OK today is day 3 after the CO event and between today and tomorrow is when discussions start taking place on what to do next. Usually it's 3-4 days after event, if patient
is not capable of being taken off ventilator, decisions need to be made.
I've read about the damage vents do to the body
when continued use is not warranted.
It is possible, I suppose, that they've removed the vent and his body is suddenly breathing on it's own but could still deteriorate with time.
I would surmise they've done a brain analysis
to see how much is functional and how much is
not at this time.
All speculation and moo.

Fotis Dulos left note claiming innocence before attempted suicide: report
ny daily news

Fotis Dulos staunchly maintained his innocence in a self-serving suicide note and claimed his lawyer has information proving he didn’t murder missing wife Jennifer Farber Dulos.

The only way he is innocent, according to the courts, is if he dies before the trial. That doesn't equal winning. JMO MOO
IMO he killed himself because he's broke. Business in the toilet, loans up the youknowwhat, and no money raft to float away on.

the proof NP has is a statement from FD that he did not do it.

Press conference planned for update on Fotis Dulos’ condition
By Humberto J Rocha
NEW YORK — Media crews and vans were stationed in Pelham Parkway South early Thursday morning awaiting more information on Fotis Dulos’ condition following his apparent suicide attempt this week.

That information could come from a news conference this afternoon by Fotis Dulos’ attorney Norm Pattis outside the Jacobi Medical Center.

Dulos, who is accused of killing his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, remains on life support at Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, N.Y. Dulos, 52, has been receiving visitors, including relatives from Greece, his attorneys and a woman he considered his “best friend” who helped post his bond and was at his Farmington home Tuesday before and after the apparent suicide attempt.

I want to hear about his condition as much as the next guy but we must be patient. His family just got there this morning. They have a lot to learn, process and think about. This could still be days as they wait for more family and loved ones to arrive. It is also not an easy decision to make.

There are also medical tests and protocols to follow that take time. Even if he is not on life support and expected to survive it does not mean he is up and about planning his escape. Nor does it mean he will be anything like he was .

If there is a plug to be pulled there are likely legal issues the family are looking into. I could see them filing to compel GF to allow the children to decide if they want to come to say goodbye or attend any memorial services they choose to have.

No word does not mean anything.

I think he killed himself knowing this was the last day not behind bars and he didn't intend to live his life in jail.

I find this interesting though. I wonder what I would do in that situation, and I also wonder why he chose that method. It's odd for sure and there is so much room for error. The possibility of ending up drooling for the rest of one's life is significant. Maybe he also took pills as an insurance policy? imo.

Bumping for Jennifer

Looking forward to some movement on many fronts in criminal and civil courts of law to bring justice for her

There seem to be many ways in which the State and her / her family's lawyers can proceed, regardless of the medical status of FD

Oh Man!! I never even considered a memorial service, I don't know why I hadn't and of course it is their right if the family chooses that avenue.

I'm sure we are all anxious to find out his condition. I've been working on calculating how long he had with the CO. I think after the new gf went home he was still alive. He must have barricaded the door to the house from the garage too so she couldn't go in and save him. I think she was yelling outside and he was still alive at that point. That explains the long period of time before 911 was called to the scene. That makes me hopeful that he was poisoned for less than 20 minutes. I know this sound stupid but I'm trying to stay hopeful on his condition and I don't want him to die.

If he was so confident that he was innocent I think he could toughen up and spend a few months in jail to prove to his family, his children and the community that he had no involvement in killing his STBX. JMO

A day after Fotis Dulos was hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning from an apparent suicide attempt, the lawyer for his mother-in-law has asked a judge to appoint a caretaker for Dulos’ sprawling Farmington mansion.

Gloria Farber, the mother of Dulos’ estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos, asked a Hartford Superior Court judge to appoint someone to maintain the property due to Dulos’ medical condition.

“His condition is deemed to be critical, and it is unknown whether or not Fotis Dulos will survive or what his mental or physical capacity will be in the event he does survive,” Richard P. Weinstein wrote Wednesday in a motion for appointment of receiver.

@MattCaronTV

Day 3 back at Jacobi. Rumor of noon news conference to update on the status of #FotisDulos. But that time has come and gone.
@FOX61News
I’ve reached out to Norm Pattis but he has not responded.

Norm Pattis and Kevin Smith we’re spotted this morning in the hospitals public visitor lobby. That’s where I’m tweeting from right now. At that time they told us they ‘may’ provide an update.

yeah, he could have taken a large dose of beta blockers which would have significantly reduced his breathing and pulse and then started the auto and then hoped that responders arrived in time. i guess they did. always a chance he does a complete recovery but is able to fake impairment. in any event the narrative will now be more focused on him. maybe put him in jail so he can be more closely observed. although that didn't work too well for jeffrey e. . i just got a strong feeling they are playing us. maybe when there is actual proof that his condition is dire and/or perilous i'll change. MOO.
