Still processing all the new data points! Still so many holes. Was KM the accomplice in NC or a player to be named later? Could MT have been in Welles garage to assist with the cleanup even after having taken a selfie with the Stop and Shop robot?

3 co-conspirators with little doubt here IMO.

Fd 40 unaccounted for minutes at Lapham in New Canaan with apparently no tire tracks to indicate a second vehicle at that location.

Did the body transfer happen at some other location on the trip by Fd in the JFd Suburban from Welles to Lapham?

We see all the cell tower dump requests but none of the results yet. Were burners used by Fd and accomplice/s? Did LE find the burner phones in the tower dumps? This work is time-consuming and painstaking.

Atty. P. and Fd going down for months spouting the 'alibi script' will no doubt go down in an annuls of 'how not to defend a client'! Sad thing is that they are still doing it!!!

MT inability to speak to LE and lying from jump in this case is now absolutely understandable!

Makes perfect sense why LE stopped talking to MT in August, 2019 and why no deal was forthcoming.

Oh KM....no words for him yet, other than Why?

Might we see more conspiracy to murder charges for BOTH KM and Fd?

Yes, and, where is the bike? Whose phone with blood was on the nightstand?

Had he handed off her body, left her phone in the car, rode the bike back to the Toyota and collected the phone on the way out of town?

One twisted way of thinking about this might be that he deliberately left the phone in the car because if a friend of Jennifer's saw the Suburban there and stopped. They would have seen the phone and thought she was just walking at Waveny. He takes her phone and disables it as he is leaving town--getting rid of it on the way. This means there is someone else more intimately involved-- driving the Fore Suburban, driving her remains.

Didn't the photos on the Merritt show him with a bike and bags in the back of the truck. If so, there was probably a separating of the evidence between the two trucks that happened somewhere close by like maybe in Waveny.

Did the Fore Suburban go back home through NYS backroads or on the Merritt going the other way to 684 and then to 84 or the same route which means it could be on camera somewhere.

I think the last time this was discussed, most thought Fd might have jogged into Waveny possibly with the phone in order to lay the foundation for a disappearance while jogging.

What if a SIM card were swapped? I’m not sure that would matter here as I get very confused with directions and locations but it’s certainly easy to do. MOO.

IMHO, he had been scared by Fd (according the the last arrest warrant) that he would be in trouble based on his green card status. So, I think he was on the fence and Fd was slowly but surely pushing him to do things that would get him in deep enough that he would back Fd. The idea of once you lie to the cops and you don't correct it then you are an accessory so better to be all in.

So JFd’s car was back at 8:05 AM but they think the assault (or the end of it) occurred at 8:30? So maybe she’d gone in the house and come back out?

Also, reading about multiple people who said they’d received calls for Fd and JFD on their phones and the numbers WERE right, does that mean someone spoofed the numbers or whatever they call that? I saw that MT called the tech guy who’d worked there to help her back up her phone. MOO.

It was a hell of a risk, no matter what he was doing. For him to take a chance like that, I’ve got to believe that he was doing something that he thought was absolutely necessary.

I’m wondering if Jennifer’s body is out there somewhere.

I don’t like the jogging theory, as his alibi was that he was home.

I agree on the doing what he deemed necessary part.

He would never have wanted to be out and able to be seen by others--strangers or people who know him. Waveny is a haven for people jogging, walking, sitting in the fields and on that day (Friday when schools were getting out early) I am sure the park had more foot traffic than any other work day.

He wore his hoodie on his bike, parked the Toyota a fair bit away from the house (and had stripped the bike of the name) to cover his tracks.

So, I am wondering why would he have had the Fore Suburban on Thurton? Insurance if he had to run out of the house because she got away (she would see no car, his phone was making it seem like he was home)? But, that said, NC police drive around neighborhoods all the time. On that street with no outlet, a car on the side of the street would be odd given the length of the driveways at the end. It would be a huge risk. (And, was since they have footage and found blood in the thing)

Did anyone notice on Page 444 of the search warrants it mentions 2swabs of blood like stains found on Jennifer’s suburban 7 different times and in parentheses it says KM+. Are they referring to his former attorney, ie. the accompolice that is still sitting in jail. And does the + mean the two other idiots? I know nothing about search warrants. I could be totally wrong thinking km+means anything. Also, I can’t remember what page in the search warrants, but they do mention a security system at Jennifer’s house.

This was addressed earlier in the thread. It's a reference to the Kastle–Meyer test, which is is a presumptive blood test. KM+ means presumptively positive for blood.

SBM for focus. They are talking about the day she disappeared as they were gathering surveillance from the area after they realized that the abductors/murderers did not go on Welles to gain access to the property. I think they are definitely saying the vehicle (if it is the banged up Suburban) was there that morning around the time that Jennifer went missing given the timeframe the warrant is noting (p 269, #12 and #13). I believe it was not parked but driving by so the video quality makes it hard to determine if the cargo rack is there or if the damage from the earlier accident is definitively it--but it seems they were fairly convinced it was the same vehicle. They knew he was on the property two days prior so they would not be looking to verify that.

Hard to say if it was parked or driving and it does not indicate a specific date/ time, but it is a thought that MT assisted with clean up and maybe also went through the house to look for some items, like perhaps the children's passports

I drove into Thurton Drive today and stopped at the cul de sac at the end of the road. You can clearly see the rear side of 69 Welles Lane ...its a very short walk. In the spring it would probably be more dense with foliage, at this time of the year it was very open. Probably a 5 minute walk, probably less.

MOO They were probably all over that house. Their goal is Jennifer dead, kidnap the children and head for Greece. What would they need for that - maybe birth certificates, hidden passports, copy of a will to ensure the trust funds will be coming? Something they really need to get FD out of the financial mess he created ?They were sloppy and didn’t clean well because they spent too much time searching and maybe stealing things FD wanted and was mad Jennifer had. And the plan was to be gone out of the US quickly so they are hoping it won’t matter.MOO

So because the nanny didn’t let FD bully her into bringing the kids, and then he was unable to get them when he went to the NY apt , np cooked up another plan- the ridiculous custody hearing and request Rena get to see the kids. Maybe that’s what mt was waiting for,this last ditch effort to kidnap the children. I hope house arrest and better ankle bracelet monitoring fixes that plan. I think np is searching through his old , out of date fiction books to come up with the next plan.MOO

Has the Pound Ridge connection been discussed? That home was on the water. I wonder if they have searched that area. imo.

It is my understanding that Pound Ridge property was sold prior to the murder date, so slim possibility he used that as a burial location. But he was potentially using the gun club property, so you never know.....

So LE is trying or now has matched bloody print or prints with soles of shoes. All shoes, especially Converse Chuck Taylor have definite design. Looks like the screwed up...again.

I recently watched a real crime tv show that explained how cleaned up shoe prints can still be tracked by forensic teams. The prints do not
have to even be visible to naked eye to be detected by chemicals. I'm sure that's what happened here, especially on concrete.

This is a good summary and I think accurately states things for the most part. Man, blood was every freaking where. Blood in the master bedroom? What was he doing up there? Looks like we found the 40 minutes of missing time. 40 MINUTES at Waveny?
