-and that’s being generous. He may very well have stolen this statement from her house (either from her mailbox, or some surface inside her home, where he was never permitted to be)

Why would KM be heading to check on whether JF’s body was found when he knew that LE was looking for him and would be arrested? That wouldn’t be the time to do that.

Now we know what FD was wearing in the surveillance videos. Warrant states they are looking for:

white t-shirt with circular black pattern (as seen in surveillance images-[crossed out: attached to the affadavit]

HEY: Was MT wearing Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers at some point, maybe on 5/31 when arrested? I thought I saw this but haven't gone back to check.

This is also good news, that the surveillance video is so good they can see the white emblem on the cap and the circular pattern on the t-shirt. Must have good facial and other recognition too, not going to get out of this one. (does not say which surveillance- likely Albany since that is high res. Thurnton Drive surveillance isn't as good resolution, can't see if cargo box is on top of FD Suburban for example, but can see consistency with MT crash damage)

Rewatching that early video knowing what we now know, he is a surreal brand of evil. He murders his wife, but it's hard ON HIM????? He has to pinch himself, not because his wife is missing, but because he couldn't believe he had to wear an orange jumpsuit and sit in a jail cell. He misses his children, he wants to be with them while they "get through this", the pain of not being with them crushes his chest. Excuse me? He didn't see his children for MONTHS because he wouldn't comply with very simple conditions.

Even in that overview, he spins the visitation tale. Jennifer "invited" him over. To "play basketball" with the children. Yeah, no. She probably was caught in hard rock place. Say no, her kids miss their dad. So she took every precaution she could. Insisted on supervision. Locked the doors. Notice, her saying yes, wasn't enough for him. He showed up, unsupervised, 30 minutes early. Just one more example of FD controlling everything.

I wonder if we'll learn at trial what shelf in the garage always housed the basketball, what keypad accessed the garage, and what innocent and unsuspecting child punched in the code while Daddy pretended not to watch. JMO

On about page 457 there is a notation that exhibit 81 removed per warrant from 69 Wells was a subway receipt dated 5/24? What time? What Subway location?

Could be boring if LA picked up Subway for herself or the kids that day or some such banal explanation. But it seems a potentially case building bombshell.

I see that there were additional visuals of Jennifer's car - more than one neighbor and the school busses. There must be shots of cyclists, etc.

I see the plural used referring to whomever was cleaning the Wells Lane crime scene.

The good news, if they've got a receipt, they've got a time stamp. If they've got a time stamp, they've got surveillance. And if they've got surveillance, they know who was driving and who was hungry.

I'll bet Fotis is dreaming that all the damning evidence will get thrown out. Sorry, Pal, too many cameras caught your every move.
