Omg! What is going on?
This is beyond upsetting.

It appears that Fd attempted suicide via carbon monoxide poisoning. LE were on scene to do a wellness check as he didn't appear for court this am. CPR was administered for at least 10 min. Ambulance took Fd to UCONN Hospital where he is here now. Situation is fluid and previous reports said Fd was dead.

BREAKING NEWS: Attorney, police sources say Fotis Dulos committed suicide; Pattis says Dulos still has a pulse

FARMINGTON — Fotis Dulos was found unresponsive at his home in Farmington, on Tuesday. One of his attorneys and police sources said Dulos had committed suicide, while another attorney said Dulos still had a pulse.

Rich Rochlin, attorney with the defense confirmed the death, however lead attorney Norm Pattis said in a statement, “I am told Mr. Dulos is en route to the hospital with a pulse. Our thoughts and prayers are with him.”

An ambulance left the home about 12:45 p.m and arrived at University of Connecticut Health Center a short time later.

@LissetteNunezTV

Norm Pattis is saying Dulos was taken to a hospital “with a pulse”. There has been conflicting reports from Dulos’ attorneys.
He**...NP would say he was alive and dancing around the hospital room if it got him more press time. moo

This is why he should not have been out on bail. He should have been in jail where they could keep him on watch. I’m guessing what precipitated this was the emergency hearing about his insurance company and the bond and there being huge problems with it

I've lost track of the girlfriend's case. Where is she now?

OMG, what the heck is going on?
Reports claim he was pronounced dead and now he has a pulse?

I guess it would explain him being transported by helicopter.

If he was officially pronounced dead by a coroner at the scene why the need for a helicopter?

Very true... If deceased, no need for helicopter.

I totally agree!

Even if he has a pulse if he needed CPR his odds aren't good. It will likely just add a week on life support and enormous medical expenses.

One more thing to say...of course the COWARD took the easy way out - SUICIDE - and the way he took his own life (EASY) -- plug exhaust pipe with Dior Bath Towel, get in car, start car, turn on Beethoven...enjoy music - slowly drift off to dead-town. He couldn't hurt himself with his own hand - so he let his car do it. COWARD!!! jmo
I think JD's spirit, came to the rescue as she wanted to make sure he pays for his dirty deeds. No easy way out for him....

Helicopter? First I heard of such. And remember, the ONLY source as to pulse is his atty Pattis. Who is out of state. PFFT. MOO he just is wanting folks not to think that he committed suicide in the same place that he murdered her.
