Yes, @Megnut , and confused because they go into detail about the accident and insurance records corroborating that the vehicle filmed matched the FD Suburban, but provide no info as to WHEN the vehicle was actually caught on film! (I believe it was 600 yards or feet from 69 Welles.
I also wish the Waze/Google Maps records for 69 Welled trips could have been searched for a bit more of the time period prior to 5/25. Gotta assume they went on a scope it out/dry run prior to the big day.

The 2015 Chevy Suburban, damaged in an accident on 05/17/2019, and regularly driven by MT was seen on surveillance IN THE CUL DE SAC where 69 Welles sits.

Fd Glock 19 9mm that was turned into police was picked up by a 'friend'? Search warrant says the 'status of the firearm is undetermined'. YIKES. Wonder if the 'friend' was KM who given his history with the Gun Club perhaps had a license?

Many incidences of Fd/JFd verbal altercations, physical assault via trying to run JFd over with vehicle and statement by LA that various incidents were NOT reported to LE including Fd chasing JFd inside the house.

Oh the lies we have heard from Fd and Pattisville IMO.....MOO

I have always thought the Nanny running over Mama Dulos was suspect and that Fd was allowed to translate for her completely outrageous but geez now hearing about the falls, there is not any doubt (not that there was any) Fd was involved in this. MOO. I wonder what JFd thought. I agree with you @afitzy in I hope LE opens an investigation.

Not to mention he almost immediately had her cremated even though her religion believed in burial only - and FD had always been strict about following Greek Tradition.

I believe receipts have the store number on them? Also, the address and phone number sometimes. I’ll google a Subway receipt to confirm.

Noones mentioned this so I’ll just say the Subway receipt could very well have been left by LA who was at the house w/the four children after the crime. I know she prepared their lunch it could have been for her, something she picked up on the way ; others have mentioned there are many Subways directly on the Merritt at the gas stations.

Yes, and who was driving the Red Toyota Tacoma when it pulled into 80 MS Rd at 12:22pm on May 24? Per one the AW's, the Black Suburban (w/Thule roof rack) and the White Jeep pulled into 80 MS at 1:36pm and MT claimed she was driving the Jeep and FD was driving the Suburban.

This could have been in the afternoon of 5/24 when supposedly MT took the Suburban instead of the Cherokee because it was "easier to take the Suburban the way it was parked" and drove away from 80MS for 1+ hours.

The hard thing is there is no date or time associated with the Thurnton Drive surveillance spotting of FDs Suburban in the search warrant. It could have been on that Wednesday 5/22 when he went down for dinner with the kids, he could have gone there after he left and was scoping out the back woods there.
Of course, it could have been that morning. That would suggest KM? (or another accomplice also involved)

They are talking about the day she disappeared as they were gathering surveillance from the area after they realized that the abductors/murderers did not go on Welles to gain access to the property. I think they are definitely saying the vehicle (if it is the banged up Suburban) was there that morning around the time that Jennifer went missing given the timeframe the warrant is noting (p 269, #12 and #13). I believe it was not parked but driving by so the video quality makes it hard to determine if the cargo rack is there or if the damage from the earlier accident is definitively it--but it seems they were fairly convinced it was the same vehicle. They knew he was on the property two days prior so they would not be looking to verify that.

I'm not shocked he said this to Jennifer, because it was his typical bullying behavior, but I couldn't believe he made the same threat to HF. The Hartford Courant didn't report when this happened, but I'd sure like to know. If it was after 2010, I guarantee HF wasn't allowing a free-flow of money to his son-in-law.

Looked it up because I couldn't believe that Fd was throwing threats and tantrums with his FIL. No date was given for when it happened.

Dulos admitted that he had told Hilliard Farber that he was going to take his children to Greece and never come back. Dulos said the whole incident happened because Farber was angry that he had christened all of the children. Hartford Courant December 5, 2019 Dave Altimari

If Fd didn't bring anything with him to use as a weapon, am sure there was an assortment of sports gear in the garage...bats, hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks, tennis rackets...

thought he might have bashed her with the car door as she tried to exit or enter... not sure if the blood evidence would be consistent with that... might explain the blood on the car, IMO

The document states "Jennifer's ex-husband." Is that correct? I thought they were in the process of going through a divorce, but it wasn't final.

@kimch33kim , In what one of the earliest Daily Mail articles, when LE came to 4JX (and we first saw FD's skinny jeans and high-heeled boots, MT is wearing red laptop Chucks (and a blue and white shirt with bad, shiny windpants).

Thank you for summarizing what they wore. i dont know if anyone else here saw the image at the beginning of the case of MT and FD and the raptor. it was a still image on the news then it got wiped out. matches exactly what they wore and what was shown IMO

I drove into Thurton Drive today and stopped at the cul de sac at the end of the road. You can clearly see the rear side of 69 Welles Lane ...its a very short walk. In the spring it would probably be more dense with foliage, at this time of the year it was very open. Probably a 5 minute walk, probably less.

There seems to be a thread running through FD life. FD mama gets run over by the non English speaking Nanny. The nanny LA states that FD tried to run over JD. Possible that the account was created in this name during time of employment, but does this individual still have access to these backup accounts? Possible involvement?
Same individual appeared on first televised interview with FD, sitting at 4JC, lamenting the terrible thing that had happened and saying he was close with all the family.

Apparently that was FD's account, just not using his own name. Sneaky. It says on item 17 on page 6 from the 7-18 warrant that Fotis Dulos used the account with the username 'gvidallet' for backup.

Perhaps he intended to "hide" things this way?

Yes, you are absolutely correct! Sorry I forgot to include that the SWs today estimate the distance from end of Thurton to Welles to be roughly 600 yards (550 meters).
